I mean, it's a chain "Mexican" restaurant -- and with all of the authentic Mexican restaurants popping up everywhere, we only visit here when 1. It's late and we have no where else to go and this is on the way home. 2. If we are super hungry after a late night at the bar. or 3. You are craving hard tacos and are too lazy or don't have to make your own. #3 is definitely me but with extra hot sauce. Food is bland otherwise. Pretty good. If you've had Taco Bell before its probably the same here at the Kingston location as it is everywhere else. I had the crunchwrap breakfast. I was plesantly surprised that it had a small hint of spicyness that sets it apart from other breakfast burritos. I really enjoyed it. Service is usually good. Every once and awhile I will go there for lunch and you could hear the people in the back complaining that they have to do their job. There was one time that there was no lids for the drinks and the guy grudgingly came out to refill them for me conplaining how the night shift never does their job. Uggghh. Besides that the service is usually friendly and I love the food. It's also a great fast food place to go to when you are dieting. This location is great. It's located in a fairly commercial area in a small town (if that makes any sense). Of the many times I've been here, I would say the cleanliness is a 3 star. The bathrooms are ok. Typical fast-food bathroom. The tables are usually clean and wiped down. Love the food. They have plenty of choices to choose from. The Crunchwrap Supreme is one of my favs. It's a mis of crunchy and soft shells combined with the basic taco ingredients. read more

It is Taco Bell. So as far as taste in food goes -- either you like bland food that gives you diarrhea or not. I don't eat meat so I lucked out with not ending up in the hospital with food poisoning. Hello. I'm Bonnie B back here. Just had Taco Bell for the first time in 25 years. Last time I was here they had a little chihuahua as there mascot. Typical Taco Bell location. Not the cleanest, not always the friendliest staff, and not always the best quality food. Great when you have a craving, though. Also, very entertaining to sit and watch people try to navigate the very narrow drive-thru lane....that adds a star in my book! read more

Very little variety for their menu though and they sort of slack on the meat while they load it up with everything else. No where near as good as it looks in commercials. I went there yesterday, and the staff on the AM shift were nice, smiling, and polite well above and beyond what you would expect from someone making $8/hr.
