I dunno why people have such low rating of this Burger King location. My experience was fine, maybe because it was here right after they opened. Our last stop traveling up the 5 was Woodland at 4:30 in the morning, so I was glad home was just about 2 hours away, but I just couldn't wait till Red Bluff to eat and I saw on the GPS there was a Burger King here. Easy on and off the freeway! I always sort of liked the Croissantwich breakfast sandwiches, mine with egg, sausage and cheese. My friend got the same as me along with a little bag of what they call hashbrowns here, really like little tater tots. Service was just fine and we didn't wait too long either. Of course we were the only ones in the place. In indoor dining area was clean and we ate inside. My breakfast sandwich was fine as expected and the little potato thingies were hot. This was my second time going to a Burger King and it was an experience. The food was what I was ordered the chicken nuggets were not made of donkey and fries were potato's. the staff was nice but a little rushed the cashier was also taking drive orders and delivering food but the service was still good. First off the place is filthy, and the bathrooms are dirty. I went to the counter to order sodas and a hamburger Patti for my dogs because no way would I eat there! Worst fast food experience we've ever had. There were two cars in front of us, one behind us and it took 15 mins to place our order and then we had to wait in the parking lot for our orders. 30 mins later no food and they had no idea when it would be ready so we asked for a refund. I understand that things happen but you need to communicate this with your customers. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the lady taking my order in the Orland Burger King drive through. She was extremely rude, I was in a great mood just hungry, she starts by saying what do you want ? And that came off rude but then I go to order my food and when I was done she had asked me if that was all I wanted ? And I said yess but I intended to order a second order but I felt like that would be okay to ask after I had already ordered the first one but I guessed wrong. When I had asked for the second order she basically screamed at me UGGHHH I thought you said that's all you want. It was very unprofessional and completely ruined my mood so I apologized for ordering a second order and just drove out of the waiting line and took my business somewhere else. The place was filthy, restrooms closed, ice machine broken, even the lighted signs were broken and all we got from the "manager" (and I use that term lightly) was attitude. I asked when the restrooms would be available (would have liked to have washed my hands before eating), and she said "whenever we get around to cleaning them". i look around and three employees are just standing around doing nothing - and when I asked if someone could possibly go in now to clean them, she said, "we're pretty busy at the moment". Girl with the painted nails comes off as very rude even when all you're doing is giving her your order. She can be seen and heard yelling at her fellow coworkers as well behind the counter. Sadly, this place seems to not know how to give you your complete order so always check when they hand you your bag as I've had it happen multiple times, and the last time it happened was when I was in the drive thru. I got handed my food and was short two items. I sat in the drive thru and waited as they looked at me through the window and ignored me. Finally the girl with the nails came and asked "didn't I already get my food?" To which I told her no and she proceeded to get me the rest of what I paid for. I hate leaving bad reviews but I've literally never had a good experience here. And I have literally never met a nice or even semi decent employee here which says volumes about not the front of house workers but the managements care for customer satisfaction or quality control. Once I went through drive thru and ordered frappes. She handed them to my husband after she allowed them to spill all down the sides and allow caramel to spill down the sides as well and wiped it with what appeared to be a counter towel. As my husbands hands are covered in frappe and caramel she clearly sees and says nothing. Could tell she wasn't new, it was just attitude with lack of care for others. He asks if he can have a napkin and she says "yep." That's it. Another couple times months apart we went there and our whole family got sick that night both times. Another time I have been waiting at the window for my food as I listened to two small little girls trading stories about how they have threatened to beat the -exploitive- out of other females, and used vibrantly inappropriate language with my kids in the back seat listening to them because they had not enough self respect to care who was listening. I've been ignored by people I made complete eye contact with for almost 10 minutes when I walked in because they left something out of my order that I paid for. I actually ended up going home without the item because I was baffled someone would look right at me (I know they were the cashier because they were just walking away from waiting on someone when I came in). The customer service training must be non existent. I wasn't even greeted or told I would be helped soon. No one in the drive thru at the time either. We have decided to stop going here after numerous times of waiting a month or so and hoping it would change sense we enjoy trying whoppers every once in a while. The Burger King locations where we used to live did just fine. But this location is unfortunately a pretty devastating experience and it's unfortunate because it's the only one close by. But no more Burger King for our family. Unless maybe they change ownership and rehire. Oh and also once we asked for extra ketchup and mustard on our kids cheeseburgers and they put so much that the entire wrapper was literally so covered that it was soaking wet and it went all the way through the bag. This is a clean and well-manned Burger King! My friends and I stopped here on our way back from Crater Lake and they weren't too busy. There was a steady flow of what I assumed were locals and they even had one of those cool drink dispensers where you can choose basically different flavors of your favorite soft drinks. I order food to eat there and didn't wait too long for my order. Food tasted like Burger King food, which is nice that it's consistent across the board. I wouldn't mind visiting this BK again if I'm in the area and I loved that there was a ton of parking available so your whole caravan can hit this place up! read more

This is by and far the WORST Burger King I have ever been to. On every occassion they have gotten my order wrong. They often serve food that is beyond d the hold time. Nothing worse than a soggy bun, on meat that is luke warm, and hard cold french fries. The drive up window personnel are often unable to repeat your order back correctly. If you try to correct them they get beligerent and invariably your order will not be correct. I was inside, at the counter one day, when a little boy, about 11 years old, went to the counter to ask for an item that had been wrong on his order. Him and his Father had apparently gone through the drive thru. When the counter person still got the item wrong the young man asked for a correction again. The counter person told him "that he didn't need to come in to the place again!" I was appalled and disturbed with the manner that this child had been treated. It was uncalled for. The manner in which this restaurant operates is not conducive to the overall bottomline of the company either. read more

I never write reviews for fast food because I mean.. it's fast food. But today I ran through the drive through at this burger king for a quick bite for me and my toddler. I ordered one order of spicy nuggets, one order of regular nuggets, and a medium fry. I get home and the regular nuggets are not in the bag. Okay no biggie, they were only like 2 bucks. I sit down, eat my fries, eat a couple nuggets then reach for another and grab a nugget with a huge bite taken out of it. AN ACTUAL BITE. This is the worst Burger King we've ever been to, hands down. The employees are incredibly unprofessional. The girls working do nothing but stand around, joking around with each other, meanwhile customers are not only waiting to order inside, but over 9 cars are waiting in line (we're the 8th). I got out to use the restroom inside while my husband waited in the line in our vehicle just to save time on our drive home. As I walk in no one greets you, the restaurant is dirty where the cash registers are. One employee looks as though they're on their lunch break in the dining room, as she stares at me and says nothing. The girls behind the counter are all yelling, laughing and messing with each other the entire time super loud. I ignored their ridiculousness and walk to the restroom only to find the filthiest bathroom I've ever seen. I took a video but Yelp would only let me post pics which I didn't take. The bathroom was disgusting. Tissue paper all over the floor, liquid of either urine or water was in puddles. The toilet seat cover container is hanging by one screw as well as the big plastic toilet paper container. The seat itself is covered in dry urine spots. There's hair in the sink and it just looks like something you would see in a drug seen on a movie. (Dramatic I know, but totally factual) I left the bathroom to rejoin my husband in line outside. When we finally get to the drive-thru speaker not only do we see hand written notes saying "out of ice and ketchup packets" but the girl on the other end of the speaker comes on and says, "yo, what's up?".. and continues giggling and laughing with the other staff. My husband responded with, "hello? Are you guys good?" She responds with, "uhh yeah, are YOU good?" And they continue laughing and then she says, "you can order whenever you're ready." We ordered our food which she repeated. By the time we got to the window she goes to repeat our order and another girl working interrupts her and they start laughing hysterically at each other. She repeats an order to us claiming it's ours, and we said, no that's not us. She says, "crap I gotta find yours hold up." She and the girls continue talking and laughing. She then finds it, takes our card and hands us our drinks which remember, doesn't have ice... ***side note, there is a Chevron and AMPM across the street... what manager wouldn't send a team member over to get ice for their store??*** We ask for ranch and bbq, and she says she thinks they're out of ranch and then starts screaming at another employee that "she isn't going to get yelled at again for not having ranch"... she says, "hold up I'll be back.." and comes back to the window to say, "the ranch fairy smiled on you guys and brought you ranch..." We're then handed our food and they say, "byeeeee". We pull out of the parking lot only to then realize they forgot one of our burgers and didn't put any ketchup on one of the burgers that we asked for extra on (since they said they were out of packets we asked if they had any in the pump and she said yes). When we turned around and I walked in to get our second burger, I had to flag down one of the girls and asked them for our second burger. She says, "what are you talking about?"... with my receipt and bag in hand I show it to her and let her know that we paid for two meals and that you only gave us one. She then turns around and starts laughing with the other girls as she bagging up my burger. She yells out, "you guyysss remember when we said what order does this burger go to??? She's here she came back for it, it has a home..." Annoyed and totally turned off by their lack of professionalism, manners, and just common sense, I grabbed my burger bag and left. Funny thing is, this is third time that this BK has been a bust. We've given this Burger King location a shot 3 times because I prefer it over my husband's choice of Wendy's across the freeway. We visited this Burger king 7-2-2016. It was Filthy ! The floors had food and garbage all over it, hundreds of flies were flying around. There were ants crawling up the seats in the lobby. The coke machine was out of ice- I told them and they said ( yes, were real low ) do you want some ? I said : Yes, he took our cups and put some ice in it. You could not eat without constantly shoooing away all of the flies. No workers seemed to care. The womans bathroom was HOT, the toliet seat broken.
