I will never eat at any Burger King again. I ordered a Whopper and medium Fries $10 ten bucks! Seriously?! The fries were soggy and cold and the hamburger was dry. I didn't get any ketchup and the cashier was rude. read more

The Burger King in Calimesa is a place everyone should stay away . Went to buy my daughter a kid meal and my self a few chicken nuggets . Well first of all , the chicken nuggets were so hard that I'm 100%sure they were already sitting there under the warmer for quiet some time ! I took a bite from one and they tasted so nasty. I spit it out . My daughters hamburger bread was so stale that she her self told me "mommy this is no good" and spit it out her self as well. Bread was so cold and hard it looked fake. The meat was dry and looked like it was also out and just places in microwave and mustard and ketchup were just added over it . Nasty place . Never will I go back . First time and last time for me read more

Absolute horrible service. I went through the drive-through told him at least three times what I wanted. When I got up to the window still wasn't right. They proceeded to make the order wrong at least three times and I had to give it back to them. Then when they finally got it right and I took it home to eat my chicken sandwich tasted absolutely nasty. I will never go back to this restaurant I am hoping other people read this and decide not to visit there either you'll be saving your money. read more

restaurant was closed at 9:20pm while all times on building and online stater store closed at 11pm.

Today I experienced the worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a burger, no onions, Xtra pickles and cheese, she repeated the order back and it was not correct, so I repeated the order and she says " that is not what you said", so I repeated it again, she pull to the window. I get the window and asked her to repeat the order, she says to a customer, " are you going to pay for the F"ing order or what?". I asked for the manager and she slammed the window shut. Wow! I've been in the F&B customer service, hospitality industry for 40 years and this is the time I have been spoke to like this in a drive-through. I wish I could give a zero star. read more

I will recommend only two things from this place (and thats if your really hungry and your lost for any other place to eat)..........the chicken sandwich and french toast sticks. Their fries are normally served cold, the soda fountain seems more like a urinal (or was that just lemonade spilled over the area), and their drive through is like a maze (I swear some day an elderly customer will get stuck there and wont be able to get out of the drive thru). Burger King: 1. Locations - Off the Calimesa Blvd. exit ff the 10 Freeway. Next to Chevron gas station. 2. Ambience - Usually freeway customers.......I would be suprised to see locals eating here often.....they know what they're not missing out on. 3. Service - Decent customer service.......hardly greets you nor ask you if everything was ok. Although, they seem to say "Have a Great Day," when your about to leave......hmmmm....... 4. Price/Food - The prices are all comparable, unlike the food.........its disastrous. P.s. I gave them 1 Star because their French Toast Sticks are addicting, otherwise, they could have been a goose egg. read more

I stop and eat at a lot of burger kings and the service is good more often than not. I only order a vegi burger and a side salad and its mostly pretty decent. This BK is no different. I'm satisfied with the service and the food I ordered. Quick simple and the only burger joint I know of that sells Morningstar Vegi Burgers. read more

Do not go here! The only thing predictable is how awful it is. It's anyone's guess whether you get incredibly slow service, a screwed up order, or both. Very use off-brand soda for their fountain drinks (Anyone with taste buds can tell), they use massive dollops of ketchup and mayo with everything and are made poorly. I normally don't complain about fast food's quality because it is what it is, but I've never been to another Burger King that had food this shoddy. Fun story: We got an order with a Cherry Coke. We pulled up to the window and she handed us a cherry slushie. I told her I said Cherry Coke and she handed me a Coke slushie. I corrected her again and she told me they don't have Cherry Coke. It's on the sign out front, but if you're out you need to let me know. Or at least put some cherry syrup in some Coke or something. No. Just no! read more

Worst burger I've been to honestly, bathroom didn't even work, employees are miserable here, no friendliness, won't stop here ever again.

I get great service every single time I come here and they never mess my order up. If you want to know the secret to always getting great service wherever you go here it is: don't be a dick. Especially not to people making your food! And if you complain about the quality of fast food - I mean it's fast food, what were you expecting? I know duh right read more

Walked out of the place before ordering. If I look around and there's trash all over the floor in the front and the tables are filthy as well as seeing food laying around on the floor behind the counter I'm not going to stay. I told the guy who asked if I was ready to order and I said I was leaving and he needed to clean the place up. His reply? "I just mopped the floors an hour ago". Cleanliness is not there top priority and I contacted corporate because of how dirty the place was. No call back after two attempts in calling corporate so I will not be visiting any of there chain stores. Acknowledgement goes a long way in addressing a customer complaint or concern and being they did not find cleanliness an issue my money will spend just as well at another fast food restaurant. read more

I regularly go to this facility for frappes which are good. But the service I have received from the overweight Hispanic manager is BAD. She does not like old, white people. She is prejudiced against whites. She acts very put out when she has to take your order, unless of course you are hispanic. This is the impression she gives others. I have talked to others who share the same view of her. I have been in this facility several times and the customers that are actually in the restaurant have to wait, while the drive thru orders are processed first. Whatever happened to the priority of customer service for walkin customers? To make a long story short. I purchased a gift card for a friend for $25.00. I went down to use it today and was told there was only 25 cents on it. The card had not been used yet. The above Hispanic manager is the one who processed the gift card. If you look on the receipt it shows that all she uploaded onto the card was 25 cents of the $25.00 I gave her. Boy I was mad! I know she will say that it was just a mistake. A mistake by an experienced store manager! Do you really think myself and others are going to believe this? I do not think so. If anyone knows how to process a gift card, the manager would know. She intentionally did this. No I have not been rude to this person. As I stated before, she has a real attitude problem. I have been in this facility many times and have experienced the same treatment with this manager. I get along with all the other employees at this facility. In fact the nice white man who helped me with this problem this morning promptly refunded me the money. He has always given me good customer service. Why don't you, the owner promote him and fire the Hispanic woman? She drives away alot of customers. Your business relies on the local clientele. Its too bad this incident ever happened. It took two trips to finally get this problem resolved. read more

Went through the drive through one evening and lid cash + card. Didn't notice until the following morning when trying to buy an energy drink that I didn't receive my card back. Went back and was met with a very rude BRENDA. Not sure why my request was met with rudeness and hostility but it's appalling and corporate should absolutely take a look into this location. After trying to leave BRENDA yelled at me for my number Incase they "found" it. Learn to show people respect, you shouldn't have the audacity to disrespect a customer who just wanted to see if their card was there. Won't EVER spend money at BK again. read more

The employees here are awesome. They always greet you with a smile. The orders are always right and the food comes out pretty quick

I cannot recommend this place at all! The last 5 times we went there they either forgot an item or got a request wrong or were just plain rude. The only reason we went there (past tense) is because the kids like it. But now they've even infuriated my daughter. We are done. The service is always slow, the food is what it is and so many of the employees just don't seem to care. read more

I can't believe I have it give it any stars to review! DO NOT STOP HERE!!!! Their hamburgers made us sick as hell. We tried to call this morning, their number is disconnected?? This place and all these fast food chains for Burger King is awful. No wonder they were voted the worst fast food chain in the United States. I'd really figure that because when I ate here once, the food didn't settle right in my stomach. This place should be sickening food instead of fast food. I would ever come back. read more

Web page says open till 11 p.m. I drove out of my way to go there for 3 of their crispy tacos.( For a cheap taco they are decent) I got into the drive thru at 10:48 p.m. No one responded on the mic so I pulled up to the window and knocked on the window, yelled hello, and honked my horn off and for about 3 mins. I could hear them inside banging around different things and cleaning. Someone was 5 ft or so from the window and I know they could hear me, but decided to just ignore me. The sign on their window clearly says open till 11 p.m. as well. I think it was completely rude to just ignore me because you want to get cleaned up early so you can go home. Look , that's the job you signed up for. Open till 11 then clean up. My other suggestion then is to close at 10:30 then. I visited your establishment regularly, but after that I'll just take my business else where. Seems to me that this location is always struggling for business and now I understand why. read more

NEVER AGAIN! Fries were limp and oily. The new chicken sandwich that I was looking forward to trying was a rubbery lump of chicken. The breading on it was moist, not crisp. The phone is wrong on Yelp. I looked it up and it says it's 909-446-1000. Actually went to ask for the number and its thw one I found. Called and no one answers. You get a Magic Jack voicemail saying the subscriber isn't answering. I just want to know if the Coke Icee machine is working before actually going and it never is. The place has gone downhill. Used to go there every Friday after picking kids up from school 3 years ago. It USED to be incredible. Now the service is horrible. It takes forever for someone to come up to take your order. Going thru Chemo and literally ONLY craving Coke Icees. It would be nice if they answered the phone at least so that my husband doesn't have to drive there for nothing. read more

I bought an extremely over-priced Cinnabon from them. 2.00 for this tiny thing?! JACK IN THE BOX gives you a bigger dessert for 1.40. I got home 30 minutes later and the thing was rock hard.
