By far the slowest fast food establishment in the whole town. Although some of the employees are nice, they still ignore the front counter like it's a part of their job. This is a common practice for the managers as well. Seems no one ever taught them to simply acknowledge the customers especially if they are standing at the register for 5 minutes. Schedule management is horrible also. To have 3 of your 5 or 6 employees on break at same time during dinner rush on a friday is certainly not a winning strategy. Uh.... No? Give us two smalls, fill a large to where a medium would go, do anything other than try to give us less for the same price. We arrived at Burger King around 3pm. Once we ordered we were third in line. We could see the car that was sitting at the window. That car sat there for over twenty minutes. No one came out and explained to us why it was taking so long. That car at the window never moved. We eventually noticed we had enough room to back out. Once we did that, the car ahead of us did the same thing. When we were leaving, we see the person who was working the drive through window running back across the intersection from the gas station. They just updated remodeled this Burger King looks great . Down side is one drink machine that gets backed up with people trying to get there drinks . The bigger down side is there Burger whopper was cold meat and we ate in so no lag time . Returned it to the counter they made another one and it too was just as cold . I don't know why this place is so bad, but it is. I use the drive-thru. I am usually asked to pull forward and that they will bring my food out. Even if there is nobody else in line. Sometimes, at night, there will be 5-6 cars in the parking lot waiting for their food to be brought out. I believe that they do this to fake their numbers as to how long you wait before being served. The food is NEVER hot, even if you've ordered something with special requests. Often the food that I ordered is not at all what is in the bag. They never open on time. A big hot mess. This location is rarely open for business in the morning now that they have new ownership. 7 out of 10 times I stop after 0600 and they are not open. Supposed to be open at 0600. Half the time the coffee isn't ready and you must pull around and wait for your food when there isn't anyone there. They half to see that the morning numbers are way off from where they used to be.
