Burger King is not my usual choice for fast food but when someone gives you a gift card, you might as well find a Burger King and take advantage of a free meal. This location is not a popular spot except for drive through orders. I went inside and saw a downsized counter, menu, and a skeleton staff. Ordering was relatively easy, used my gift card, and waited for the order. No major complaints and the chicken sandwich flavor and texture has improved from a memory I had over a decade ago. No major complaints at this location or using a gift card for payment. read more

Went to have dinner with my grandkids at the Burger King, 204th Street, Elkhorn location at about 5 pm on 10/15/2024. When we arrived no one was in sight. We waited for about 5 minutes. I shouted "Anyone in here?" I assume manager came out from the back with a young lady and seemed annoyed with us. He shouted he had paperwork to do. I responded that we wanted to eat. So we ordered. We received our food. My grand daughter's chicken nuggets were dried out and old. The rest of the food was fine. Throughout the incident, he was disgruntled. Not a pleasant experience. read more

Last time I was here I was unimpressed bc the drive thru took forever! This time I ate inside and still wish I'd have gone somewhere else... the dining room had several flies that I had to brush away from landing on my food. They were quick to place my order but again it took forever to get it and there was mass confusion at the counter with whose order was whose. While I ate I watched two people waiting in their cars for their food from the drive thru to be brought out to them - one of hem waited for 10 min!!! Every time I go there there ice cream machine is broken. Mistress Rong Bong Yong is not pleased in the least and I will be given five pesos of punishment due to this. In a way her mansion is less than that of an American eagle but more that of a Pagoda ridge fit for a lawyer mansion. I especially do enjoy mistresses burgandy drapes. Saturday night 7ish. Not busy at all. Ordered burgers, chicken nuggets and fries. Hardly no wait at all after paying our food came out fast and fresh! Freshest fries I've gotten in a drive thru in quite some time! Very friendly service. Would go again if in the area. read more

Service could be good and orders more accurate. But this is Burger King so food is just as good as other places if you like BK. The location is very accessible and you can be in and out in 10 mins. read more

The last two times I've ordered food here (once in the drive through, once as a delivery order) my orders have been wrong. The drive through order was only slightly wrong, as I ordered a whopper meal which came correctly, but I received two orders of chicken nuggets instead of the chicken fries that I ordered despite my receipt clearly stating that I ordered the fries. More recently, I placed a delivery order in which I asked for a double whopper with back and cheese with a large drink and large onion rings. Instead, I received a back king and two small fries, meaning my order was entirely wrong. In addition to all of this, my last drive through experience was the worst I've ever had at any restaurant. The man who took my order was extremely rude. He kept rushing me and cutting me off every time I tried to order an item, going so far as to shout at me for taking too long when I asked my friends in the backseat what they wanted. As someone who has worked both retail and fast food, I fully understand that things can get stressful, but that's no reason to take your anger out on a paying customer; not to mention that he was rushing us through the drive through despite there only being two other cars. Later after getting home, I called this store to complain. The person who answered the phone was the same person who took my order (I could tell by the voice), and he was just as blunt and rude this second time as he was before. Overall, my experience has left me feeling exceptionally disappointed. Burger King was my favorite restaurant as a kid (sad, I know) and this specific store has almost entirely ruined those feelings. read more

Last time I go to this BK. Had issues in the past but today was the final straw. I don't know why they can't hire any decent employees at this location. I've been to this BK ~3 times in last year and always issues from either rude employees and/or messed up orders. Today it was both. Had to listen to window employee shout to coworker how rude the previous customer was before she "greeted me". They forgot the sides to both of kids meals. Didn't include a receipt so I could reference specific order when I contacted HQ. There are other fast food franchises in town that have good customer service (Taco John's stands out) so to me it seems like its ownership/mgmt that doesn't seem to care to put the right people and procedures in place. read more

I came in with a few friends on a rainy day to be welcomed by a warm "hello" I than ordered a #1 with cheese (whopper). Before I could get settled in a seat my order was ready. At last my Whimsical Whopper was waiting me along with a small fry. I dove right in shoving fry after fry into my mouth. Washing it down with a Coke. My taste buds than explored the whopper the size of a small China plate. I laid back in aww of the power of the whopper. I began to feel a disturbance in my stomach, I had to go to the bathroom. I was mildly upset with the quality of the cleanliness of the room I was than confused the stall was taken, you could not see any feet. I knocked and than cautiously made an entrance. My stomach hurled up a fire of poop, the toilet paper was poor quality. To conclude the food was delightful, however the bathrooms could use a mop. I recommend this restaurant but even more recommend avoiding the bathrooms read more
