Nasty. 27$ for two whopper meals and it tasted horrible. Asked them to remove some items from one burger and they did that for both not just the one. Only saving grace was the fries were hot. I try to avoid going to Burger King because the only thing they are consistent with is screwing up the order. I went through the drive-thru tonight after work (7/23/25) because the line to leave post was extremely long (due to the Wilson gate being closed) I order a whopper jr without cheese, with extra onions and extra pickles, and a small onion ring. I thought the price of $6.33 was a bit high, but like I said I hadn't been to a BK in over a year, so I just figured prices had gone up. When I got home, I have a whopper jr with cheese and a large onion ring which now explains the cost. You never get a receipt, so you don't know what you are being charged for. The reviews for this place are years old (no lie). Yes it's just a Burger King but there is character in the people that work there and that adds a star. The food is nothing special but it's Burger King and you can't rate a fast food restaurant the same as a fine dining establishment. I give 4 stars because it isn't usually open on the weekends. There should be a some time for it. Maybe not breakfast but lunch and early dinner? No breakfast items available. Went to this location on 5/27/22 at around 1800. soon as I walked through the door the young man working the drive thru and the young lady in the kitchen groaned loudly upon me entering. i saw that they appear to be cleaning up and my order was simple. but i really did not like their attitude towards a customer coming in. i have worked in customer service and I have never seen employees bold enough to groan in displeasure because of a customer coming in. that was rude, unnecessary and unprofessional. read more

The employees here simply do not care about their job. Moreover, they do not care about the quality of food they provide to paying customers. What makes this even worse is this Burger King is on an Army base where you'd expect people to have a stronger sense of respect for their patrons. The food was cold, the burger meat was in pieces and burnt, the fries were heavily over seasoned and apparently cooked in what tastes like very old frying oil, and the chicken fries resembled petrified french fries you sometimes find under the seat of a rental car. I have seen this Burger King remodeled three times over the years. The main problem still exists... they cannot handle the rush times and at best struggle with off-peak service. Today is a prime example. I arrived in the drive-thru just after 11 am and was able to pull directly to the menu board / speaker. You are greeted with a prerecorded message. A few moments later I got the "I will be with you in a moment". Waited about another minute before my order was taken. That was at 11:10 by their receipt. Took 7 minutes to get to the second window and get my food. 7 minutes during an off peak time. I tried the fries right away... there were surprisingly hot and well seasoned. I was not able to try the sandwich until I got back to my office. As you can see in the photo the sandwich had been crushed by the fries. The sandwich was very dry. Definitely needed more mayonnaise or ketchup. For a fast food meal costing over $9... does not live up to the price. read more

They have messed up my order several times now, and when I try to have it corrected they ignored me and then gave me terrible attitude. Do no recommend. So unhealthy. So bad for you. And yet so close to my barracks! This Burger King is nearly revolting in the quality of their food, so I tend not to go anywhere else unless it's an absolute emergency. The prices are also pretty high for fast food standards, and the place is usually mostly empty whenever I visited. It lends a kind of ghost town feel to the place. Such a restaurant honestly does not deserve its own building, although I suppose it was to accommodate the drive-thru that they have. If you need food and other places are available, you probably would rather head there instead. read more

This has to be the slowest Burger King on the planet. It's like the workers are moving in slow motion. It's almost painful to watch. Was today everyone's first day??? Where is the hustle? What happened to taking care of the customer? Most people that come to this location during the day have jobs they need to get back to. Get them their food and let them get on with their lives! Went during a low volume time after the dinner rush (about 8pm). We ordered a double cheeseburger meal, 10-pc chicken nugget meal, loaded potato bites and a Hershey sundae pie. It took 25 minutes (to make the chicken), they didn't give us the pie, the double cheeseburger was triple and messily made, and the fries were old and disgusting. Seems like, if there was a long wait for chicken, might as well make fresh fries, right? I know it's just a Burger King, but it doesn't seem like it should be a whole lot to ask for them to make the food fresh. read more

If you go during the hours of 11am to 1pm on a weekday you might as well stick your head in the broiler. Lines are infinite. The workers cater more to the drive-through line than the hoard of people waiting inside. Orders are consistently incorrect. They will sell a food item to you, whether they actually have the food in the back or not. Bring your knee pads because you'll be begging for condiments. If you don't mind waiting then please visit. read more

Never going back! I usually don't like fast food but I really wanted some sweet potato fries. I ordered the cranbery/apple chicken salad and a large sweet potato fries. For the past 2.5 years this place has been consistently SLOOOOWWWWW. Even when there is no one there it still takes an average 8 to 10 minutes to get your food or even a milkshake. Don't bother going during lunch time you'll spend your whole time wasting gas. Went the other day to this Burger King the other day and was treated very rudely by the 2nd window worker. Was only given two sauces for 20 nuggets and an order of chicken fries. Asked her for more and she said "you got some at the first window" I said "Yea, only one of each" She looked in my car and said "looks like two" One buffalo and one zesty which would be one sauce for 20 nuggets, and one sauce for the chicken fries. She then proceeded to roll her eyes. It's sauce! I guess they're that hard up! If you don't like people, don't work fast food. This is a military base where people are serving their county, and do not deserve to be treated rudely when they're being courteous, and very respectful. Will not be returning. Went here a few times. During rushes they are still pretty good at serving in a timely manner. The drive thru is pretty fast. If there is a rush inside, just go to the drive thru. Common sense. read more
