Thankfully the chef brought our burgers to us after announcing "food at the window" twice. And to be honest, it was worth the wait. I ordered the Bourbon Street Boomer with fries & hubby had The Penguin. Y'all, those burgers were phenomenal!! Cooked to order and superbly seasoned. I'm 61 & have had burgers all over the world and my burger was the best I've ever had. It was juicy & cheesy and whatever seasoning they used in the meat was delectable. Hubby devoured his entire burger but I could only eat about a 1/4th of mine. The fries were soooooo good too and they were still good hours later when I dined on my burger again. We couldn't find enough adjectives to get our praise across but we tipped our chef $20 just to show our appreciation. I only took one pic because I wanted to eat it, not photograph it.
