Atmosphere? Well it's Burger King and we usually drive thru. Bathrooms are clean. This is the best BK I've been to in the area. The staff members are courteous and professional, even friendly(!); the burgers are never dry and super hot. Best FF burgers anywhere . I've been there 4 times so far. If it changes I'll update. Just don't...its been a year or so since I visited this BK, & I remember it as nothing special, but nothing horrible either. Things have changed, and not for the better. I pulled up to the drive-through to order & was told "I will be with you in just a second." 8 minutes later, someone came on to take my order. I had to repeat my order (1 burger, 1 fry, 1 frozen Coke) three times before it was taken correctly. Off to the window to pay and another 4-5 minute wait for someone to come and take payment. Onto the next window to pick up my order. I was correct to be skeptical. I get the burger and fries and wait more for my frozen Coke. Finally I am told they have no frozen Coke & ask if I want a regular Coke. I decline and say just to refund the cost of the frozen Coke. I am told, "But its not ready yet. We do have this." The lady shows me a clear cup with some kind of frozen light red/pink beverage in it. I politely decline and again request a refund for the frozen Coke. Eventually the refund is processed and I am on my way home. There are serious problems with this store. Hopefully someone who cares will come in to retrain the staff. read more

Door dasher here, twice that I encountered them closing the store an hour before it's posted on business hours, if they close early, update the google hours, wasting other people time and money, didn't know Burger King was content being a lazy corporation for being among the ones that's been around for so long . The whole place! We love Burger King but this establishment is horribly run! I've tried 3 times now...no more. Ordered on line last time and still waited10 minutes in line. Only one car can pull up and they hold you back as to not look like you are waiting. Huh! Plus they use old grease on fries! read more

Went through the drive-thru two days in a row. The first time after they took my order I drove up to the first window and the lady in the window like I was bothering her to eat there. Drove up to the next window girl open the window has been my food. Don't say a word and shut the window. My second trip through same thing. With all of the negative comments about this location you'd think they'd make an effort to do something about it.  I usually order thru their app. Tonight, when I went to pick up my order, I had to wait a while even though I was their only customer. When I got home & opened the bag I saw that they gave me a chicken sandwich. I even checked my confirmation email to make sure I ordered correctly. We stopped at Burger King on the 466 on Tuesday Nov 26...we went through the drive-thru. After we placed order and paid for it, we were told to pull all the way up to the white line. We did as told and after about 10 minutes a young fellow come out with our order. I thought the bag looked small and asked him if the burgers, original chicken sandwich and onion rings were in the bag. He nodded yes. We drove home only to find out that the original chicken sandwich was not in the bag. I called, asked for supervisor and was told that I did not WAIT AROUND LONG ENOUGH because when the fellow went inside he found that he had not brought out all of our items. IF HE HAD A MOUTH TO TALK TO US AND SAY HE WOULD CHECK, WE MAY HAVE WAITED AROUND, BUT HE NODDED THAT WE HAD ALL OF THE FOOD. If I could give a BIG 0, I would. I have been here 5 times and only got served one time. They always have an excuse as to why they can't sell you any food. I've been told: there's only 2 employees they can't open, system was down, no beef patties or no chicken of any kind and I'm dead serious, they had to make 150 sandwiches go away this was the last time. Now mind you they'll be having dance party's in the parking lot and the dining room is always closed at all times. It's a shame really for the business owners. It's awful strange.... read more

Don't eat here!! Bathroom was flooded smells of urine. No ice in the soda fountain. Meal was even worse

Drove up to the parking lot and just as I was about to go inside I was told that he was only one person there and that the others had not shown up for work. I mean really it was an hour past when they were to open. In my opinion this Burger King is the one to avoid. If they can't get people to work then they don't need my business. I have not frequented this BK on a regular basis...there are usually issues. They haven't been huge and I let it pass. Didn't bother to go back to make a big deal about it. Until today. I had to ask several times to have him repeat himself, he was too loud and about half of his words I couldn't understand. When I got home I discovered the following; I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger...it was cold. I ordered large fries...I received a small order of fries. I ordered a chicken garden salad...the container was only half full and there wasn't any chicken. Today is the day that I finally said Goodbye to Burger King! read more

I have been the restaurant a few times, never received my ordered right. So I tried one more time, I kept it Simple, Wooper with lettuce and tomato only, nothing else. Did they get that right ... I'll never go to this BK again!! First, I get to the window to pay and the lady says "I need a fucking cigarette" I'm thinking on that's very professional. Then I guess they were out of the jalapeño bites that I ordered so the lady at the window didn't want to deal with it and just walked off. Food was fast and okay, but cashier had little food product knowledge and very poor communication skills. Drink/condiment area was filthy, floors and tables were dirty. Somebody please clean the black streaks in the men's room toilet. Too many other food opportunities in the area to repeat another visit at this store. read more

Cashier was unfriendly, condiment area was flithy, no napkins, drink machine did not have half of advertised drinks available, every table in the place was dirty, only three customers in place, no one was cleaning tables, more flies than a garbage truck. Worst BK experience!!!!! Wedgewood Ln, Lady Lake Fl branch. May 20,2018!! We ordered at drive thru (2 whopper jr and 2 small fries) Burger King coupon promo 9985. When we got home we start to prepare the food we ordered. We were shocked to see inside the bag a PAIR OF USED GLOVES with our food( forgot to take a picture because of our disappointment and we were really hungry and not able to think to document it) ...!!! We still manage to return the food and plan to talk to the manager. But since its Sunday the dining closes at 8pm but the drive thru is still open. So again, we told the order taker that there's an issue with our order. They changed our order and we checked the bag before we left the window to make sure there's no unwanted items inside it. But when we got home 1 prder of fries is missing :( . Never again in that branch.. so to all who will order at drive thru no matter what even the line is long, better double check everything first before you leave. read more
