Lastnight pulling up to the drive-thru and being greeted with a friendly, enthusiastic voice, and the lady being very help during my order at the speaker. When i proceed to go to the window and pay for my order i ask the lady that had came to the window what was her name and if she was the lady that took my order she was full of engery "She said yes ma'am my name is Sam and I asked her if the was a manger available and she said "I am the manager on duty" i just wanna give her a shout out this is the best experience I have had with a restaurant in a few years may God Bless her Family. My husband went to Taco Bell on Dixie Hwy in Radcliff order place at 7:30 has to talk to a girl that just came on to work and he told her that he put his order in at 7:30 so she was kind enough to make it right then. He said they always seem to be more concern about the drive through. He said there were other before him. But I guess they did not speak up yet. I really was interested in LJS next door but sadly they were closed. This TB was open so i walked over. This location has a newer modern look, with Comfy seats. This place had one other customer before me and 5 more people came later so they were not too busy at all. The order was accurate however the presentation was off. See picture. The whole order was carelessly slapped together and the enchirito was placed in bag tilted resulting in saucy messy surprise for whoever opens container. The last couple times I've been through my orders have been wrong. I had a crunch wrap supreme with no meat, no chicken in my quesadillas, and asked for no ice in the drinks and they were FULL of ice. I didn't even receive my receipt to get a refund. Swear every time I come here it is always something. Either my order is getting messed up, I'm recieving a crunchwrap supreme or taco with barely any meat, or I'm recieving rude ass customer service from an employee through the drive thru. For example, I went through the drive thru and was placing an order and before i could finish adding an item, i get cut off. So I pull up to the window and try to add the item and another employee hears it and yells oh no she cant add a big order like that. Literally it was a $5 box that included 2 tacos, cinnamon twists, and a soda. If i wasn't cut off while trying to order my meal, I wouldnt have had to try and place it at the window. Only leaving a one star because I can't leave any lower. I've been to this Taco Bell a few times and never had a terrible experience besides for today. I went through the drive thru and got a chicken quesadilla and a few other things . The cashier was rude , didn't talk to us AT ALL , when I asked for sauces she looked at me like she didn't understand me and never responded back. When I got home and started to eat my food I spit out of chicken quesadilla because it tasted like chemicals and left a "burning" in my mouth (not like a hot sauce burning , more of a "I shouldn't have consumed it", burning) called corporate and complained because I already know the managers here are pretty disrespectful. I stopped in this morning (Dec 15) for breakfast, and I noticed there were only 3 employees working. I can't believe a manager would only schedule 3 people for a Saturday morning. The manager either needs to learn to schedule people better or treat the staff better to keep enough help. I don't know what the situation is, but they need a new & better manager that knows they need more than 3 people and or they need to treat employees better to keep enough staff. This is the worse I have ever been treated by anyone in my entire life We did not get our order, and still had to pay for it online When we arrived to tell them our name they were not busy We were then told that they were out of pizzas and could not make any tacos because they were out of lettuce We were willing to get the tacos with no lettuce and asked if we could replace the pizza we were told we could NOT replace anything on the order When I asked why they said because they do not have access to the online ordering and we had to call 1800-red-taco to take care of it she was very very rude and I could hear other employees laughing in t he background. This number offers NO options to deal with anything customer oriented. Instead it is all employee and vendor information according to the options. I pull back around to ask for a different number She gets even ruder and tells us she cannot help us we will need to call that number it is the one her manager gave her to use in case of any issues. Again more laughter. We asked for a refund and she again stated we had to call that number. I again explained it and she called me a LIAR. Her exact statement was "Lying about the number is not going to get you anywhere. I need you to leave my drive thru window if you are just going to lie." At that point I asked again for a refund or our food and was told I had to call that number that was it. SO, I had 5 people to feed, no more money as I only had 33 bucks in the bank and the 30 bucks was gone for the order they are not going to make. So my kids got some cheese crackers from the gas station for their very late night dinner (We had a family emergency that kept us all way past normal times) and the three kids had to split packs of crackers while the adults had nothing but free water from the gas station I have NEVER been treated this bad read more

The last couple times I visited Taco Bell in radcliff my order is not what I ask, since is a drive thru and I didn't open every package I didn't notice that what I order is not what I received until I got home, business has change with the COVID 19 therefore business practice must change as most if no all customers are using the drive thru more often, so Taco Bell management needs to improvise and overcome in order to meet the customers needs. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Every time I come I wait at least 15 minutes in line. I drive for a food delivery service which requires me to order for someone and drop food off to their location in a timely manor. I came tonight and waited 20 minutes before I could even order for my customer. I finally got up to the drive thru window after 30 min. The girl asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes because I have to take a picture of the receipt to show the customer exactly how much it was. She said okay and closed the window. 2 minutes later, brings me my food with no receipt. I asked her for it and she froze and stuttered to say "oh uh well my printer is down." Okay? So why did you ask if I wanted the receipt in the first place. I then asked if she could repeat the total to make sure I got it right and she said "there's no way for me to see the total price of your order anymore" which I know is a lie because I have worked there before and there's definitely a way. So, I finally get the food to my customer and thankfully, they know how bad the service is here so they were very understanding. But, my job should not be effected because there are people who don't know how to do there's. I would cut them some slack if they were to be extremely busy, but it wasn't.
