ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG!!!!!! I don't even want to give any stars but I had to. I have never been to this burger king and I will never be back. I ordered a meal for myself and my boyfriend and a side to split. I live about 25 minutes from this location and I only stopped here because I was on my way home. I didn't think I needed to check my bag due to having to wait a long period of time to get my food. I left expecting everything to be there. I got home took out the sides and my boyfriend's meal. But nowhere in the bag were my two burgers I ordered that the drive thru worker asked me CONSISTENTLY about. I am upset I did not check the bag and paid for something I did not receive. Please do not come here. We walked in and the whole place was a mess, crowns and papers everywhere and the first thing was had to see was soda and some brown substance all over the floor. I waited for someone to take my order even though the place was empty and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. By far worst fast food experience I ever had... first, they are only accepting cash no credit, and only bills 20$ or smaller, how does that work? Then I get to the window, they throw my bag at me and slam the window. I knocked asking for sauce and napkins and was clearly being ignored. Hey Yelp, can I actually give this business no stars?? I reluctantly visited this Burger King once again simply because my little ones craved chicken fries. I used the BK app via the drive-thru. In the app you can get chicken fries and French fries for 3 bucks. When I arrived at the drive-thru window to pay I was met by an acrimonious individual named Mina. This woman proceeded to castigate me for not having a paper coupon, because she insisted management needed a paper coupon for this deal. I politely informed her that I have been using the BK app for over two years now and have never had a problem before. She continued her misguided tirade until the manager, Athena, instructed her to go to the back and calm down. Athena vehemently apologized to my family and I and emphatically insisted that Mina's insidious attitude is not tolerated by BK management. I will say that Athena handled this situation very professionally and her heartfelt lamentation of how we were subjected to Mina's savage wrath, was both palpable and tangible. The predominant lesson here is this: if you enjoy cheap and mediocre food, with a main course of unwarranted and barbaric treatment from an obviously gloomy and threatening employee, then this Burger King is definitely the place for you. Will never eat at this location again. I was served an uncooked burger!! Ordered food through uber-eats for me and 2 coworkers. Delievery was 33 mins over e.t.a.. 1of my coworkers burger was missing and because my burger was completely RAW ,the other coworker did not want their meal. When i spoke to Mike-the manager ,he told me if i wanted my order fixed i would have to print out a receipt and come to the store after i already paid a tip & delivery before my food even came. This BK looks nice and is on the edge of a pretty decent beach area, which I understand has been through some hard times but is now on the upswing. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to order a large soda so I could then do some Google mapping and phone checking in the car before driving somewhere. It took me like 10 minutes to get the soda because the girl was doing something with her register like counting out all the bills and change. And there was no other register open and no one else at the counter despite there being some other customers coming in. At least one guy besides myself was having to wait. So I get the soda, go out to the car, busily checking my phone when some guy who seemed to be crazy and possibly homeless appeared at my window and started shouting something unintelligible at me...either asked for a handout and got mad when he didn't get it, or just got mad because I had a phone, honestly I don't know what his problem was but I peeled rubber out of there in a hurry. On the plus side this BK had reasonably clean restrooms and the counter staff were nice other than being super duper slow, but after dealing with Scary Parking Lot Guy i would not want to spend more than 2 minutes in this location again, even for restrooms. read more
