For a $17.50 burger, getting one small piece of lettuce and very little topping was disappointing. I also don't understand why one slice of cheese costs half as much as the fries. Overall, not worth the price and expected much better food and service. Wouldn't recommend just because it's basic food but overpriced!!

It's clearly a favorite among the locals, and it has the lively, welcoming atmosphere you'd hope for from a classic drive-in. The hamburgers were delicious and well prepared, and the onion rings, French fries, and other classic drive-in favorites were all satisfying. The staff was incredibly friendly and added to the overall experience. One thing that stood out during our time in the Upper Peninsula was how genuinely kind and welcoming everyone was. The Yoopers, as I believe they're called, are some of the most pleasant people we've encountered, and Clyde's Drive-In was no exception. Great food, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I certainly wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere of this iconic restaurant takes you back to the 50's-60's era. Busboys wearing black bow ties, the host wearing a white shirt and tie. The standard chicken dinner was fantastic with sides including salad, buttery noodles, mashed potatoes with gravy and peas. If you like blue cheese, go with the homemade Roquefort salad dressing. The menu has much more to offer along with their famous chicken. If you're anywhere near the Pelston area, do yourself a favor and have dinner at this restaurant.
