If I could give it negative stars I would. Went to pick up food as a special treat for some elderly disabled people. Very simple order, 2 Bacon Double Cheeseburgers, and a regular Whopper. Get back to the home, was given 2 plain cheeseburgers and a Whopper with cheese. The person ordering the Whopper can't eat dairy. Went back, complained, they of course acted like they could care less. It's 15 degrees out and snowing, I didn't give a crap, if you saw the people who worked here, it wasn't worth it anyway, good chance they might pull a g*n or something if I complained. Ordered same thing again. Mistakenly believed the workers here couldn't be that stupid, plus its freezing, if I open everything to check, it'll be even colder when I get back. This time, 2 regular hamburgers and again a Whopper with cheese. The others were ok, felt bad for the person who wanted the Whopper. So went back a third time, explained how they kept screwing up the most basic order, even tried explaining in ebonics, what happens, another freaking Whopper w/cheese! I get most of the workers make poverty wages, have an IQ hovering around 45, who really should be embarrassed is the POS who owns this franchise! Never again going to Burger King. The poor people at the nursing home are going to have to get McDonalds or Arbys or anything but Burger King next time! What a garbage excuse of a business! read more

They sat there with my food getting cold, m not doing anything but standing around and I had to go up there and sit for five minutes before someone came up and asked me what I was looking for just for my food to be sitting there done. super ridiculous. The staff here are so kind!! More often than not I end up at this BK due to other locations having long lines, or having weird hours. This one is 24 hours and their shake machine is usually up! I've been a vegetarian for 15 years and only eat their Impossible whopper. This location has put a beef patty instead of the Impossible patty on my burger the last three times I went. The first time I didn't know how to tell the difference between the two, so I ate it and got extremely ill. After that I did a lot of research and even ordered both to do my own side-by-side comparisons to make sure it never happened again. Avoid this Burger King at all costs. Even if they have onion rings and fries in the same combo now! (My reasoning for going lol) So my dad and I pull up to the window, with our family's order ready. As we start ordering we got a whopper meal, two whoppers on the side and some fries. Doesn't seem difficult, right? The lady taking our order seemed to have a brain in her skull. Then, we get to the window and request to use our coupon for a buy one get one free whopper. Then the young man at the window starts telling us we should have asked to use a coupon at the window and he can't add it to our order? Excuse me? I work in fast food and that's not how it works. You scan the coupon after the meal is entered into the machine and then it takes the sandwich off. Easy-peasy. For some reason this dude starts telling us that he's going to have to take the sandwiches off and then re-add them because we didn't tell him we had a coupon at the window. At the window there's NO SIGNS saying that you have to tell them beforehand that you have a coupon. There is NO FINE PRINT on the coupon itself stating that you have to tell the person at the speaker box that you'd like to use a coupon. Our first total before the coupon was 32$, somehow, after the coupon it was 34$?? Then after he's done and ready for us to pay he says the final total is 40$??? Huh? The price shouldn't go UP when you're using a coupon the point of the coupon is to make the price go DOWN. We tell him that and he starts saying that with all the "additions" to our whoppers it makes it go up in price. The "additions" we had were 0.80$ of cheese AND REMOVAL of the tomatoes and onions. So that adds up to 8 extra dollars? No. We tell him that's not right and he just can't seem to find a way to explain to us that he was right. We just told him to cancel our order and we went to the McDonald's across the street. It'd probably save your time too because they actually have two order takers FOR HAVING TWO LANES IN THE DRIVETHROUGH. Thanks for nothing and I'm sure that food was already made and ready by the time we told him to cancel the order. So good for you guys! Wasting 40$ worth of food! I don't even know why this location is still open. The wait time is appallingly slow (upwards of 45 minutes), and your order will always be incorrect because the employees are too busy flirting with each other than making your food. The manager, a young guy with dreads, is kind, as are the two older employees who work the first window, but that's it. The service here is horrific, and very basic requests such as removing onions from a burger will be missed. I've even seen them give the wrong order to people and not acknowledge it. The employees have their family members coming in and fighting with other people. It is a ghetto mess with no order and no effort. Whoever owns this franchise simply does not care. It's been a while I had a whopper 2 weeks in a row. This Bk, however, has the new design. It's cleaner than most BKs. It's nice that it has a play area. The staffs were friendly and the whopper is still taste like the legendary whopper. This place got it right! I would have given 4 stars if the tables were clean. Horrible customer service. Me and my boyfriend went in today for lunch. I work right around the corner. He ordered two junior burgers with cheese... needless to say they didnt put cheese. Okay no problem, besides it took 10 minutes to get some slices of cheese. Also my double cheeseburger, that did have cheese, was burnt. Not Cool. Well now my co worker just got back from there because her pregnant butt wanted chicken fries. They gave her chicken teners with no sauce. Really Not cool. We get it, things happen. We call up there and the unprofessional person on the other end was nothing but rude and inconsiderate. We work in customer service and know how customers, let alone human beings, need to be treated. Drive through employees steal your money. I was waiting in line at the speaker for over 8 minutes with no help from the drive through attendant to take my order. Eventually I said "excuse me are you here" because three cars had passed in the other drive through lane. The drive through employee stated rudely that I would have to wait. Then I got frustrated and said there has been three other cars I was here before that had gotten drive through service before me. All that I ordered was two items off the dollar menu. Get up to the window and paid for my order. Once at the pickup window and older women asked if I had ordered the bacon burger and I replied that I did. She gave me my food and I was off. Check my credit card 3 days later and saw that I was charged $20 at the Burger King on Saginaw. Couldn't believe that they had stolen around $18 from me when I only ordered two dollar menu items. Called the manager who said that I would need to take this up with corporate. Sadly, I was never offered a receipt and was stolen from by a rude drive through employee. Apparently ordering two orders is too much of an inconvenience for your $10 an hour pay. I don't know if you've ever eaten a damn fry in your life but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to salt them, which takes .2 seconds I may add. Food is dryer than ever fucking hell. I don't think I've ever had to stop eating a chicken nugget in fear of losing a tooth. Then to top it off some guy had been waiting for his TWO whoppers for a long ass time, and had to get out of his vehicle and approach MY vehicle at the window and request a refund. This is the 2nd time I've been to this Burger King and their Lobby was closed over an hour before closing time. If you have hours posted you should honor them. If your open til 10pm, your doors shouldn't be locked at 8:45! Every time I've come to this location we have a long wait as compared to other fast food. We go at least once a week, it's about a half mile from my house so it's close and easy to get to. The staff is always friendly and the food is good. However the long waits are not great. Definitely wouldn't recommend going to this location if you are rushing to be here. read more

There is a phone number for a survey, which 9 times of 10 takes 2 minutes to take. Next time you come in to Burger Whop Whop you hand the receipt with the code on it to the man and get a free Whopper or Chicken Sammy with purchase of fries and drink. THE WORST. Walked in today around 11 am. I'm the only customer. No one at register. A young guy walks up, chats with the lady taking drive-thru orders. He seems to be having trouble logging onto the register, so I give him time. Then he just stands there. He cleans up his area, he talks to coworkers, but he doesn't acknowledge the customers. He never says "welcome," he never says "may I take your order." HE NEVER EVEN MAKES EYE CONTACT. About 8 minutes go by, and a line forms behind me. Finally, the lady behind me speaks up and asks, "Is this line open?" The guy looks at her and says, "Sure, can I take your order?" What the G-D F?!?! I have been going to fast food restaurants for 40 years. I know the drill. I'm not expecting fancy service. But this kid was downright anti-social! All the workers in the back were looking at him, but no one came up to tell him to do his job. The Coke machine was out of almost all of the flavors. There were no condiments.
