If you're looking for something that will leave you feeling so disappointed you'd rather stay hungry, come here. The food was cold, the food itself tasted like it was sorry for assaulting my taste buds. The service? Disappointing. The shift manager looked exhausted, and had a conversation with himself mid order. All the tables were dirty. We took the hash browns out to feed the seagulls (because the hash browns were cold and soggy) and even they looked embarrassed to eat it. read more

I've been here a couple of times and the workers have always got my food out within two minutes of me ordering it. Food was also good. read more

Burger King - Jack o Jack-O-Lantern Whopper Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Midland, Michigan

I've been going here for a couple months, only bc it was convenient.. It's not so convenient when "BURGER" "KING", takes way to long to make a half effort burger. And I'm leaving this review bc I waited in line for 10 minutes OF MY 30 MINUTE LUNCH just to be told "one moment" like I'm on their time. HORRIBLE FOOD. HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR A PLACE THATS THE "KING OF BURGERS" AND FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WEAR EARBUDS WHILE WORKING!? No wonder my order is never right even when double checked at a window. You've lost a regular customer due to ur laziness and insubordination. -5/5 stars. read more

Always seemingly understaffed..always long wait for service and more-so the food itself. Actually walked back out this morning because no one seemed to want to wait on me..drive thru is their only priority. read more

I pulled up to the window and needed a minute. After 2 I called I was ready to order nobody answered for another seven minutes after I called out three more times. Two people ordered immediately. When I got to the window she almost refused to let me order there. Having me pull ahead because "the people behind you ordered first" read more

Understaffed and what staff is there is under trained. The managers are clueless and treat employees like dirt. The food I had the last few times was horrible so I wont be going back. This place just needs to close its doors and make way for a better restaurant. read more

Second disappointment in a row. I'm a truck driver so I had to go in the lobby. All I ordered was an eggnormous breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage. I stood there and waited and watched as they served at least three cars in drive thru first. Then they finally gave me my order. As I started eating my burrito in my truck I realized they didn't put sausage in it. So not only did they prioritize drive thru and take forever to make one burrito, but they got it wrong. ‍ I think I'm done with this location. read more

Go to bk often but this location gave me food poisoning. Manager jon was rude when I reported it

Nice easy on off location next to highway. Food is as you would expect from any Burger King where restaurant and restrooms are very clean and appears to be well managed which is not always the case with this chain. Used a $5 coupon on a meal for two (two junior whoppers, two fries and two cokes) which would be hard to beat anywhere. Three cheers for this super value read more

The whole night shift crew, specifically on 5/15 a little before 10pm deserve raises. Top notch quality of food and some of the best service around read more

Most of the tables were dirty, trashes over flowing with a pool of pop underneath, they forgot some of our food, the pop machine was out of a bunch of flavors and gross, no straws, the womens bathroom was something out of a horror movie, almost every table in the play place area was also dirty, the stools in the play place area don't look like they've ever been cleaned. Would not recommend. read more

Ihaveeatandgoodfood they are nice people food is good they haven't been in business are doing good I am happy

Came for breakfast. Got both me and my boyfriends order wrong. Tater tots were raw and undercooked. Staff sat here in front of us and talked garbage about another worker. read more

The employees seem to be under a lot of pressure from the managers and not many of the adults demonstrated positive attitudes. Terrible service. read more

Went in and had an enjoyable experience. My kids love the play area and the workers seemed to enjoy having my kids there! Super friendly! Keep up the great work gang! read more

Worse experience ever sat in the drive threw line 5 minutes for her not to give me my full order and then gave me someone eles food when it wasn't anything I ordered then went back threw for them not to give me correct food read more

Lolol literally closes in half an hour and there's cars here and they wanna close early.. shame

The food was fine but when we walked in, a boy who was handling the fries/register (without gloves) yelled to a kid in the back "I will literally shoot myself in the f*cking head if you don't put down more fries". We had no wait time but he still felt the need to come apologize to my partner and I for our wait implying that the boy he needlessly yelled at was to blame even though that kid was doing really well for being the only one doing anything. Then there was a lady who kept filling icecream cones and dumping the icecream in the top of the machine to mix it back in. Maybe that's not against policy but having managed a restaurant for a few years, that's a dangerous way to potentially contaminate food. Mostly disgusted by the lack of gloves and threats of suicide. read more

Janelle the manager is a piece of work to say the least. Came through with my grandparents on a nice day trying to enjoy ourselves. We ordered three chicken sandwiches two of which were in meals. Come to find out it would take 8 mins for fresh cooked sandwiches which we waited maybe 4/5 mins. And somehow they were magically done. Biting into it finding it hard to even do so, we thought it would be a good idea to let them know and get a different sandwich since we were not pleased. Long story short Janelle was VERY short and VERY rude and could not help but be loud. This world is disgusting. I feel so sorry I recommended Burger King or even brought it up when we were trying to find somewhere to eat. We aren't even from midland . So it's safe to say I will be calling corporate and making a complaint. DO NOT RECOMMEND AS THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING AND HER ATTITUDE (MS. Janelle) was as well!!!! After a number of years that have included remodeling this Burger King is unable to heat the children's play area!! Unbelievably cold!! Not cool...cold!!! Big thanks to Burger King for fixing the heat in the children's play area!! It is cozy and much more enjoyable!! read more

This pie hole pee smelling place can't get orders right. Three times now. Three strikes your out

Both crew members who helped me today need an attitude adjustment. Very disrespectful old man at window. Continued to raise tone and show disrespect. Took me 10 min to get to payment window. Then waited another 5-10. Messed my order up. Forgot all drinks and had to remind them for each continuous drink. read more

Here why it has gone down hill. The food is not fresh. Cold fries. Cold mushy whooper. Nothing wrong with the soda though. Unfortunately nothing open on a holiday. Next time I will wait until the next day to eat. read more

I sat at the drive-through window to the right and waited while two cars pulled through the one to the left and were served. I ended up having to drive to the first window to order because nobody was answering. I ordered onion rings with my meal and got fries!! Service level left something to be desired. I realized after I paid that I forgot to tell them to make my son's happy meal burger "plain." I asked kindly if they could make the burger plain and they said it was already made, but they could scrape it off. I apologized and asked if they could remake it and the worker said "no." I was surprised and asked if I needed to purchase another one to get what I needed. The manager was brought over and she was quite moody as well, reluctantly agreeing to replace the burger with a new one, but then very demonstratively throwing the original burger on the floor behind the corner (seriously!). While I understand that I neglected to order the right thing, I was willing to pay for another and the attitude of the manager was pretty bad. I won't be coming back to this location again. You've lost a customer because your staff (multiple) are quite rude. In case the owner looks at this and wants to know when this happened, it was 1:15pm on Feb 17th. read more

The service and food is mediocre at best. The employees can be seen messing around and yelling profanities at each other. The managers are no better, many are more disrespectful than the teens. The food isn't worth the experience. 0 stars read more

Horrible Experience....Manager isn't very knowledgeable and rather fix the situation. Instantly told me to Call corporate. In which case I did. Food was okay but I'd rather drive the extra 3 min and visit McDonalds. Was kinda expensive for fast food, but expected more to come of it from that..... Don't even bother downloading the app and using coupons. Won't do you any good as they won't know how to use them to their full potential. On the plus side. The bathroom and play area were very clean. So at least managements got that part figured out. So my suggestion is play at BK and eat at McDonald's a few blocks away. read more

It might be that the other reviews are really old, but this place is clearly remodeled and clean. The management clearly kicks in during the busy rush, but the line staff appeared attentive and cheerful. There is a play place that is spacious and had its own TV tuned to cartoons for the kids. The food was as good as you can expect from Burger King, but that isn't a very high bar. I enjoy when they kick the trend of over salting everything. I just want to emphasize clean, clean, clean. And the remodel really works. read more

Despite the sign saying the place was open, all of the doors were locked, we tried the drive through and the awful employee working there wasn't even answering us when we were talking, when we drove up she didn't even open the window, and when we gave up and drove off she gave a dirty look, not satisfied, if you want Burger King, don't go to this one, try any other one read more

This Burger King is now much better and nicer. They now have a new manager who is investing in the restaurant. I was in there last night and the place was busy. Orders are now correct and the restaurant is clean, like it used to be when I was little. In fact, they are getting a new coke freestyle machine this week which will let customers choose from over 100 different drink combinations. read more

Not sure why this place has gone so far downhill. It used to be busy; now it's forlorn - you're more likely to encounter seagulls than people in the parking lot. They did remove the children's play area - that might have something to do with their lack of business. The service and food are indifferent. In a recent brief visit, they got at least two orders wrong - and they didn't have many customers! read more

Fast, Good service. Great food except a lot of salt on hash browns. Great pop selection .

Used to be a good burger place. The service is mediocre. It would be nice if someone would listen while you give your order. The place is due a remodel. The walls have the decor of a bathroom in a mobile home. The soda area is nasty most of the time and outer wood surround of trash bins is pretty dirty too. I was in one time and an employee gave a guest an order a drive thru person didn't want. That seemed a bit iffy and I doubt that would be allowed. I hope they sanitize the play equipment. read more
