They said they weren't taking anymore orders at 10:54 am. We drive past the window and we hear them taking and order from the car behind us.

This place gets 5 stars. I had the best hamburger here. Great place to stop and get a bite to eat . I asked for onion rings , they were perfect and on my hamburger I asked for extra pickles and onion. It was made perfect! read more

This Burger King is disgusting. The bathrooms are filled with flies and looks like they haven't mopped in months. The food was bad, it was served not cold but like they had the food sitting for a while and it got room temperature instead of being hot like it should have been. Also I ordered the chicken sandwich, and the chicken was not cooked all the way. Still had pink on the inside. Very upset with this. Will not be eating here again. read more

I volunteer in my Grandson's class during the school year. They were such a wonder class I wanted to do something nice for them so I treated them all to lunch at Burger King during a planned field trip. I couldn't believe how wonderful it turned out. I had given them a class list with all the children's orders on it. When we got there they had already placed crowns with each childs name in them to save them their spot. BEST BURGER KING EVER! Best customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! The young man that prepared my food was Joey. DISGUSTING! I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was as hard as a rock. Burger King may be fast food, but it should at least be edible! They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions, and after tonight I will never eat there again. Friendly customer service is obviously not a priority here either ..without accuracy, quality, or friendly service, this facility is a waste of space in our small town. I find it interesting that a burger and fries from a competing fast food place in a town almost 20 minutes away, arrives to my home hotter then a burger and fries from Burger King that is just down the street from me. The drive through employees have always been pleasant, but it doesn't make up for the old tasting, cold food. read more

The food tasted fine I just feel as if the service and management could be more customer centric. We paid for our food and the cashier needed change so she asked the manager over helping out the drive thru. He looked at the cashier frustrated and said well it's going to have to wait. I get it you are busy so we waited for like 5 minutes at the counter for our change. The manager came up to the cashier, grabbed the money then ran outside to change the menu boards from breakfast to lunch then went to get her change. Not at any point did anyone apologize for the wait, nor did the cashier or manager seemed considerate that we waited so patiently for them to help us. I've worked customer service in many different areas and I feel as if the workers should at least show that they care for their customers at least in the slightest bit. I tried to do their online survey but you need the store identification number that is supposed to be on the receipt and it is missing from there. Just be aware when you come in here that you may seem like an inconvenience to them. read more

We normally don't go to fast food but we were here for a wrestling tournament @7am . We ordered 2 cheese & sausage croissant no one was in the place it was completely empty we waited over 10 minutes and when we finally got our food it was cold and old tasting, complete shit , save body don't eat at this DUMP !!! read more

It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through with one car ahead of us and there were maybe 5 customers inside. We ordered a kids meal with nuggets but received a plain burger instead. Ordered a Texas double whopper meal with large fries and drink. The whopper was plain with no cheese on it, a far cry from what I ordered, and the bun was kind of soggy. Fries were not large as ordered. I also forgot that Burger King puts a half of a bottle of ketchup and mustard on every burger. It was litterally dripping out of the burgers. I'm not a fan of McDonalds, but I would say that a drive to Corning would yield better quality if you want a subpar meal. read more

I walked into the place and stood there for 5 mins while the girl at the counter stood off in the distance doing nothing. The manager came by and asked if I had been helped and then yelled at her in front of everyone. I ordered my food... Tasted like normal crap from Burger King. I sat down and realized the place was covered with flies. There was a customer that apparently hangs out there with a fly swatter. He was killing flies on the tables people eat on. So I went out side to eat. I had parked near the trash bin and was sitting in the shade. Then three employees came out and asked me what I was doing. I'm in a uniform and don't look like a dumpster diver.... They tried to chase me off.... It worked. I hope I can chase you all off too. Awful place!!!! read more

wow im pretty impressed with the new burger king, good food but needs better service.

I have been to this Burger King several times. I usually go thru the drive thru and the young girl that is usually working it is always rude and never looks like she is having a good day. If you don't like your job or the profession that you are working in that leave. Your unhappiness rubs off the wrong way and you seem and act really rude. Thank you. So with that, I decided to go into the lobby to order my food this evening and maybe see if the service was any better on the inside. Heck no it wasn't!!!! I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before some one decided they should help me. Then when the girl actually found time to take my order she was really rude. The manager didn't look like she cared either. Her face had this piss-poor look on it. Just like everyone that works there. I would have complained to her but the manager didn't look like she cared either if she was there or not. So, once i got my order they called my number. They didn't say thank you but just as I had this blank stare on my face, said is there anything else we could get you? I just left and said no thank you. If it was up to me I would never return there. I am usually not one to complain but time after time this keeps happening i am bound to say something. I hope someone reads this and actually cares. Maybe something will get done about it. If not, have a good day with a coke and a smile. read more
