One of the nicer Burger Kings I've been to. We stopped here on a trip to Wilkes Barre. Nice clean restaurant with pleasant staff. Super cheap chicken nuggets.

RECEIPT # 1 IS ONE WHERE THEY GAVE ME ONLY 3 SANDWICHES AND TRY TO SEND ME ON MY MERRY WAY... NOT!!!

If I could give a zero I most certainly would. This early morning upon getting off work early I decided to go to Burger King. So I approach drive thru and begin to place my order. I went for the buy one get one for $1. So I asked for two orders of the Big Fish and an order of the Impossible Whopper, large fries and large onion rings. My total was $17.77. Now upon cutting the corner and approaching window to pay I asked did you include the one for $1 He replied yes. I get to the window to pay and I gave a $20 bill and my change was $2.23. Young man hands me my order. It was one bag which I found strange, inside was 2 Big Fish and 1 Impossible Whopper. I informed him that 3 sandwiches were missing, he said I got them all. Now if it buy one get one for $1, I should have been given 6 sandwiches not three. So ok you messed up the order and you get attitude with me by walking away saying where I could hear you " You know what". Wait a minute, I started to get a little upset. So the manager comes and says they didn't hear the order like I know I said... I want 2 orders of Big Fish and 1 order of Impossible Whopper. Now you gave me 2 Big Fish but I was still missing a Impossible Whopper for $1, even though I know what I ordered. Now you ask for the $2.23 back because now I have to pay $6.54 more which absolutely made no sense. Manager could not figure out difference without me having to give change back, I asked if she needed a calculator, she said "no". Then I further said if it's a problem you can have it back and return my money. This whole time I'm getting the attitude of pain from her and her subordinate, meanwhile I can see them talking crap about me behind the closed window and it was your error not mine. Finally I said to myself let me look at my sandwiches because a couple of months ago I went to this same Burger King and bought 3 orders of Big Fish and got the 3 for free or $1, but got home to give to parties I bought for only to find out the buns were burnt. Here we are from this order this morning with a burnt bun. I informed the young man who is snotty and his reply was he can't take it back, I said where is your manager? She comes I inform her and her excuse was sometimes that happens to the buns, I handed it back to her to let her know this was unacceptable, and she replaced with bun that wasn't burnt. Now the moral of this story is Don't give me attitude because you didn't understand the order and how I said the order. If I said 2 orders that means two and I should get 2 for $1 extra each. If I say I want 1 order I should get another sandwich for $1. The concept is buy one get one for $1. You tried to have me walk away with just 3 sandwiches, telling me I am wrong and that's what I ordered. I will not be a patron of this Burger King again. I told the young man who handled my order in the first place that he had a bad attitude and he said he didn't I told him he did and he slams the window. As I said bad attitude for your error. I am not only one who has had bad experiences with this Burger King and not only one who will never purchase there again, I will travel further to get better service. It's sad you get off from a hard days work and want something fast because your tired and in no mood to cook when you finally get home. Something that should've taken a hop skip and a jump wound up taking a half an hour at the drive through window with two other cars behind me waiting for their orders because of someone else's mistake. You don't give the customer attitude for your error, you correct error and apologize so maybe that particular customer will comeback. Well you have lost a customer and several others because of your service and attitude. If I wanted 2 sandwiches, I would've plainly said 2 Big Fish, not 2 Orders of Big Fish.

Clean, well managed BK with fast professional service. The food was fresh from the buns to the veggies.

What stood out almost immediately, was while it was not understaffed, the restaurant was not clean. It looked like the tables had not been wiped down in hours. In terms of service, that was ok, but on the main serving line several of the items were not filled and the person serving me had to get those from the takeout preparation area. The utensils and soda area was also not clean or organized and several items needed refilling. The food was ok, but several chicken pieces in my bowl were overdone. Lack of attention to detail is what stands out here and for now I will not be returning.

It's a Saturday night at 8:50 so the places doesn't close for over an hour, we questioned this because while pulling in we noticed through the windows that all the chairs were already up on the tables. As we were walking in there were 15+ bags of garbage sitting out by the trash can and all the employees except 1 were standing by the front door talking with people who weren't even employees like it was a college party or something. I get called up and asked what I wanted I proceed to say two bowls, both wanting white rice but them saying they don't have enough white rice for both, this continued to be the trend, them being out of everything, I truthfully think they had all the stuff but just didn't want to make anymore because of being extremely lazy and incompetent, in replace of the green sauce I just chose guac because of the fact that it's about all they had left and this man preceded to put so much guac on the top of my bowl to fill in the emptiness of the bowl. When I got home and attempted to choke down this god awful meal I noticed the guac itself wasn't even guac for the most part it was literal chunks of avocado. This was by far one of the worst meals I've ever consumed and that's saying something being from hazleton because most of the meals suck. I would rather never eat again than consume anything chipotle has to offer again. Items that they were out of white rice (after 1 bowl), pico, fajita veggies, green salsa, lettuce. Obviously they were just too lazy to go make more and just wanted to say they were out of it. I'll never be returning to this chipotle and I'll be sure to spread the word
