I ordered through the app and went through the drive-thru to pick up my order. It was later at night. It seemed to all go so well. They said they weren't ready with my order and could I wait out in front of the restaurant. It took a little while, but that was fine. The guy handed me my order and was walking away. I checked my order and it was almost no lettuce or tomatoes in my sandwich. I asked if I could get a little bit more lettuce. The guy wasn't gone for quite a while. Which word do you mean that he might've been doing something to my food. There were no customers at the drive-thru. There's really no explanation why it took so long. My biggest disappointment was that the onion rings were barely even cooked! You would think if you're paying four dollars for something. They could at least make sure that they're cooked all the way. I would've asked for extra crispy had I known they were going to undercooked them. This is why I almost never eat fast food! I've been coming to this Burger King since 2019. I believe there kids play area is often shut down. I'm unsure why. The food that comes out of the drive through is okay. I think it's a bit greasy. My daughter did get sick once after eating the food here, she had a kids meal. The inside of Burger King seems like it needs to be updated. I don't see many diners inside when I've been in their lobby. The service takes awhile if you go through the drive through. Overall if you're looking for a meal when nothing is open I suppose this is for you. However, my daughter swares by their onion rings and pie. read more

Not like me to write a review for fast food but the service today was stellar. I thought I was at Starbucks for a moment. The young-ish male employee, I think his name was Vadim, was articulate, patient, and friendly, and not in an over enthusiastic annoying way but in a way that showed he took pride in his job. Anyways, to start, their drive-thru is not the greatest. Both menu signs are either broken, cracked, missing parts of the menu and the light fixtures have been taken out. I just found some coupons so I rushed out to get burgers for the whole family. Everyone was super hungry because it was past lunch time. I get to the order window and the guy with a thick Eastern European accent takes my order. I give him the coupon code. I have to repeat myself several times and nothing comes up on the order screen so I'm not sure if he got the order right. When I get to window, I ask him to repeat the order so I know it's right. He doesn't do it. Instead he stomps off to get someone else's order at the counter. When he comes back to me, waiting at the car window, he impatiently asks for the coupon so I show him the whole sheet and asks if he has scissors. He says no. I ask again about the order, so he reads it back to me. It's correct. I give him the money. He asks for the coupon. I tell I don't have scissors either and he grabs the page and rips it up while yelling that next time I better be ready because he doesn't have time. I'm shocked and I tell him to give me another coupon sheet to replace the one he just ripped up. He walks away yelling something about how he's very busy and doesn't have time to cut out coupons and next time I better have the coupon ready for him. I tried to explain that I usually only show the coupon sheet and don't have to cut anything out. He shoves the torn out part and the rest of the torn up coupon sheet and receipt at me. I asked what am I going to do with ripped coupons and he told me to just keep the numbers. Unbelievable, he told me "just use the numbers" after insisting he needed the coupon and savagely tearing out the coupon from my sheet. What grown man acts so violently, so temperamentally with a elderly woman much less a client? There is no excuse, especially since I wasn't rude to him. I want an apology, my money back, and a new coupon sheet for being treated so disrespectfully. In all my years, no one has ever treated me like this. Usually the order takers at BK are very kind. I had been eating fast food all my life and this place has the worst customer service I ever encountered and the staff is horrible. My sister and I used the coupon tried to order some whopper and soda. While ordering I saw the sign saying their soda machine is not working. My past experience from other store, they will provide the can of soda as substitute. This place on Clayton Road is a typical Burger King, with one big addition: a play area. So young kids can burn off their sugar high by climbing up the play structure and sliding down. It's not as big as the one in the Puke n Shop, but it's better than nothing. Burgers and fries are good, but nothing to write home to mother about.
