During a level 2 I drove here tonight pick up my food because it said almost 2 hour for a delivery,so I figured I would just drive slow.Upon arrival I was told they didn't have my order even after showing them that it said it was ready on my phone they proceeded to argue with me even after I said why would I drive here on purpose in this weather?I told Seth to please remake my stuff the customer is always right.He proceeded to argue with me at which point he shut the window in my face and then a women came to the window who resembled Roseanne Bar and I didn't see her name but she told me she was another manager all these managers in 1 store and they still can't find my order?I would give this restaurant a negative 10 but it's clear they can't even read because another girl came to the window and told me she gave my order to someone else‍I want people to know the customer is always right and customer service should always be what matters instead they called the cops on me because they were scared for whatever reason because I said I wasn't moving until they remade my order because I drove in such terrible conditions.Burger King will never get my business again. read more

If I could give this place a Negative -10 I would. I had ordered onion rings with one of my Whopper Meals and I had to purchase Zesty Sauce like it was Gold. Later to be told that my Onion Ring order was ON MY SANDWICH!! No apology no offer to let me buy onion rings. Just to crotchety old millennials working the drive-through wanting to hurry up and close and not satisfy a customer. -10. Doesn't even begin to describe my experience. I totally see why this location has two stars and that's only because no one else has left a review regarding their personalities or their service. I think a requirement of working here is to have an unpleasant attitude. I have eaten here maybe 20 times over the past 10 years and dont recall too many friendly visits. On my last visit on 8/29/22 once again the drive thru lady was unfriendly as ever. There is no Hi, bye or kiss my ass or any greeting from them. They just open window, hand the food to you and close the window. My receipt shows the name Lana but not sure if that was her name or not. The (cashier) young man with the painted finger nails was very friendly and even initiated conversation while waiting in the drive thru. Maybe he could be the standard of customer service that the others strive to achieve. Obviously, I will still eat here but, you can do better! Customer service starts from the top down. read more

I'm overly disgusted! I ordered a bacon king from Burger King in Circleville, Ohio the lady was rude when I ordered my food, when I found the hair in my food I tried to call the store and they refused to give me corporate number and hung up on me and tried to tell me that they have not sold one in an hour, but they just sold one to me! I had to call Burger King Grove city, Ohio to get corporate number and have yet to get an answer from them! I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. Paid 24$ for no bacon and extra extra hair! Finally got through to that Burger King and they refused to give me a corporate number and told me that they were not corporate however, they are! read more

I love their food. I live in the motel beside them. If you don't like their food let's do a little experiment. I will lock you up in a bare room with all the water you want. After 3 day's I will slide a Whopper in your room. All you need to do is to sit there and not like their food and not eat that Whopper. Americans are just to damn spoiled by luxury. read more

I am very tired of getting nothing correct on my order. I wanted to get the special chicken sandwich.. whatever they gave me after they forgot it from my order wasn't even close... i hate to say it but it's literally like no one cares there. the last 18 months . i doubt i will try anything from this location again for a very long time. a person should not have to count every single thing on their order before driving away only to find out that I got the right number but most likely someone else's food since it's not even close to my order. read more

The girl at the window with the purple hair rolled her eyes when I said that the fries were cold and grabbed the bag. When she brought out our supposed fresh fries she was less than pleasant! The fresh fries were still nasty and obviously not fresh. The Mazzarella sticks that were brought out we're also still cold. We put all the food back in the bag, rolled it down and stuffed it in the door handle since there was no place outside to throw it away. We called the manager and she didn't have much of a better attitude then the girl with the purple hair. The manager kept asking what was wrong with the food and I said it was nasty and she said but what was wrong with the food and I said it was old, it was cold, it wasn't fresh and then she asked me how the girl was rude and I said she rolled her eyes in her head and she wasn't even nice! The manager's response was we'll get it taken care of, at that point I was so annoyed I simply hung up the phone. You would think with everything going on restaurants would appreciate business and would serve fresh hot food with a pleasant attitude! Maybe you need to clean house of your staff and get people in there who would appreciate having a job and maybe they would serve fresh food and people would want to come back to your restaurant! read more

Stopped by for breakfast while passing through Roundtown on a roadtrip. Visited the drive-thru, and they told me to pull up to the front door? Unfortunately the front door was on the other side of the restaurant, so you must exit onto the through street, and pull up to the dining room door. After close to a 10 minute wait, our food came out. What the heck is the purpose of the drive-thru if you must park in the separate dining room lot?!? 1 star for the service, but my kids did say their croissandwiches were good, so that's why I'm giving a bonus star. read more

Well where to begin....Ordered two number 6,which are the Homestyle combos..One regular and the other wo pickle and Light ketchup....As we pulled up to the drive thru window and paid we waited five minutes or more and listened to the cashier tell the people cooking over and over what we ordered..Finally got our meal and "BAM" the fries were cold and sandwiches were cold and done incorrectly...Took meals in and got them corrected but the Homestyle burgers were even more cold then first time...This place really needs either be shuffled down the road and closed or a completely needs a new direction....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO AND EAT SAND BEFORE CHOOSING THIS BURGER KING...Do not "GETCHA SUM"of this place... read more

They gave me incorrect food. I asked for a whopper with no pickles and no onion. When I looked at the burger to double check they gave me heavy onion mustard and no ketchup. I worked at burger for three years during high school. There is no mustard on a whopper unless asked for. Then when I call I said hey can I get new fries now that I've been waiting for this food they began to go cold. It seem reasonable to me that I had to wait for them to fix what they messed up they replace the fries I didn't ask to have to sit there long. The lady became rude with me! read more

Two stars because the person at the drive through was nice and professional. The food on the other hand was disgusting. We got two orders of onion rings, just a snack for the drive home and they were inedible. I'm not sure if they had been left out? Old? But they tasted stale and freezer burnt.
