I don't know why this Burger King at hickory flat location has totally changed to the worst. Obviously the manager dont know what they are doing or just plain dont care. Every time I go there you wait in the drive through for 20 minutes, even if there's only one car ahead of you. They hand you your drink then you have to wait and wait and wait to get your Order. Yesterday my drink was mostly water because they took so long the I've in my drink melted. The fries container was torn but they slammed fries into it put it in the bag. It wouldn't have taken but a moment to get a new fries container that wasn't torn down the side. The whopper I ordered was cold, way too much mayo. This location over a year ago was absolutely the best. This location for sure needs a better manager.​ read more

Kitchen staff don't wear gloves when they make food back there. Especially the guy who put burger in the paper, he is literally rolling up without gloves. I'm already disgusted looking at them. After you pay, cashier don't give you receipts b/c print ran out of ink, and don't tell me the order number Once the order is out, they call out numbers and I have to look at other customers, It's stupid. Your ad says great service, well my wife and I stood at the Register for 10 minutes. The manager looked at us at least 3 times before she came to the Register. When I picked up my order I said Thank you. No response from her or a your welcome or anything. So I just think she might not be the right fit. We always have great service at this location. We usually drive thru. I love the impossible whopper.

When we got our order home and started eating I realized we didn't get what we ordered with the coupon and we were charged double my husband went back up and the Mgr Dawson was the rudest and confrontational Mgr I've ever come across he WOULDN't refund the money, get us our correct order and kept the meal we brought back and receipt. I asked about a voucher and he had no idea what I was talking about until I told him. He said he'd only gives those out "to people who had a good experience!! I spoke to Rocky, wonderful Mgr around here and he said that was totally unacceptable and told me to make sure this gets to "Bernard" so pls forward I called my BK back and talked to Isabelle the Mgr at that time and she was so apologetic and nice. We had the grandkids over and they opted to eat at this BK.. do NOT do it . It was a terrible experience, told the clerk we had coupons they sent out to our subdivision and stated whch coupons we had while ordering. They messed up the entire order, did not charge us correctly, and the young lady at the window was rude, never said sorry for the mistake and just seemed frustrated with her position, blaming us for her incompetence ! The frys were cold, food blah and well over all not a good experience at all! Shame on MGT and the training of how to handle customers and the paying public.. we eat out many times a week and will NOT go back but will go to nearby places with our grandkids! Those nearby places are way better and with better employees training ! Dont waste your time at this one as others have had the same experience ! read more

The last few times I've been to this BK the service has been terrible and they completely mess my order up. I came tonight and they managed to mess my burger up completely, forgot all sauces (asked at mic & at the window) and I had to unbuckle and reach practically in the window to get my food from her bc she wouldn't go more than a hands length out of the window.. I know it's fast food and you get what you pay for but come on...I can understand something like this once or twice but this has been every single time I've been for the past month and only at night....maybe look into a new night crew bc the one you have now sucks. This place is horrendous. I honestly have no clue how they manage to stay open. There's not another BK close by, so if we are wanting or or tired of others in the area, we will stop by. Our biggest issue is that this place can't take or fill an order to save their lives! Seriously. Not once ever in YEARS have they managed to have everything in the bag and/or everything correct. I've literally ordered chicken and gotten a burger before. Today, my husband went and got us lunch. THREE times he told the lady no tomato no onion on the burger. She read back no tomato the second time but he had to repeat no tomato AND no onion a third time. The screen doesn't work so you can't see what is typed into the system. She asked if he wanted cheese on the burger and he very clearly stated YES. Guess what the burger had? Tomato and no cheese! Wtf!? The last time was months ago. We ordered some food including some extra sides like mozzarella sticks. No sides in the bag! The time before that was probably at least a year prior. Ordered some breakfast. Asked for French toast sticks and hash browns. Was given a crossanwhich. And they have the nerve and attitude to argue with you, even if they managed that time to give you a receipt! They are truly horrible at their jobs. It's a shame because the food is usually good here, the rest of the staff just don't have a clue how to do their jobs correctly! Not once have they ever fixed things or reimbursed us either. We give up. Burned too many times over MANY years. We try maybe once a year and it's just as bad of an experience each time. Absolutely terrible customer service. first time ever coming to this location and it will definitely be my last. got to the speaker to order and brittney - the store's general manager - starts taking my order. i not only have to repeat myself numerous times but she continuously cuts me off while trying to tell her my order. decided i wanted to call because the service i got was horrendous. Lori - the stores assistant manager wasnt very friendly either. resulted in telling me i took brittneys "tone of voice the wrong way". not to mention also told me its my fault i was spoken to poorly because they were busy. I was a manager for dunkin for some time - being the busiest location in my district (what we like to call a travel store since were right off 75 towards atlanta) and i would NEVER let my crew talk to paying customers the way i was spoken to today. busy or not, you should never be rude to your customers. absolutely horrible customer service and they shouldnt be managing a store if they speak to customers that way. read more

I ordered 2 whoppers , fry's and 2 sodas. Customer service was professional and pleasant. My food was prepared as ordered and temperature hot, just the right amount of sauces so burger did not slide off bun as it does at some places. This place is utterly ridiculous. The lady at the drive through gets our orders wrong every time, and then acts like it's our fault and she can't change it because of the "line" behind us. Mean while, the teenagers working at Chick-fil-A can handle a line 5 times the size than the one here. It's ridiculous. I've been living in the area for 10 years and it hasn't changed. This place is absolutely horrible with customer service, I asked for a coffee frappe as stated on drive thru menu, lady reads order back and I see it says sm coffee and I tell her it's a coffee frappe not small coffee she then tells me same thing small coffee then pull around, when I get to window I noticed she made drinks already and brings food and asks for payment, I tell her it's a Coffee Frappe not small coffee, she then looks at me with the You're a dumbass look and says "It's Caramel Frappe" and I tell her well that's what the board says, she shakes her head at me! I should have known not to come here because it's always empty!! Not worth my time. I'd rather go across the street to McDonalds and wait in line! I went through the Drive Thru on my way to work this morning. I ordered a 5pc French Toast Stick, Med hashbrown, and an OJ. Only the OJ was the correct item, in place of my other items I received a small hashbrown and a Sausage Croissanwich. The Drive Thru was quick and the employee was courteous. My guess is that they did not double check what they were handing out the window against the order and just grabbed a bag sitting on the counter waiting to be given to someone in the Drive Thru. At least I hope that was it and not that it was intentional. The food I received was hot and fresh, just not what I ordered. read more

Don't go here. Gave it three tries. First time it was dirty. Second time the person at the window short-changed me and I suspect it was intentional. Third time, I ordered a bag of sausage egg cheese biscuits. They put egg/cheese (no sausage) only on all of them. I verified the order on the receipt. Disappointed. read more
