I had a really disappointing experience at the Edmonds Burger King. I drove about 15 minutes to pick up two meals, and by the time I got home, I realized the fries were extremely salty--completely inedible. I actually like salty food, so that says a lot. Since I was already far away, I called to see if anything could be done, like getting replacement fries another day. The employee said she'd "let the kitchen know," but didn't really address the issue. When I asked again, she offered a 10% discount on fries next time, which felt pretty dismissive. To make sure it wasn't just me, I gave the fries to my husband without saying anything--and he immediately spit them out. I ended up paying about $30 for two burgers and drinks. A simple effort to make it right would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me not to return. read more

Haven't had Burger King in a while so I hit up the drive thru. It was absolute trash. My whopper tasted like someone chewed it up and then put it on a bun, the tomato was mushy and the lettuce was wilted. Their fries are usually not that great but now they were also cold, which matched my burger. Upon ordering I was asked if I wanted cheese, but they don't mention there is an extra charge. On my most recent visit to the Burger King on 212th Street Southwest and 76th Avenue West in Edmonds, today Thursday 16 November 2023, I opted for the drive-thru a little after the breakfast menu had changed to the later in the day menu (about 10:38 a.m.). Going for a few of the less expensive items for a full meal, I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger ($3.99), a medium fries ($3.14), and a soft serve ice cream in a cup ($1.69). The drive-thru worker was friendly and efficient. Payment was straightforward and turnaround on the items I ordered quick. A number of parking spaces were available, so I dined in my car in one of the spots. Each of the items were true in temperature to the product (cheeseburger and fries warm and soft serve cold). The fries were soft and crispy with a texturally light interior and golden exterior, I appreciated they were not heavily salted. For the bacon double cheeseburger, the patties were juicy, cheese melty, and bun fluffy. The other toppings were on point as well. The soft serve was also a hit. It thawed a little as I ate the other items, so it was extra creamy by the time I got to it in my meal (last). Closer to the building, the parking lot had garbage can(s). Something I appreciated, as I was able to take my dining refuse and dispose of it before driving off. I'm not one to eat out too often but for just 2 large chicken fries and 2 drinks i know i shouldn't be paying anywhere close to 28 dollars. That's absolutely insane and I have no idea how anybody willingly chooses to waste their money at this mid ass fast food chain. I'm not a fast food fan. Been hearing a lot about Burger King's Impossible Burger and wasn't really interested. I think for people who want to eat less meat in their diet, it's a good thing. I just don't miss eating meat. I'm perfectly fine without red meat & fowl. I will eat seafood once or twice a week though. That said, it's a rainy day and not feeling like getting out of my car to get something to eat for lunch. So decided to try this new whopper. I'll admit that the husband tried it in a restaurant several months ago. I did take a bite and didn't feel one way or the other about it. Eating this Impossible Whopper was not bad. I did get a slight cramping in my stomach before I finished eating it. Perhaps the psychological feeling if eating red meat. Who knows. Somebody said that they still cook it on the same grill as their regular burgers. I'm not a purist when it comes to eating or not eating meat. This review is based only on the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. The chicken is thick and generous, but mine was a bit chewy like it was over cooked. Batter was crunchy but uneven, and the seasoning has a burnt onion flavor that wasn't great. I did like the potato bun, it complemented the chicken well and had a nice structure. In summary, BK"s chicken sandwich is better than McDonald's, but KFC is slightly better, and of course Popeyes is still the king. read more

Where's the beef? First off I needed a handicap parking space I have disabilities, but the door dash guys took both spaces, young guys with no disables, I should have just left but we went through drive thru which was very slow for only one car in front of us, and we ate in the car which is difficult to do, not much I can say about my Whopper other than ALL BUN and very little meat, less than a quarter pound with large bun to try and make it look larger than it was, all smoke and mirrors don't fill a hungry belly, very, very disappointing experience! Sad the management ignores Federal ADA regulations and allows these door dash people to take handicap spots, I guess the customers too lazy to come get their own food are more important that the customers that come in person, and door dashers more important than the disabled. Burger King is one of my childhood favorites, this is my first time here since my move from California. And let me tell you I love me a Whopper!!! The hubby and I came at lunchtime, so many kids..lol. But I wasn't about to leave, I was looking forward to my Whopper. I went last with my kids and I to get 3 kids meals, 3 Oreo shakes, and 2 Whopper with cheese meals. The total came out to $60, which was sticker shock. That was not big reason I gave the 1 star it was for the workers who seemed like they were angry working there. They seemed like they were doing me a favor to giving a $60 meal. I usually go in the morning and a lady is taking the orders. Today must be her day off. They can't understand me. It takes several tries to get my order right and they start yelling at me. Part of the problem is their system is so slow for updating the screen and when it does update it is in the middle of them fixing some typo. another new burger king item to test: classic grilled hot dog. the hot dog is super skinny and was too short for the regular sized bun. hot dogs should be a little bit longer than the bun. there should be a bite of the dog with every bite, not a mushy piece of the bun with some condiments. the grilled dog comes with mustard, relish, ketchup and onions. that's way too much stuff. all i tasted were the condiments and barely tasted the dog. i suggest you "make it your way" and cut back on the condiments. the value size onions rings were cold. I ordered 2 rodeo burgers, 1 mozz sticks 8 count 4 Hershey pies, lg Dr.PEPPER and heavy on the ice. I got everything except my drink. I called the number 425 775 8299. It went right to a fax machine. So I had to get back in the long line just to get my drink. Wasted a total of 30 min. When I got home my food was COLD. The Rodeo burger looked the size of a kids meal. You get blocked in at the drive thru only to find a small sign saying they take NO Burger King coupons like the TMOBILE Tuesday Burger King Coupon. No sign before you sit in line and can't get out. Also, because they deal with high schooler they seem to be rude to the younger crowd even if they are 20ish when their dining room was open. I'm avoiding this Burger King and going to a more friendly BK, there are plenty around. read more

This Burger King location is one of my favorite places to pick up food for delivery. DeMarcus, Cheri, and Carlos are the employees that I have interactions with the most - and they are always professional, fast, and friendly. I have been to this place LOTS of times and it's one of the only fast food restaurants where I know the food orders will be filled properly and efficiently. I have made hundreds of deliveries from all different restaurants and fast food places and these guys are an asset to their employers. Yuck! I won't be returning to this location. After One visit every so often this was definitely the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. I placed my order which I recieved correctly however the woman working the window was extremely rude. She did everything so aggressively and did not ask me if I wanted any sauce. She shoved the drink at me and said here and when she took my payment she didn't look once just stuck the card reader out the window. No thank you or anything. She looked very mean. I didn't get her name but she had a rainbow flag tattoo on one wrist and a very short haircut. The mozzarella sticks I ordered tasted horrible. I've been here on multiple occasions and am going to try to visit tomorrow (as of typing this review) for a good lunch but the service is quite smooth for the most part and the food is as equally delicious as it always is. The negative would be the bathroom and how it smells like charbroiled burgers or really is an aroma that could emphasize on the flame grilled burgers concept. But other than that it's by Edmonds Woodway High School & is a fair ride from the local community college if you attend classes there such as myself. But, it wasn't the fact she told us we wouldn't have time to order, but the fact that she had already closed down the beverage station and gave us the stink eye as we were eating. My rating is focused on the consistent superb CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food is good. But this site shines with clear English, smiles abound, clean lot, enthusiasm and landscaped spaces.
