The service is ABSOLUTELY terrible! They are the slowest I've ever seen. No communication or urgency at ALL! absurd.

It feels like burger King has a logistics problem, which makes it hard for me to continually come here. Have seen this in a few places around the country, but specific to here. For me is pretty easy to get a five star rating unless something is wrong. Today there were out of all beef products....... I am still in disbelief. Food is hit and miss at this location but what gives it 2 stars are the employees. They have to be the most unfriendly workers in fast food in the area. On Saturday, June 1 at 10 o'clock I drove to Burger King for an eight piece nugget I enjoy their nuggets. They're very good. I got home with my nuggets and started enjoying them watching TV and I pulled a nugget out that had a bite out of it. You could tell that the bite was after they had been cooked. So someone I'm assuming the Cook took a bite out of one of the nuggets and threw it in the bag or or the young lady at the drive-through window had reached in and took a bite out of the nugget and threw it back in. It looked like there was only two people in there one cooking one tending those drive-through window. I hesitated on driving back, but it was 8 miles, so I drove back showed him the nugget there was no denial on anything. It was a complacency. I was offered another eight piece nugget which I refused. Burger King - This is the nugget I found in my eight piece chicken nuggets from Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Lynden, Washington

Tonight we drove to Lynden to grab a couple of the "Impossible Whoppers," a new meatless burger that Burger King rolled out. Having already tried this burger at the Bellingham Meridian location, we knew they were great, hence why we drove from Ferndale to Lynden to pick some up. We chose to go through the drive through since we were only grabbing burgers. The woman who took our order was a young lady who sounded like she would like to be anywhere else but there. Our order was straightforward and simple: 2 Impossable Whoppers, and 1 Impossible Whopper with cheese and no sauce. The order showed correct on the screen as well as was correctly read back to us. The line wait time was very quick. We paid and after a quick 5 min wait were on our way with the 3 burgers. We arrived home and sat down to enjoy the burgers. My husband took a big bite out of his burger and then looked down at the burger in his hands. Setting the burger down he said, "this doesn't look or taste right." We opened up his burger and found 1/2 of the patty was completely raw. We opened the second burger and same thing, IT WAS RAW. I opened up my burger (the one with cheese and no sauce, correctly marked on the wrapper) and while my burger appeared to be cooked, it was slathered with ketchup and sauce. 3 out of 3 wrong doings. I called the manager the following morning. She offered to comp me new burgers for the raw ones we received (would have thought getting served raw food would merit more than just a replacement burger, but that's just me.) She apologized and gave the explanation that the burgers must have been cooked in the microwave (yes, I typed that correct, MICROWAVE) and were not checked when taken out and assembled. So another surprise, I was under the impression a fame broiled Impossible Whopper burger would be cooked on something that resembled a stove, maybe even had flames. Not a microwave. If you choose to eat here, I would double check and inspect everything prior to eating it! *Update* Yesterday, I went back to pick up our 3 replacement burgers. The manager was nice and polite, and the store was clean. The manager comped us 1 large fry for our troubles (which we took her up on), as well as offered us drinks (which we declined). The fries were barely warm, and tasted old. I ate a few and shared the rest with some hungry looking crows. The replacement burgers were luke warm, but DELICIOUS. You would never know you were not eating meat. Edit 8/25/18: It'd be really cool if you guys would actually do your job and accurately complete my order. As I drove away, I realized you didn't give me my Dr. Pepper. I didn't really care because I don't drink much pop. Then, when I got home, I realized you didn't give me any sauce, which I paid extra for. Maybe you should start double checking each other or something because 25% of my order shouldn't be forgotten on a consistent basis. Additionally, I shouldn't have to hold up the line to double check your work every visit. I won't be coming back for a while. Check your bag before you leave!! About 80% of the time that I come here, I am missing my sauces. Very frustrating. Otherwise, the service is fast...if you are the only person in the drive-thru. If there is a line, you might be there a while. But the food is always fresh, and the fries are always overflowing. If I could, I would rate this place 3.5 stars. JUST CHECK YOUR BAG!! read more

Only good thing about this BK is their fries and that's saying something.... Luke warm burger isn't ideal either, especially from the king of burgers. The person taking orders at the front counter with the toad tattoo could use a little work on her customer service. 7/21/18 3:30pm. Fries are cold, burger is cold. Drive through worker while ordering kept trying to give me a coke, had to tell her at least 10 times that I don't want a coke. When I pulled up, she still handed me a coke. When I said I didn't order a coke, they make a deal out of how I changed my order... Not going back. read more

Be prepared to walk into a dated fast food restaurant that is literally falling apart, soda machines are easily from the 90s and food is not good at all. Machines are constantly broken and always seems to be out of some ingredients... read more

Nice place to dine. A clean restaurant with quick, friendly and helpful workers. Mistakes can be made, but the workers do their best to correct them. The food is tasty and there's lots of options like beef, chicken, fish and veggie burgers that are super cheap. Definitely will be back soon. :) read more

The first time I spent 25 mins on my lunch break in the drive throu for a whopper jr. I was very disappointed and couldn't believe how long it took and 10 mins of that was me waiting at the window. For the second time I figured it might have been a one time thing and I tried them out again but in this case they had no burger patties to cook, No cheese, No lettuce or tomatoes in store.
