This would be appropriate in a cramped urban setting, not in an area with plenty of space to build. The workers seem very fast, which is great. However they get things wrong or the kiosks are failing. You get takeout bags when you order dine in and vice versa. The kiosk want to know your drink choice, but then you have to ask for you cup when they don't give you your drink with your order. There's also really nowhere to pick up your order-in food if there's a line. You're pushing through people waiting to order. If you choose not to sign up for their rewards e-mails, you still have to put in your e-mail (or your phone) to get a receipt since they won't print one. I got three e-mails regarding one visit and that was after OPTING OUT of the promotional e-mails. I've just received a fifth e-mail and it's not been a week. Review modified to one star.

Both sandwiches were fresh, light, and exactly what we wanted in the middle of a long ride. The drinks were cold and refreshing, and we were able to refill our bottles before getting back on the road. The only small issue was that the bathroom soap was out, but I mentioned it to the staff and they fixed it almost immediately. That says a lot. No complaints here.
