Our family was at Fort Jackson for Family Day and Bootcamp Graduation for our son. I place the order with for my family including our soldier. When I received my order I took it to the table and was handing it out to everyone. At the end I was missing an entire order of food, but we did receive the cup for the drink as it was self serve. When I went back to the from to speak with the employee that took my order, who was the General Manager, B. Hunter, she said she was not taking complaints. I said I am missing a meal. She again said I am not taking complaints. I again tried speaking with her and another sweet older lady working behind the counter said, I heard him say he wanted two of those meals and we gave a large cup for that part of the order for his drink. The general manager said mind your business and I am not taking complaints. I stood there and she ask what I was doing. I said we need to discuss my order. She then proceeded to threaten me with calling the MP's. She threatened another customer with this as he was asking about his daughters order she did not take correctly. It does stop there. A mom came up and asked for a crown for her son. The general manager rolled her eyes and mummbled something. The sweet older lady reach up and pulled one down to give to the little boy. The general manager then looked at the employee and said, guess who is filling this crown shelf back up in the morning when there are open spots.
I feel bad for the employees and feel bad for our soldiers with her working there. She can really mess our sons and daughters lives up if they are in bootcamp or working on the Post and she calls the MP's on them for her mistakes.
She is the one taking the orders and not inputting them correctly. She blames the customers and gets angry with her employees.
She does not need to hold a postion in management. I hope BK reads the reviews and rectifies this.
