Shaun was such a beautiful guy. We came in the wee hours of the night absolutely FAMISHED. And he sure as heck provided. Amazing energy, amazing service, impeccable work ethic. He single handedly made all our food fresh without us even asking. We gave him five big booms upon receiving our delicious food, and he darn tootin gave them right back. I think this location should GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! He deserves every ounce of recognition and every last penny this store has to offer. And to end it all off, he complimented both me and my friend and gave us some of the best fist bumps we had ever received. To begin, only 3 people working in the entire restaurant for the lunch rush? The wait for food was ridiculous!!! No napkins available anywhere. Paper towel dispenser in both bathrooms were empty and no hand dryers available. I ordered a Whopper and I heard the "preparer" yell it was the last one....and believe me, it tasted like it was left over from the day before. It was cold and the edges were hard! I ordered large french fries also. They were stuck together in one large greasy mass. And, not one french fry in the hole package was longer than 1 inch. Worst visit to a Burger King ever!!! What a mistake coming here. It's not just the sloppy burgers or cold fries or flat Coke. Or that they forgot the napkins and the ketchup and the receipt. ...but when I returned and showed them a picture of the sloppy burger they gave me they became very unfriendly and confrontational about it and then took every second of about 20 minutes to find my receipt. This is just the worst single Burger King I have ever been to. The lobby is closed so drive thru is the only option. We have been waiting in line 30 minutes and still don't have food. Don't, just don't. Save yourself a 20 minute wait just to place an order at the drive thru. Thats as your in front of the intercom waiting to speak your order. The drive through speaker has been broken for months now and it's like talking w 2 cups and a string. Huge hole in the drive way as well. Order correctness is hit or miss. This location has consistently been a bad experience for me and my friends, so much so that I made a Yelp account just to leave this review. They do not allow more than one order per car. I'm assuming it's to prevent people from placing a ton of orders with coupons but what it leads to is my friends and I driving around multiple times so that everyone can get a meal and use their one coupon per order. Their computer has crashed multiple times when I've been there and led to long wait times. They often are unable to print a receipt for your order. And there's one lady that works there that offers terrible customer service. She's been rude on multiple occasions such as when I initially asked to place a second order she said "Not in my drive through." Not something like - I'm sorry but we're unable to do that. She also closed the window on me and walked away immediately before I was able to ask for a receipt before I even knew their machine doesn't work. If it wasn't for their convenient location, I would never eat here again. I would recommend never coming with friends unless they don't want to use Burger King coupons. Additionally, don't come at night as they will likely find a way to inconvenience you. read more

Sadly this is not a good review. I didn't even get to order the food because I couldn't get past the poor service at the drive-through. I pulled up to the drive-through and I noticed that there were THREE different prices for chicken tenders. $1.69, $1.49, and $1.29. But that's not all. After I asked the attendant (with the attitude problem) on the window what the real price was, he told me they were 1.49. I questioned that because there were two other prices listed. He proceeds to tell me "Well I will check on the sign. They are $1.49. Do you want to order them?" So I politely declined. I called back to speak to a manager, and this same clown answers the phone claiming that he WAS the manager. I explained the situation to him. And then he said he would change the sign. By that timeI had lost my appetite. If that gentleman is the manager, then that restaurant has more problems than a drive-through window sign that has three separate prices on it. Not one to write reviews on places, but I felt the need after this trip to BK. Rolled up to the drive through and the woman says "I'll be right with you", so we wait 5 minutes and she doesn't come back so we decide to go inside instead. There was about 5 customers in line and only three workers. One at the drive through, one cooking, and one at the cashier. So they were definitely understaffed not denying that, however, the two women taking orders were being very lazy. Instead of helping out the only man in the kitchen after they took the orders they just stood there and did nothing. Worst Burger King I've been to. Counter person didn't speak, place was practically empty, I was the only customer. She walked up to the register I wasn't standing at and just stood there until I gave her my order. She put the food on the tray and pushed it toward me without a word. I said what about the cups? This has been one of the worst experience I've had in a Burger King. I have worked at a different location for over 4 years. And never served any of my customers with this little care. When I first got there there were only 3 people working which I could totally understand they were over staffed. I was really nice I wanted to use 4 coupons the manager looking lady with the black hair and has a name tag of "Matt" said I could only use three so I asked if I could do two different transactions she said no so I said okay that's fine didn't say anything rude or anything. I wanted to customize my sandwiches because everyone in my family likes different things on their burger. She was rushing and looked super unpleasant. Then I wanted to add a patty to one of the sandwiches she charged me for it. She didn't give me a recite or anything I was watching them while they were making my food and I saw that most of the sandwiches they are making it before hand and keep them on heat chute which is super inappropriate because they are serving old food. Since I worked for the same company I know what's right and wrong. When she handed me my food she immediately walked away so I was like could I get some zesty Buffalo and honey mustard please she looked annoyed and came back to gave them to me and then when I asked for my cups she was like we make the drinks and I was like could I have my drinks and she looked annoyed again like I'm sorry I asked for the drinks I paid for. Before I left I double check because non of my food was marked as double. I said the extra patty is in the burger or ? And she said it is in the burger. I got home and to my surprise my nuggets were not there. Chicken sandwich was really sloppy and nasty and old looking and the burger that was supposed to be double was not double. It made me upset so I went back there. As soon as I walked in she looked at me and I told her that I was sorry but I need a refund. She looked so careless no apology nothing because she knew exactly what was messed up. I still explained to her what made me so unpleasant about my experience and all she said was okay one second. If you're working in a customer service job, and especially if someone is being nice even when you mess up their food the least you could do would be apologizing. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here, but we always have a pleasant experience at this BK. We get special order veggie burgers too, so it's usually a bit more complicated than regular orders, but they never complain and are always friendly. Best of all to me, the staff are always kind to my special needs son, which is worth gold to me. We'll be back at least once or twice a month. read more
