As a lover of BK this is the worst location for consistency and accuracy. Out of the 10-12 times I have came here for a quick dinner they have got my order right maybe 1 time. They are super slow on mobile orders as well. I placed a mobile order and I arrive at the store 10min later and the store/drive thru is empty but my mobile order still wasn't ready. I then had to wait 10min additional for my food and it wasn't even right. Hands down the worst location. read more

Sign says dinning room open but the doors are locked and they had a drive through that looked as backed up as a drive in movie theatre. Uhhh u need to have your doors unlocked for the people to come in or change your sign to say drive theough only. read more

Food has nice flavor. Lighting is fine. However, the Dining Room hours say that they do not close until 10:00 PM. Obviously they do not want customers too awful bad since they gonna lock their doors 2 hours early and force everyone through the drive-thru. read more

I'm generally a fan of BK but depending on the location, food quality can be spotty and in some case services is nonexistent. In this case, service is pretty good but how do you get a made to order burger that is cold and dry? Not very good. Restaurant is clean however and they do maintain their sanitation. read more

Doors were locked again.. not going back again until dining area open. That makes twice in the last two weeks.

I am writing about this BK because it is the last one i noticed this happening.A black women comes in gets free drink cashier says i got this.or they'll order a sandwich and get fries and drink for free.If your a very observant person as i am you'll catch this stuff all the time,but you have to go inside to see.maybe that's why dining area is closed. read more

This place has consistently lowered my expectations for fast food. The orders are often wrong. The food is standard Burger King... No better or worse then any other. The entire restaurant is dirty. The tables feel sticky, the drink and condiment kiosk is always a mess. My biggest complaint is how they mishandle mobile orders completely. Most fast food restaurants are using mobile orders to make their order and pickup process more efficient by moving ordering and pickup to the side of their walkup customers. I tried to do that but I was told that I have to stand in line and check in at the register so that they can "Get my order ready". When I tried that the food was cold by the time I got thru the line. Plug for Wendy's here... At Wendy's I can order and simply pickup my food without having to wait. That is AWESOME! Burger King had lost almost all of my business because of that. The final straw happened today when I tried one final time to get a Whopper... The broiler was broken and so I just give up. This particular location has a reoccurring habit of handing you 100% the wrong items. Order one menu item and your order should come out right, but any extra items and it gets confusing for them. I recommend any other restaurant just not this one read more

I encourage everyone to boycott the Burger King in Newton. This morning, my 7 year old daughter and I decided to stop in for breakfast. We were enjoying our time together, when one of their employees came up to me and asked in a very crass manner, "Do you drive a Toyota?" "Yes sir", I replied. "You need to move it, my my truck is here, and you're blocking my dock", referring to the delivery truck pulling in the parking lot. Now, I was parked in a parking space, no different than anyone else. So I replied, "Can you ask me nicely?" He said, "Yes", then just stared at me. So of course I stared back and said, "Then let's hear it." The guy begrudgingly mumbled, "forget it!", and retreated back to the kitchen. My daughter is sitting there trying to eat, so I kept my cool, and told her to eat while I talked to the supervisor. I was very nice to the supervisor, while at the same time letting her know how incredibly upset I was. She called her manager, Molly, who was very apologetic, but offered little comfort. Now the only thing I want is for this employee to lose his job. I wasn't looking for a free meal or coupons... or any kind of reparations, but I did expect for them to at least offer something, which they did not. So all this has got me asking: What happened to customer service? What happened to respect? What happened to treating others as you want to be treated? Sometimes I don't even recognize this world, as being the same one I was raised in. All we can do is teach our children to be better, and then HOPE TO GOD we have influenced them enough to care. I've been a customer of this Burger King for the last 14 years that I've lived in Newton. For 14 years I've watched it go down hill. Well, not anymore. I refuse to return to this location, not because of the rude employee, but because of the way the "leadership" handled the situation. They made me feel like it was unimportant to them.
