Just 4 days ago a manager in the drive thru assured me my zesty sauce was in the bag. I said sometimes they forget it. He said things are going to change now that he is the manager. Fast forward to 8/30/2026 i got to pick up an uber during normal business hours to find both doors locked with no sign for explanation. Also a line of about 6 cars in the drive thru. So IF my order is ready i have to wait in line behind 6 other people that could be just ordering their food to get it. Calls to the store phone are ignored by employees. I dumped the order and left, wasting my time and missing out on money. Whoever made the decision to lock all the doors at 7pm and not answer the phone should be fired. If your going to do stuff like that at least give the people with mobile orders the ability to skip the line by answering the phone. Instead you force them to wait behind a long line of fresh customers to pick up food that will be cold. Looks like this BK is forever destin to be the worst fast food establishment in the town. Update: 9/7/26 - zesty sauce not included in bag with onion rings. Seems little has changed since new manager came. Tonight they are so busy they are refusing to take orders at the register. Common occurance here. read more

Lunch time ! I see the Texas Whopper...hmm I will give it a try. Combo meal. Wow, looks tasty. And it is ! Fresh and hot. The Coke freestyle machine was also working properly, the blend. My Diet Coke was very good. I found this location to be new, or the appearance of a new restaurant. The staff was very engaging and seemed to be a do good job. read more

Burger King - Texas whopper - Burgers Near Me - Coatesville, Pennsylvania

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Customer service is non existent, she took 7 minutes to apply a coupon with an attitude then blamed the machine. No coke in the machine and no straws anywhere in the building. She said we could use the coffee stirers. It took 18 minutes to get our order inside RIDICULOUS NEVER GOING BACK ARBYS IS DOWN THE STREET I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

Super slow, orders are wrong, all the time. I'm done going there. I seriously don't know why I show up for lunch, but leave with dinner. It's that slow. read more

The price is so good, but de service so bad. They gave me hash browns, and they didn't ask me about it. My burger didn't have bacon either, and I paid extra for it. We were waiting for 25 minutes. read more

never go to this burger king. they always run out off chicken fries chicken nuggets and normal fries. they suck

This is the worst ran Burger King I've ever been to, this has been the closest BK to game we have and my fiancée loves Bk, every time we order from this establishment it take about 35 minutes in the drive thru and you still don't get everything you ordered. This place has fell off heavy in the passed year and we will never be coming back! read more

I stopped here on my way back home to satisfy a few hungry guys who had a yen for a burger or two. With a 2 for $5 promo for a Whopper Jr, it was an offer the guys could not refuse. We also got a couple of Big Fish sandwiches. This is something we appreciate since some in our crew don't do meat a couple of times per week. Service was pleasant and fast. read more

A small Web order took over 30 minutes to be ready. The burgers were undercooked. The place is a mess. Employees look like they're lost. And most incredibly, they ran out of french fries. How can that happen? Avoid like the plague. read more

This is one of the best BKs I have ever visited, and that is quite a few. Food top quality (of its kind), clean, nice staff. I have done eat-in and drive-thru a total of 6 or 7 times. No variance, very consistent. read more

I ordered a medium whooper meal for grub hub and I received brisket I ordered onion rings with sauce and got cold fries and no drink and I wanted cheese on the whooper this is the worst place ever. I called them and told me to come in if I could come in I wouldn't pay gruhub. I will notfrequent this this lousy place again. read more

They charged me 19 dollars for my meal and then proceeded to give me two small hamburgers and two large fries. They are constantly messing up orders here. read more

So we pull in to Burger king Suprisingly quick BUT....... They have no ice cream or Milkshakes. WTF! service was fast but inexcusable. They couldnt change the funds at all! Fries were free so it was 13$ of nothing! Ambiance was fine. DONT COME HERE. read more

The place gets worse with every subsequent visit. The crew they had that was lightning fast is long gone and they are slow. If you're in a hurry you might as well forget it. I went for lunch today and ordered a double Whopper combo. Soon as I pull out my sandwich I can tell it's a Whopper junior. Hand it back and wait 2 minutes before I get the bag back. I'm already late so I leave, I'm down the road and pull out my sandwich to find out the guys just put a second junior party on the same whopper junior. I paid for a double Whopper, not the double junior! Oh, and if you think you can complain on their experience survey you are mistaken. I tried to take the survey on the back of the receipt but you need the store number which conveniently wasn't printed on the receipt. I went to their website and found the store, but again no store number listed. A few night ago we went for a shake and the order taker told us that they were out of the medium cups for the shakes and asked if we would take one in a small cup even though she would have to charge us for the medium size. Uh.... No? Give us two smalls, fill a large to where a medium would go, do anything other than try to give us less for the same price. So if you want to pay more for less, and you have time to kill, by all means stop by. read more

We arrived at Burger King around 3pm. Once we ordered we were third in line. We could see the car that was sitting at the window. That car sat there for over twenty minutes. No one came out and explained to us why it was taking so long. That car at the window never moved. We eventually noticed we had enough room to back out. Once we did that, the car ahead of us did the same thing. When we were leaving, we see the person who was working the drive through window running back across the intersection from the gas station. No wonder most of the Burger King's are gone from this area. Service like this is why. Burger King just close up completely, you suck anymore! read more

I don't eat fast food often it's normally at stop by for the kids. It's not fast food. EVERY-TIME they make me pull forward and wait for the food I ordered even if there is no line. It gets one star bc it's the only way to post read more

Burger King - a parking lot with cars parked in front of it - Burgers Near Me - Coatesville, Pennsylvania

the food is fine but the service is slow. why is there people that ordered after me getting their food before i did. i ordered two chicken wraps and small fry. other people ordered a bunch of stuff after me and still got their food before me. they had me wait 15 min before i could even get my chicken wraps. it shouldn't of taken that long. and i should of gotten my food before they did. it needs to be more organized. read more

I go to this establishment at least two or three times a month and every single time I go there after 5 PM they never have onion rings they never have zesty sauce. They always cut out the most inconvenient things on the menu to make their jobs easier while they are on the clock the employees around that time are very rude And treat you as though you are a inconvenience by being there and honestly, I am never one to ever bash a restaurant that I go to but this is happened to me so many times within the last four months that it is just absolutely ridiculous. How lazy these employees are. read more

This Burger King is the absolute worst BK I have ever been too. No one in that building is capable of putting together your order. They will mess up your order every time. Guaranteed. If I was BK I would force this franchisee to shut down because they make every single BK look like a joke. read more

I haven't even ordered anything Im doing DoorDash. I would give zero stars if I could it took almost a half an hour to get the items we need to deliver. They only had about 2 people that we could see working. They were taking so long that 3 people got out of line and left. When we finally got the order the sticker wasn't even closing the bag , we had to fix the sticker ourselves. The ice cream was melted a bunch and just barely over halfway filled. read more

They didn't know the sandwich that I order every week. I asked for it with just cheese it came with everything BUT cheese. I do not eat onions yet loaded with onions. This burger king is always an issue. Wish i could get my 11 dollars back for a meal that went in the trash read more

I had stopped at this burger king and ordered a chicken sandwich and I had gotten sick soon after. I had went to the doctors and was told I had a bacteria from red meat, which... I don't eat. I am pregnant and so I was very worried. I had gotten news that the night shift was using the same oil for everything and not switching it out. That could be a very big lawsuit for what is being done, if someone gets VERY sick. That is disgusting. read more

Tried to charge me more for a meal than price on menu. Made me sit in drive they 10+ minutes. The manager literally came out, opened the menu and pulled the marked price out and said it's not there. I took a picture of it. He then refused to give me the number for the district manager. Burger King needs to teach their employees the law. It is illegal to upcharge. read more

Do not come here. They got my order wrong. Orders Egg-Normus Burrito, got bacon egg and cheese croissant instead.

This has nothing to do with COVID... this is by far the worst managed restaurant I've ever seen in my life. Half the time they don't have what is in the menu, the lines are always 20 cars long, and you can wait as long as 30-45 mins for your meal. The employees are horrible and rude as well. Avoid this place. Hopefully they just shut this Burger King down. read more

Like the other reviews, this place is in dire need of help! I was second in the drive thru line but proceeded to park on the side. Learned that after two minutes in queue there is a continuous chirping sound for taking too long. After getting my food, the same employee ended up having a cigarette in front of the building. Unfortunately if you like burger king, this is the only one in the area, so you have to suck it up or go somewhere else. read more

Can I give a -5? Went there for breakfast and after standing in line for 10 minutes, the food came out cold. Didn't eat, we just gave the food back and asked for our money and they said no they would cook us another sandwich. We just left. Most idiotic employees I've ever seen. Horrible horrible horrible. Manager just watched in the background. Why couldn't she have intervened? We won't be back read more

They just updated remodeled this Burger King looks great . Down side is one drink machine that gets backed up with people trying to get there drinks . The bigger down side is there Burger whopper was cold meat and we ate in so no lag time . Returned it to the counter they made another one and it too was just as cold . I will not get food there again as a concerned over cold temps of there food and bacteria. They were really busy when we went so food should of been hot . The cheese didn't even melt . read more

Another bad review for this Burger King! I pulled up to the drive-through, no one acknowledged us, so I had to say hello to get someone's attention. I made my order, proceeded to the window to pay. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out, there was no one else behind me. It's not like they were busy. So, after getting my food and returning home. I start to eat and realize my burger wasn't cooked, it was pink all the way through. I call, to speak to a manager, no answer. So, here I am leaving this review. Never again will i eat at this establishment. read more

This is the absolute worst Burger King. I will never go there again, every time I have gone there I wait at the very least 20 minutes. They have awful service and for some reason the milkshake machine is either not working or being cleaned. It is very dirty inside too. read more

This is the worst fast food restaurant ever... Always getting orders wrong and get a attitude when people complain. I hate McDonald's but rather go there. read more

I don't know why this place is so bad, but it is. I use the drive-thru. I am usually asked to pull forward and that they will bring my food out. Even if there is nobody else in line. Sometimes, at night, there will be 5-6 cars in the parking lot waiting for their food to be brought out. I believe that they do this to fake their numbers as to how long you wait before being served. The food is NEVER hot, even if you've ordered something with special requests. Often the food that I ordered is not at all what is in the bag. They never open on time. A big hot mess. Go somewhere/anywhere else. read more

Service was slow at drive through despite only three cars in line. Ordered a triple whopper, and drove home before eating as planned. Got a single whopper with bacon instead, even though I paid for the triple meal (over 10 bucks). It was mediocre...soggy, compressed and lukewarm. I don't eat fast food much, and this location is definitely off my list. They also owe me about 4 dollars. read more

Food as expected. Prices recently shot way up. Staff at drive through state new owner increased all prices. Whopper with cheese= $5.49. Small coke=$1.79. And... I ordered a whopper no cheese. read more

This place we avoid if at all possible. The floors are always sticky. Today we stopped in and a sign on door only chicken products being sold.
