4/8/2026 I was between a 1 and a 2 for this review. . . I used the mobile ap to order for Whopper Wednesday. I had never been to this location. It was semi convenient to my dr's office. The Good- the whoppers were consistent and deeeeelicious. It really hit the spot. I also ordered the cheesy bacon tots that were hot and crispy. Also the tables seemed clean. The Bad- when I first arrived I stood at the counter for what seemed like an eternity being ignored. Thank God I ordered on the ap- no telling how much longer I would be waiting. . . No eye contact, no greeting, nothing - It wasn't even busy. I spoke up and said I had a Mobile Order. It was ready and it had been bagged for me. Had I not spoken up I think I would still be there waiting. When I finally received my order the milkshake and pie I ordered was not included and I had to ask for it- I am glad I checked my order. The fries were cold too. . . The trash was overflowing in the trash cans. I'm not sure why? Very gross optics. This location was dead when we were there. Also when we were entering the restaurant there seemed to be two people having an altercation right at the door where we needed to enter. I know this isn't Burger King's fault, Hazleton is not the safest area. Luckily the two moved on away from the door and went on their way. read more

I don't often go into fast food restaurants. When I do - I usually choose either Carl's Jr (west coast) / Hardee's (east coast) Today, I found myself walking into THIS Burger King. My mom is a fan of the Fish Sandwich. I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese, Onion Rings & Orange Juice. It may sound ridiculous but, it was BY FAR the BEST BURGER I've ever had at any Burger King across the country. The BEST! Everything in the burger was as it should be - onions, tomatoes, lettuce were fresh and crisp. The patties were HOT! So much so that I found myself blowing on the burger before taking a bite! The staff were all super pleasant and friendly as well as patient. My mom is 86 years old and slower nowadays so it took her a minute to decide on what to eat. Then one of the ladies put out a bowl of candies - for Halloween - and mama was on it! While I told her just take one the employee told her to help herself. I let her take 2 more. I appreciate the crew here for taking pride in their work and their professional attitudes. Moments like these should be celebrated loudly. The place is very clean and the music playing was apropos. Please thank the crew and encourage them to continue to stand out. (PS - I saw the low rating and could not understand why - other than customer belligerence. Anyone can have an off day. Inside of the store was closed, purchased 3 meals in the drive thru, asked the person at the window if we could use the bathroom really quickly and she said yes. We came inside opened the door and the general or service manager shooed us away rudely after not letting us speak to say we were told it was okay. Either tell your workers to not allow us to use the bathroom or kindly say so yourself. We understand the inside was not open but with permission by a worker it was very disrespectful for the manager who was an older lady with short grey hair to give that type of service to those who just spent good money. I do not call that service with a smile. However the drive through worker was very nice and pleasant and I'm sure she doesn't like her manager either. Hope she's doing okay best wishes. read more

I like bk,so I have no problem with the actual food, but the drive thru sux. Every time the order is wrong. When I have to get out of my car and go in, it kinda defeats the purpose of the drive-thru. I stopped going to this particular Burger King location years ago and when I went today ith my father I was reminded why. My father loves whoppers, I'm not sure why when Wendy's is so much better! Anyway. For starters the girl behind the counter said "How can I help you?" Then immediately answered the phone and started helping them, while we're standing there waiting. Finally we ordered. Then we got his food in a bag, I told her we wanted to eat there. She said "Sorry, we're not allowing anyone to dine in" i asked why, she said because we're cleaning. I asked why are you cleaning at 6pm when you close at 9pm? Didnt get an answer. in the meantime there was a woman sitting down and eating. Needless to say I was PO'ed. My Dad was essentially pulling me out of there because I was about to flip. Then the woman working tells the woman sitting that she has to leave, Noone is allowed to dine in. She said nobody told me that, they kicked her out anyway. This place is disgusting and I will never set foot in it again!! read more

I arrived around nine pm place was basically empty with some students hanging around. Ordered my veggie burger combo with fries and drinks. I got my burger in less then five minutes ! Hot sandwich with hot fries and special order of onion rings. They gave upon asking hot sauce i.e. Zesty and buffalo sauce packed small containers. They mess up your order every time they forget things and there always getting high in the backroom or restroom

This is the absolute worst for fast food restaurants. The staff is a joke. They just give you what they want. They only ask what you want for show. The food is f'n nasty ! When it's actually the correct food to begin with. If these people don't wanna work in customer service then get a new job. The world needs janitors too! read more

First of all, the wait was horrendous for "fast food". Second of all, we ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 10 piece nuggets for the dogs and 1 large fry for sharing. When we got our order, they gave us these plain ol' cheeseburgers that didn't even have bacon on them! They were flat with no substance what so ever like a bad movie! Then they gave us four 5 pieces nuggets! The large fry seemed to be the only thing they got right size wise! I WON'T BE GOING THERE AGAIN! Burger King of Shame!! The workers smoke right outside the front entrance by the doors where you come in. They do not greet you when you come in or when you are in line. The food that is given is cold. Fries and nuggets are not fresh but stale. The ice machine drips water and the "Orange Hi-C" soda dispenser gives out Fruit Punch!! The parking lights are off at 8pm...I thought they were closed. BK sign doesn't light up either. read more

When I go to a place like this I expect to get my food my way. But apparently that's not the case in the Hazle township location. My friend and I went there tonight and made separate orders. We both said no onion on our whoppers, me because I'm allergic to onion. However they put onion on both our orders. They want to make it their way. I tried calling for a half hour straight and the line was busy so that tells me they had the phone off the hook. read more

Frozen Coke machine still not operating properly after two months of tries. They'll probably fix it come mid-December when everyone wants a hot drink. Can't get an order right to save their lives, I mean it is difficult to read the slip and add tomato and onions to a chicken sandwich. Wait line in the drive thru was 20 minutes plus. Forget calling corporate to get someone to do something to improve this store - it never happens. Food is typically cold, customer service is horrendous and they could not care less whether they have a customer in the store or not. read more

A more recently interiorly designed Burger King and walking distance from the Ramada. It is your typical Burger King Menu, and maybe slightly better service than you may expect from a Burger King. Typically, fairly quiet. I have logged quite a few minutes sipping coffee and watching the news at this Burger King. read more

Recently renovated, but kept same problems. Takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through, cheeseburgers are served cold with cheese unmelted. They tell you to pull up so beeping stops in drive through, so corporate thinks they are keepin good turn times. read more
