When someone finally did, I was told "one second," but the employee walked away and returned only to say "one second" again. At that point, I decided I just wanted a refund. After I asked for the refund, an employee brought my meal about four minutes later and apologized, explaining they were out of syrup and butter for the pancakes. I again requested a refund, which they processed. Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, I realized it wasn't the sandwich I ordered. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

The sauce alone is worth the hype and they put a giant bottle on your table when you sit down so they intend on you using it religiously.
