Took my family here today and decided to try and eat inside. After waiting in line for 18 minutes and nobody bothered to say anything, they just continued to help the drive thru only, my husband asked if she was going to help the ones standing in line, and the heavier set white lady said that the drive thru comes first and we can leave if we don't like it. So, we left and went somewhere else. No wonder why they are understaffed, if I had to work with that rude lady, I wouldn't work there either. The cooks could not speak a lick of English either. The manager did NOTHING nor said anything to us either. Service was TRASH like always. No wonder why the place has one star, just like their service. Trash trash trash. read more

Everything was cold, the burger, the fries everything. Tasted like it was two hours old. Do yourself a favor and don't go there after five or 6 o'clock. The fries were so cold they were just mush. there have been several occasions that I had shown up after 6 am and they were not open or someone was inside but wouldn't come to the window or unlock the doors. They always get orders wrong. they don't use their third window and make people drive all the at around the building to the side entrance to get their food and their reason to this is "the drive thru time" I've met people who worked there and they explain how terrible the management is and that's why they are always understaffed because they can't keep anyone and it shows. It took too long, and they got the one item I ordered wrong. Three people, including the guy who was trying to order, gave up and drove away while I waited in the drivethrough line. Yet, when I got up to order, the employee asked me to wait a minute before he took my order. Wait for what? No one had ordered anything in at least five minutes. read more

I know this is a very straightforward and lengthy review, but I've always hated going to Burger King. Had to go there with a group of high schoolers for a field trip, and their frozen pop machine was empty. But 99% of the time I've gone to Burger King, they've always screwed up my order. I ask for a specific sauce. Guess what? I never got it. As a teen working in a deli service in my hometown, these employees don't know how to clean. It's like they never were taught how to pick up a broom. It would be a shame to see what their homes look like if they can't even clean a public space to make it at least presentable. At the deli I worked at, I treat it like my future kitchen. It's clean!! And I'm not saying that's always the case. There are decent workers, I know it, but the other employees need to learn to clean. Another thing is they need to learn to speak up. They need to call ALL order numbers. They never called mine, and so I was confused, and I've been waiting for an unnecessary ten to fifteen minutes, thinking my food wasn't done at all. They don't know how to present food either. It looked like they threw everything on the burger and smashed it, and called it a day. But I think all fast food restaurant chains have gone downhill over the years. McDonald's has only messed up my order once and I feel like their employees are more polite than Burger King. Majority of ppl who work at Burger King look like stoners. Not all, but most. Stopped here for a quick breakfast on the run to drive home. All food was hot and as ordered. Typical Burger King but it was clean and organized. Food was hot and fresh. Hard to find a fast food that has hot potatoes. The service was excellent. read more

The broiler broke down after we sat in a line for 10 minutes and customer service was awful

Our family is here from out of state, and decided to visit Burger King for dinner. We went through the drive-through. It didn't appear to be too busy, neither inside or in line, but we did wait at the speaker for 4-5 minutes before giving our order. The employee who took our order sounded very kind, but seemed rushed and flustered. We received our order and drove off. When we got to our destination, we found that it was very wrong. I'm not usually one to complain, but the order was so messed up, that two of the kids didn't eat. So, I called the Manager to try to remedy the situation, but was met with a great deal of resistance, as my complaint was quite the -as he put it- "inconvenience." He was very adamant about being unable to assist me, as I didn't receive a receipt with the order. After going around and around with the "Manager," the call ended with the plan for him to reach out to his on-call General Manager, and then return my call with a resolution. Visited on 12/8/20. The night shift has horrible food service skills. The worker did not greet or acknowledge us at drive through until we asked if anyone was there. He did not give any prompting such as "will that complete your order". We could barely understand the worker as he talked. The worker added and charged us for fries that we specifically asked no to add. The drinks we received were supposed to be cherry coke but tasked similar to cherry flavoring mixed with carbonated water with a hint of coke. Overall bad experience 0/10 would not visit again. read more

This is probably the sketchiest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. We went through the drive through and when they were passing our food through the drive through window they barely opened it to pass our food out quickly and immediately shut it. Order was wrong, poorly made, and not worth going even if it's just for a quick meal while you're on the road. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been to the store several times and it is always dirty and dingy. This time I place my order and waited 15 minutes before I finally had to say something and see the numbers before and after me at all been delivered. I will not be back. I would recommend another place to eat other than this there are definitely better options. read more

The worst fast food place i have ever been to! I was shocked at how dirty the place was, food on the floor under tables, on tables, and all over the condiment counter. The soda machine looked like a petri dish of bacteria festering with god knows what. I discovered this after we ordered because if I had seen this first we would have walked straight out the door and called the health dept. We drove to Jamestown to deliver a car to a friend in need. Our drive was 51/2 hours and we were starving by the time we meet at the mall across the parking lot. Wanting to just eat something quick and get back on the road we thought was a good idea.One would think the place was packed and that's why the staff was lacking in all their duties, but judging from the 4 other patrons in the place this was not the case. I watched as 3 employees stood behind the counter chatting and not paying one bit of attention to the disgusting shape the place was in. I couldn't even eat my food and proceeded to bring my 7 dollar burger out to my dog to eat, because hay it had bacon on it....my dog snubbed her nose at it! I will be calling the health dept on this place today because I care if a place is contributing to food poisoning there customers. Horribly disgusting food and restaurant.....$15.00 per hour my ass. read more

Stopped for a quick meal, order taker was slowly training someone, over lunch, then it took 15 minutes to get our food. My burger didn't have the bacon that I paid extra for and my wife's grilled chicken didn't taste very good to her. There was such a line waiting for food that I didn't have the patience or time to wait for the manager to stop yelling at the crew to hurry up so I could share the issues. Food quality is great, I have never had old or cold food from here. Order accuracy is good. Only once did they mess up my order, which they quickly corrected. The service needs some work. At busy hours they are often understaffed and it takes a while to get your order. Also, a few of the teens who work up front seem like they don't know what they're doing, although they may have been trainees. read more
