On the road and decided to get a meal in one of my favorite places in Eufaula Alabama! Service was quick and I got my hands on the new Double Southwest Whopper. The burger was fresh off the grill and I had a nice bite of delight with the bacon, tortilla chips and avocado. Daym Drops was right that this is a great burger to have! Nice new Burger King that is super clean, spacious dinning room and bathrooms. The employees were friendly, fast and professional. I never rate fast food but after passing up on a visit to the Chick-Fil-a across the street because they STILL don't have their dining room open, I was super impressed with this Burger King. I will come back on my next road trip through the area. read more

Went through the drive through on a rainy Saturday. We knew it would be busy so it did take longer. Finally got up to pay and the cashier must of had a bad day. Not a smile, not a thank you, mumbling so could hardly understand her. Got to the food pick up and order was missing a sandwich. This caused people behind us to wait longer because the manager disagreed and said she put the sandwich in the bag! Had to give her back the bag for staff to take out everything. Once out they acknowledged we were right. Opened the bag for the second time which now has been through too many hands to find my sandwich cold!! Walked back in and told the manager. She gave it to the girl in the back who stuck it in the microwave. Scalding hot and mushy now! Not a "I'm sorry" or anything. Never again to this BK. Unprofessional all the way! read more

I like Burger King a lot and the food is great however these people are almost always assholes. I've been to so many burger kings where the food is alright - really good, but the people working there act like I just murdered their dog in front of them and like I'm a terrorist. However this Burger King is by far my worst experience which is why I felt the need to write a review. I also love McDonald's and my favorite thing from McDonald's is their McNuggets. So I go into this Burger King and asked for a 10 piece McNugget. and this lady dead ass looked at me and says "Excuse me sir?". I'm like "uh, can I get a 10 piece McNugget...?" "sir I don't think you understand what you said" and she said this shit in the most asshole tone EVER. "Ma'am is something wrong?". "Sir we don't sell McNuggets here we sell CHICKEN nuggets so next time get it right before you order". I was just left stunned because of how disgustingly rude she was so I just left and before I left the door she said "MHMMM!" like she was in the right for being a big ol' dick. Burger king has great food and I'm sure the CHICKEN nuggets would've been good however in that tone? no. absolutely not. go to McDonald's and get some REAL nuggets. I really hope she gets fired because before I left she had the same kind of tone to the next person so I'm assuming she's just always a miserable person for no reason...Oh, also, the place was really REALLY clean but what's the point when your staff are rude as hell. read more

Since relocating a few yards to a new building in 2019, this BK has more restroom space, steampunk interiors, and an unusually clean self serving station of condiments and beverages. I've had only positive experiences from stops made along 431 on my way to and from GA / FL since moving in the summer of 2020. I'm writing this review to praise the overall satisfaction I experienced on 5/07/2020 after ordering a pair of the new Impossible Whopper burgers, customized with ketchup / mustard / pickles - only. Expecting several minutes of hold-time, the burgers were ready in less than 3-minutes, both were fresh and charbroiled to perfection, and the cashier nailed it - and included a personal smile that you don't see at fast food restaurants in the US today. I have not been inside of a Burger King in over ten years but when we stopped at the Chick Fil A across the street and their doors were still locked for their restrooms I went inside. It is the nicest Burger King I have ever seen! Very clean and updated on the inside. I saw several tables of people eating breakfast which shows it is a great local breakfast spot. It made me decide to get a breakfast croissant from Burger King instead of a chicken biscuit from across the street. read more

One of the best BKs I have been to. The whoopers were great the fries perfect. But I have to minus one star for no trash cans. I walked around the building not a one. Had to go inside to dump trash. So when you go through and see trash all over the place that is why. Need at least three cans around the building. read more
