You're staff handled my order issue and behavior in the utmost professional manner and I understand that the issue was beyond the controls of what you were able to do. It says a lot for a place to have such a positive effect on an angry customer like me. This experience is a powerful reminder to me to treat people with the professionalism and civility that your staff gave me. Sometimes stresses in life can alter how we handle things when we don't get our way. The kiosk want to know your drink choice, but then you have to ask for you cup when they don't give you your drink with your order.
