BK corporate should be ashamed of this location.. absolutely disgusting. I literally lost my appetite and did not consume the food I purchased. I didn't even feed it to my dog. No joke. After sitting there looking at the view awaiting our order I had my stomach churning. The drive thru window is the face of the company for mobile customers. This area should be kept very clean. The pictures I took speak volumes. I will not be returning to this restaurant, at this point I'm afraid of their kitchen's cleanliness. A weekly scrub and rinse with a water hose, a simple task, goes a long way towards business branding, sanitary conditions, and customer satisfaction. read more

Alright. Why 1 star? Straight to it. Paid for wrong order, had to pay difference even though it was their fault, missing all fries , and received 2 chicken bitten chicken nuggets. I don't have a receipt to call it in but I hope this gives it justice. I ordered a $13.00 Bundle from the app and gave my order at the DT. When I got to the window I got a different total but it's normal I've had that happen before. Waited 5 more min to later get another guy at the window asking for another payment. I had to pay the difference which I don't think I should have. I didn't get the correct drink orders and no fries from my $15 meal for my parents and I. When I tried to go into the dining room, the door was closed and the guy at the POS was motioning to his head set. Of course I had my bags of BK to show him I had a question. I got the family out of the car, and we were all overwhelmed with the smell of poop. Not a someone passed gas smell, an overwhelming smell of stink. This Burger King was built right next to the city sewage plant. Not close to it, not 1000 feet from it, right next to it! I ask a local why in the world the city would build right next to a restaurant, and a local told me that the city sewage plant has been there since the 1950s. Burger King voluntarily built there. I'm not making this up! Is there really anything else to say? If you enjoy the fumes of human feces with your meal this is your place. For most of us, you've heard enough. Who does this? In the past few months I've gotten overcooked/old mozzarella sticks....and without marinara sauce. When I go to this restaurant I expect to be treated like a king such as the name suggests, but instead I find my self being treated like a peasant. If you visit the burger peasant location stop your car turn around and go-to McDonald's across the street. My daughter and I ordered the breakfast sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted with melted double cheese. The bread was not toasted and there was no double cheese. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I just went there and tried to get a kids meal for my nephew and the lady was completely rude. Her name was Maria and told us she refused to use the digital coupon because we should've told her before ordering and we said we didn't know. Then she proceeded to tell us "there was a sign if you can read". We then asked for a manager and she said "your talking to one" and laughed. We asked for the general managers number and she refused to give us the number. I have never experienced such horrible customer service especially from some one who's a manager. read more

Got a coupon in the mail and having never eaten here my wife and I decided to try it out as she likes Chik-fil-a and was hoping Burger King had a good chicken sandwich. We paid at the window and the guy asked if we'd pull up. I don't like pulling up because many times it means they can forget my order and work on others who won't pull up. My gut feeling was right. The manager finally checked on our order 23 minutes after placing it and they hadn't started it. The chicken sandwich was nasty. It had that freezer burned kind of rancid flavor but she said the bun was great and we both loved her fries. The dog loved the chicken patty just fine. read more

Horrible customer service and very little knowledge of company services. Didn't even know how to apply a coupon that I redeemed on the Burger King app and was approved thru the app and verified thru the store... I get to the window and give the guy my coupon code number (that by the way expires in 15 minutes) he tells me I'll have to go to the back of the line and order again because he doesn't know how to apply it to my order. So needless to say, I left without any purchase. Maybe their employees need to take a basic class on how to work a drive thru window and register. It really isn't that hard. I've worked in fast food so I know applying a coupon can be done. My coupon expired without me even getting to use it. Thanks to these geniuses. read more

The food was horrible!! I loved Burger King until this experience! My husbands chicken sandwich had nothing on it except clear mayonnaise! that means wrong temp and old. They made another one for him and the chicken was burnt! My whopper had see through onions and the patty was paper thin! It gets better! My husband ordered almost $15 worth of food today thru the BK app. Checked in at the Cleveland store and they said the order didn't go thru. When he showed them the pending charge on his bank account thru his phone, they acknowledged that the payment went thru but refused to give him his food or refund. This place is trash. read more

Every Friday after school. I take my grandson here for a burger. We usually go through the drive thru, and until recently have received very good service. Lately however, the wait time is extremely long and the last two times I have not been able to get a receipt. When I asked for one, I was told that "the receipt machine is not working".
