My family used the mobile app to order and sat at a booth inside. We ordered a trio with fries and a drink, but it took over half an hour to get us our meal. When we did get our food they forgot our drink and my wife's "bacon cheeseburger" had less than a fingernail sized piece of bacon. If you want fast food, go somewhere else. It's faster to drive to ridgeland and order something there. read more

This Burger King is absolutely the worst one I've ever been to. They have the absoluteworst employees, who give terrible service! I have sat and watched them move slowly, not fulfilling orders, as requested, and thengiving attitude about it when confronted. Every time I've gone through the drive-through, there's always an issue. I always have to go inside and have them redo the order. Take my advice and skip this place, and go to the Gluckstadt or Madison locations instead..SMH read more

18 minutes in the drive thru. Order was wrong. Mayo on both when ordered no mayo, cashier gave wrong change, asked for napkins as there were none, handed three that were crumpled. Totally bad experience. 1:40pm after lunch rush. No excuses read more

This location needs to be permanently closed. I waited in the drive-thru ten minutes, before realizing no one was going to take my order. I drove around and saw an employee sitting at the table with her headset on gossiping on the phone! I didn't see any other employees in the restaurant. It was almost 10:00 a.m. The reviews are absolutely correct, this is the worst Burger King in the world! read more

Worst Burger King I ever went to. Been 3 times in the last 3 weeks and waited 25 minutes for my food after waiting 10 minutes to order and was wrong all three times. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

We ordered our food online while traveling and still wasn't done 30 after ordering! This was unacceptable!

Terrible service waited 45 min in line get better employees and the burger is terrible

dont use the app i guess? charged us for a mocha iced coffee when the machine was down, couldnt give us any kind of refund, gave us two completely wrong items (and accused us of ordering the wrong thing?) and didnt give us any straws or spoons for our drinks or sundaes? im so lost. no toilet paper in the actual thing, instead across the bathroom from the toilet. SUPER slow service, we put in our online order, and 5 people in the drive thru received full meals before we got our icecreams. read more

Where do I start? Hmm let's start with the outside appearance of the place. There's trash in the parking lot usually from employees cleaning out their cars. The entrance is always greasey looking from kitchen floor. The outside of the windows are gross let alone the inside of the windows. The bathrooms are disgusting . There's usually always something on the floor because they only spot sweep instead of fully sweeping the lobby. The kitchen from what I can see from the counter is an accident waiting to happen. A person could easily get hurt in there because that floor in there is so greasey. I see they don't use 1 knife anymore for everything. The cross contamination in that place is horrendous. I have personally had diarrhea several times from eating undercooked hamburger. The tomatoes looked like the were rotten so I took them off my sandwich. I pretty much just had lettuce, onion and mayonnaise. The general manager here is a complete joke. He shouldn't even be in the supervisor of a daycare. He has no leadership skills at all. Instead of leading them and teaching his employees he belittles, curses and makes fun of his employees not in private but right in front of staff and customers. Seriously I have been in there eating my meal with my kids and he was yelling at a worker throwing his hat like he's a child. I've never seen such an unprofessional and discombobulated, chaotic circus. Most of the time I would go there and order either inside or drive thru and I'm told they are out of one thing or another. The people on the drive thru are very rude especially the woman on night shift. They mess up orders left and right. Im surprised there is still a door on there because of the customers coming in from drive thru because #1wasnt what they ordered #2 wasn't made the way they asked it to be made #3 is was cold #4 it was somebody else's order. They need equal amount of staff on each shift. Oh and don't get me started on how long a person has to wait for a whopper, fries and a medium soda. I think 30 minutes is tooooo long of a wait dontcha think. This store really needs to be shut down or get the main manager out of there. I think I read his name tag as Willie. He is the one I always he yelling at his staff in front of customers and he doesn't care if there are children are in the lobby he uses curse words in front of them... Whomever hired him needs to rethink their decision. I don't think he knows how to order inventory because if he did they wouldn't run out of product all the time. And the coffee when they do have coffee um well tastes like decaffeinated coffee. Plus it didn't help wake me up I had to stop elsewhere and get caffeine coffee. It's a joke there and very chaotic during the day until about oh I'd say 10-11pm is the latest I've gone. Hey BIG BOSS!!! HIRE SOMEONE WITH MORE BRAINS THEN THE CLOWN TOU HAVE RUNNING THAT PLACE NOW. IT COULD BE A NICE RESPECTABLE ESTABLISHMENT IF SOMEONE ELSE WAS IN CHARGE. read more

I ordered chicken nuggets. They were the worse chicken nuggets I ever had in my life. Not only was the food bad, but the the young lady didn't even give me a straw for my drink. read more

Do not stop here unless you want to wait 15 minutes in line just to order and I was at the speaker that long!!!! Finally just drove away!!!!

The food here is unlike any other Burger King I've ever eaten at. It's unbelievably good. Service is usually very good as well. You might wait awhile for your food but it's definitely worth it. read more
