I ordered two croissan'wich meals, which come with two coffees. I told them I didn't want the coffees and asked if they could just switch them for one Coke instead. I'm literally giving up two drinks and only asking for one, and they still tried to charge me extra for the Coke. Make it make sense. If the meal includes drinks and I'm not taking the ones it comes with, I shouldn't be charged more to swap them. It's just bad customer service and zero logic. Negative 1000 stars for thus specific location. The toothless female manager that was working Friday night on 5/22/26 was so unprofessional. Rude and clearly on a power trip. I was going to grab a burger before entering the park, but after I saw the way she treats the employees and customers I no longer wanted to spend my money there. She threaten to have every car parked in the lot towed even when the tow truck driver came and explained to her he wasnt doing that and that people were fine to park there. I saw her outside talking to people she knew in a car while yelling at one of the employee outside in a very demeaning manor. I asked her kindly what her name was and if she was the manager while she was trying to put a hand made sign over the burger king corporate sign like she owned the place. She refused to give me her name and said she was off the clock. I told her I saw the way she treated that female employee and she called me a bitch. Honestly her general manager needs to know about how she is treating customers and people in general. Quite possibly the worst run restaurant I've ever been to. The hours online are wrong they're not 24 hours. If you go there in the morning the broiler is never on until 9 or 930. If you go there after 10 you're lucky if anyone can be found to take your order through the drive through even though they're still open. You call and no one answers the phone. You knock on the drive the through window for 10 minutes and maybe someone will eventually answer. I was just in Burger King on rogue River Highway when in there for a quick breakfast for my girlfriend and I, when I walked in, there was no greeting The lady that helped me was very rude when she said I need to take care of the customer in front of you because his payment didn't go through. It took 20 minutes to get my food I asked them for a comment card and they said they don't have any. I would have to look it up on the website when I asked for their franchise managers phone number. The lady said oh I'm sorry, sir I can't give that to you because it's illegal, she then said you have a nice day, sir I walked out, got home, called the store. Spoke to Amanda the manager, and I asked her for their franchise managers phone number she gave me a phone number and a name of Randy who she said is the franchise manager, but the number happened to be for Jackson County health department so she gave me the wrong number. When I called back, the lady that gave me my Food said that her manager told her that she is not to answer my calls because I was rude. There was also two homeless people sleeping on the bench with food scattered all over the table several homeless people outside with sleeping bags begging for rides from my girlfriend who was waiting for me in the car for 20 minutes. This Burger King is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to, I have never in my life 53 years such horrible service and was talk to you in the most un ethical way. First off, I just want to say I overall do not like Burger King food. Why do I even come to one? Well, my husband and son seem to LOVE it! So yes, I am occasionally out-voted on what to eat, and I end up at a Burger King, where I usually bitterly regret another wasted meal. LOL I try hard to find something, anything, even halfway healthy. Hard to do at Burger King. Yesterday I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich plus a small onion rings. The chicken patty was very small and so overcooked it tasted like chicken jerky practically. Very hard for me to bite through without completely destroying the bread and creating a mess. It was a challenge, but I finally ate it cause I was hungry. The onion rings were ok. Let me preface by saying that I Love Burger King food. You can't beat a Whopper or their original chicken sandwich. I placed an app order for a whopper meal on December 14. When I went to pick it up the drive thru line had probably 10 cars in it so I decided to go in. I grabbed my mask like a good little drone. There was an employee standing right outside of the door talking to who I assumed was her boyfriend. She watched me get out and walk up to the door only to find that it was locked. Then I noticed a small sign thay said lobby closed. It would have been nice for her to have said "I'm sorry Sir but the lobby us closed." But she was too busy. So I got back into the car and got in line. When I finally got up to the order speaker, there was another hand written sign that said "Fryer down, no burgers." That's a new one on me. I gave her my name and said that I had placed an app order. She said "for a whopper meal?" And I said yes. "Sorry but our fryer is down, would you like anything else?" "Not since I can't get what I ordered." So I left. I understand that stuff happens but maybe they could have either made a sign and put it up BEFORE you got trapped in the drive thru or had someone stand out front to inform people that they weren't serving any burgers. Since I'm not rich enough to pay for food that I never received I contacted customer service to inform them. I received a reply stating that they had forwarded my message to the store and that someone would be in contact with me shortly. 2 weeks later and nothing. So I sent another message. Within minutes I had my refund but nothing else. I'm not a greedy person but a little something extra would have been nice. With this being said, Burger King has lost a loyal customer. read more
