Ordered online 2 of the $5 deals. Whopper jr , chicken nuggets, fries, Diet Coke and honey mustard sauce. Ordered one of the whopper jrs with cheese and no onion. When I got to my car I looked in the bag to make sure everything was there and they didn't give me the honey mustard sauce. So I had to go back in. Then when I got home both whopper jrs had onions and the one no cheese. I looked at the tag and yes, it said no onion, add cheese for one of the meals!!!! The meal was not good. Apparently an employee was cleaning the outside structure. The manager apologized for the mess and said to call back so she could speak with the owner. No call back. I called back and spoke with the owner. He said " too bad!" I'm not going to pay for a carwash...nothing! Not even sorry. I was happy to find out I could get a free whopper through a deal that is going on today. I learned from the kind and professional team member in the drive through that I needed to use the BK app. To redeem the free whopper. The Impossible Whoppers tasted wonderful and I would definitely recommend them for anyone on a vegetarian or vegan diet or even anyone needing to reduce eating red meat. This location gets a big thumbs down due to the manager yelling at team members about why we got free whoppers and said "tell them next time to go to san luis obispo location" very loudly. Being mean to fellow coworkers and then also to customers is absolutely appalling. Probably the worst experience ever order number 42 and through the drive-through I ordered a five dollar deal that has a Junior whopper chicken nuggets fries and then I also asked for a whopper on the side and I come back to my work and French fries are cold as a rock how to throw them out then my nuggets were warm but when I went to get my hamburger hamburger it was cold as ice and a Junior whopper was ice cold went back to the store found out the heater where they keep the food on their average being made is broken and I hear two employees first one Jenelle and another lady both laughing because her all the food is cold food being cold is not a good thing it's a health risk people can get sick and only after I heard these two ladies talking about another piece of equipment broke and saying the owner just hasn't fixed it but they replaced my food warm this time but what a joke read more
