Words cannot even begin to describe how terrible this location is. I've lived in the area for about 5-6 years and every single time I've gone, it was astounding at how terrible their service and quality of food is. Every order will have something missing/wrong or the food is stone cold. I wish I was kidding, but everytime I've ordered mozzarella sticks, I'm given jalapeño cheddar bites for some reason? If you specifically request ketchup or sauce, you won't get it. It's always like it's done on purpose. Ordered four entrees and about three sides? Expect it to be crammed into the smallest bag to the point all your food is ruined and the bag is ready to rip. Fantastic game to play when trying to carry the bag back home. But wait, there's more! If you a want a taste of their terrible food and service, you're gonna first have to play Russian Roulette with their store hours. The hours aren't true. I have showed up to this location around 9 PM on multiple occasions and it'll be closed. The menu lights will be on, there's a car in the parking lot, but they'll block the drive-thru with bread crates to make it look closed. Doesn't matter if the sign on the restaurant and online post states they're open until midnight because according to this establishment, Burger King is closed at dusk. Ordered a small fry and you're the only one in line? Don't worry, it'll take them a nice solid 35 minutes to get it delivered. That being said, I usually avoid this establishment like the plague. You're better off driving five minutes down to Burbank to the Burger King there. Ten times better service and quality. However, I was in a rush and had to stop by this location to pick up food for my family. Lo and behold, this Burger King loves to surprise me with another strange curiosity. After getting my mozzarella sticks confused for jalapeño cheddar bites again (it's all about consistency), I noticed a strange stain on my bag. Now, it could be one of their sauces, but I wouldn't know because I've never received a sauce packet from them, but it almost looks like blood. However, I'd like to think it's not. So, please for the love of all that is good and holy, do not go to this place. And Mr. Burger King, if you're reading this, if you care about basic humanity then please shut down this site and turn it into a radioactive landfill because you'll get more visitors that way. read more

After reading the last couple of reviews, I see my visit today fell within the norm for this location. I will admit I do get a taste for a whopper every now and then, and tonight was the night. Walked into the restaurant and there was one customer in front of me. I counted three employees working. One making the food working in super slow mo. The counter girl was walking back and forth like she was lost. And some other employee who appeared out of nowhere to talk to the girl and then disappeared. Waited about a good five minutes before the counter girl finally made it to the counter to take orders. She did perk up when one of her friends or maybe another co worker was in line to order. As I watched the guy making the burgers, you could tell he was getting paid by the hour and not per item made. As my order did include fries I kept an eye on the counter where the fries are kept. Seeing how long it took to wait and place an order, those fries were setting on that counter for a long time. But someone lucky winner in the drive through got those fries and most likely got the surprise when he got home. The other ridiculous thing was the amount of napkins placed in the bag compared to the amount of mayo placed on the burger. Ran out of napkins before half of the burger was eaten. As other people have stated, finding this place open for business is a gamble. I have driven down there mid morning just to find the doors locked. read more

Me and my mum showed up at 10:30 and it showed on the door that they closed for dining inside at 10 but getting food at the window stops at 11 so we get in the car and go to the window and this one girl was about to give our order but then her employee or friend or whoever got on the speaker and said we are closed and try to lie to me and my mum even tho the proof was on the door and windows where the paper says they are supposed to be open still. I went through the drive-through at this location and the manager was very aggressive and mean with me. After waiting for several minutes I asked if my order was going to be taken and she decided to decline my order. I then went inside to try to speak to another supervisor. The manager then charged at me with a fire extinguisher then threw it at my car and damaged it. I have yet to hear from anyone in charge. read more

Oh my. Checked out June 2017 as recently remodeled and I love Burger King and this is near work. This is the loudest restaurant I've ever been in. Manager talks loudly on phone and to employees and constantly. The pop machine comes on and is SO loud. Beeping and other cooking noises won't stop. Smells like disinfectant. Orange cones up for no real reason other than to be also annoying. May do drive-up but never walk into this place again. The lady who usually works drive-up is wonderful so that's good. As hard to get into from Harlem, probably not long for this world. read more

Never in my life, I have been so disappointed in an establishment. Not only has it continually let me down in quality of food, but also service. I have continually received my order wrong or not fully cooked/completed. Their hours are not consistent with what is listed online as well (which makes it super confusing). However, I try to give them multiple chances due to COVID, but my most recent visit had to be the worst. After a long day of work, I came home late in the evening, with no energy to cook, just craving a burger. The only thing open near me was this particular Burger King. I hurried over ten minutes before closing. I felt terrible, but I was desperate and hungry. Right away, the employee had an off-putting tone. I can understand because it was late, so I tried to be kind and apologetic. She continued to make remarks saying that she wasn't going to make half of the menu, that I would have to wait ten minutes for whatever I would order, and kept reiterating that they were gonna close soon. I kept telling her I was so sorry, but nothing was opened and just wanted to grab something quick. However, it was safe to say she was not in the mood. I decided to drive away because I didn't want to cause more trouble. There definitely needs some improvements in service and quality. I will try to give them another chance in the future, but my patience is growing thin. read more

I prefer BK over McDonlads. The one star today is for the French fries, very fresh and hot. Went thru the drive thru around 2:20 today. Person on the intercom not so sweet but efficient. Pulled around she took my payment and did not give me a receipt. Another person delivered my order thru the window, young man and if I could see his entire face thru the mask I would probably see a snarly punk look. The feeling I got was either he hated his job or me. I said thank you and he didn't say a word. Hey, if you hate your job go find another. I ordered a whopper, it was prepared with tons of mayo, 1 skinny small slice of tomato and maybe 3 shreds of lettuce. It was like eating a bare whopper. But the fries were really good today. Can ZERO stars be an option? I had my worst experience at this Burger King. The food was horrible and the service was the same. The order taker at the drive-thru was ignorant and said "what do you want" in the speaker. After I placed my order, she handed me 2 sodas with no ice. When I asked about the ice she said its broken... so I set it down and rolled my eyes... Then when i was driving and popped in the straw, the soda wasn't just missing ice, it was like it was sitting outside in the summer sun... It was like drinking flat boiled soup cola flavored... Then when i got hope and got into the food the real fun began... Both our fries were double cooked and looked like shoe leather (I even posted a pic of them on twitter it was so crazy). Then came the whopper... Total mess. No ketchup that I could find on one of them, the tomatoes looked like they beat them with a hammer first and the meat patties on BOTH were partly FROZEN! WTF! We threw it all away and ordered a pizza. I tried to call 3 times and got no answer, then left a bad review on the survey and requested a callback with no response. Tweeted a negative post on twitter and got no response. I will never go back to this Burger King ever again. First I was really looking forward to trying their new chicken sandwich so I go inside and i stand there waiting to order and no body and i mean NOBODY serviced me. Everyone working there just sat and didn't even look my direction. Then I went into the drive through line and the first thing I hear is "oh shit" the worker at the drive through took like 4 minutes to tell me the cost. After all that they say they have no chicken but then say pull up to the front and we'll bring it over. We waited 10 minutes and no one brought me my sandwich. So I decided to walk inside and they had me wait and additional 5 minutes. OVERALL A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

I went to this Burger King again it's been awhile since I made my last comment I noticed there's new management in there and new people the place was really clean there was a lot of workers the manager that was there he was nice and clean and seemed like he knew what he was doing the Whopper meal and other food we had was good it tastes like a Whopper again hopefully it stays this way I like Burger King even my wife made a comment on her Whopper jr. Wow is all I can say. We were waiting for 20 mins for 4 sandwiches and 4 fries. We watched 5 other cars get served and a wholeeee family inside the establishment.
