When is this restaurant going to die? Went on Friday August 1. I had stopped going because of past disasters but had started going again because I love whoppers. After waiting in line got to the window and gave my app code for points. Order taker told me app not working. Then I tried to use my coupon that I got in the mail and order taker told me they couldn't take codes on coupons right now. I asked if they would give me the price on the coupon and he couldn't do it. Needless to say goodbye and didn't order and went to McD across the street where they never have a problem! read more

My fiancé and myself thought , " let's try Burger King, since we haven't been in a while ( b/c they're all closing ) .... When we pulled up to the drive through and saw to our surprise that their prices were far cheaper than ANY other fast food restaurant around ! But when we ordered our whopper meals, it rang up as $2.00 more than easy the menu price was...& when my fiancé asked why the price was different, the girl behind the microphone said " I don't know , I don't be out there "! Felt unwelcome. First, at least offer a walk-up order desk. "my way" would have been to delete booth ketchup and lettuce from my cheeseburger. Lady behind counter rudely snapped at me to be patient and then muttered something under her breath as she turned her back. Took a while for another lady to come out 4and provide change for cash purchase. This new lady might be manager as she did nothing while the other woman was quite busy with dine in and drive through orders... by herself. Cheeseburger was OK but I would have deleted the mustard. This place is horrible. The service on the drive through is slower than any. They wait on one car at a time and won't take your order until they finish giving the food to the next. This takes 15 - 20 minutes just to talk to someone. The workers yell and say they get tired of making the same food over and over again. This place is a miracle it's still open. I don't even have the words to describe how bad this place is. I have never seen such a dirty restaurant with so many flies. The workers hid from us when we tried to go through the drive-through. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in to find two workers emerge from who knows where. While they made our food and we swatted flies, one was literally sliding across the floor on the grease. There was a pile of, I dont even know what substance on the floor. And the other worker spoke loud profanities about how he didn't f'ing care while putting together our sandwiches. We walked out without our food and didn't even ask for our money back. My wife and I have made it a fun game to go to Burger King and see how many things are not available on their menu and how many things they mess up when they give us our food. This was todays comic relief..... We ordered a Bacon King, whopper Jr. a DR. Pepper and a Fanta slush drink. They are out of the Fanta (laugh #1), server tells us that they are out of all flavors except coke slush drink (laugh #2). We get to the window and the server tells me that they are out of Dr. Pepper.... (Really.... Laugh #3). We resolve this by begrudgingly taking a root beer instead. (It would have been nice if they would have told me this before having me pay with my credit card, Laugh #4). It took them forever to make our two sandwiches and cars are backing up behind us. At least 2 cars pull out of line and go around us, while another person has decided to start beeping their horn (Laugh #5). We finally get our food and think the fun is over.... Oh wait. After arriving at our house, I open my Bacon King sandwich and find out it is actually a plain old whopper...not even with cheese! (Laugh #6). They lost my online order the first time- so I came in. They screwed up a second time and taped the wrong receipt on the bag. I was charged not once, but twice for the incompetence of the whole team who decided they wanted to talk about the customer loudly int he background: I was polite the second time but the failure the third time is so disappointing, whomever hired the disrespectful and poorly educated people who would rather eat their own food in back and smoke outside than care for the customers, I hope you make get what you give. Horrible! Worst meal I've ever had. Ordered a Whopper with cheese. and the tomatoes were about the size of a pickle slice and a pale pink color. Really, burger king??? I also ordered a dinner size chef salad but saved it for the next day. So, the worst part was I spent the predawn hours in the bathroom with intestinal illness. Even Imodium didn't help. This morning I went to look at the salad and found they gave me a grilled chicken side salad. It was a grilled chicken pattie on top of about a half cup of iceburg lettuce. Ugh...I threw it out. It's pretty sad when you can't get a standard, off the menu item correct with modifications. Pretzel bacon king is supposed to come on a pretzel bun. There was no pretzel bun on the one I ordered. If you don't have a pretzel bun, tell me and don't take the order, if you have a pretzel bun, make the sandwich how it was ordered. Is it really that difficult? I did try to order a second pretzel bacon king as a double, but they didn't make the leap to take a pretzel bacon king and add a meat patty and cheese to it and charge me for the additions, so I ended up just not ordering it. I guess maybe the conversation with the drive thru person confused the make table person and they forgot how to make the pretzel bacon king with a pretzel bun instead of the standard bun. read more

I was at this location two days ago, they didn't put cheese on my burger. I brought it back thru the drive thru- they asked for the sandwich and it took a long while to get it back. Once returned the bag was ripped, the paper was barely around the cold burger with a bite taken out of it and two cold slices of cheese. Yeah, it's a burger king. You cant expect much. However, at the leat I would expect to be treated as an adult human being when talked to by another human being. My example started out simple enough. They got my order wrong. No huge deal. I asked for no onion and no mayo on my burger, which happened to be a double whopper. I had ordered through the drive through with my wife because we were pressed for time before a movie started. We started eating in the movie theatre parking lot, and I noticed that my burger had the two things that I asked not to be on it, after the drive thru repeated it back to me "double whopper, no onion no mayo". Again, not a deal breaker. I called and informed them that my burger was wrong. The guy who answered put who I could only assume was his manager, She Satan. She answered the phone and said, "Yeah, you got a problem with your burger?" No hello, nothing. I said,"Yeah I ordered my burger with no mayo and no onion." She said, "I find that hard to believe since our burgers don't come with onion or mayo." Now I am getting a little perturbed. You start off the phone call rudely, then you accuse your customer of lying. I said, "I am looking at it right now, and it has both on my Double Whopper." She said, "Oh, Double Whopper? Food is generally cold. On the off chance you do get fresh food it will be about as tasty as you'd expect burger king to be.

I gave 2 stars instead of the 1 star my experience last night deserved because this has been a good Burger King in the past. I should have been tipped off because my fish sandwiches were delivered way too fast and I usually have to wait while they are cooked. All 3 sandwiches for my husband and myself were totally overcooked and I believe they were not freshly fried but leftover from earlier in the evening. We are pescatarians and this was one of my few treats and few reliefs from thinking up and preparing dinner. There goes that "go to" fast food. read more

Went through drive thru for lunch,received wrong order, called back and I was told to come back at a later time and I would receive the right order free of charge, came back later that day and basically was told the girl that told me that was not a manager and was not able to make that decision, and that they would only meet me half way, i had the receipt, I felt like they didn't even believe me, felt like an idiot and that I was in the wrong.. i will never go back to that location. read more
