But I was hungry anyway... i reheated then at home . I walked away w/ 2 burgers on da plus side . but .it was late too around 10 pm ... this place has Plenty of seating and seems clean for seating inside . Well things are looking up since the impossible burger has been introduced to Burger King outlets. Been a fan for some time. So stopped by to see how BK does it. The price for impossible burger meal is $9.99 which is reasonable. In supermarkets I can get pattties for $9.99 for two. The flavor is decent and nothing fancy. They are not gonna get any awards for gourmet burger here at BK. Had the onion rings with burger. Love the onion rings at BK. On the meal a drink comes with meal. After tasting the coke and dr.pepper, they both sucked. Tasted terrible with watery flavor omg what a complete fail. So otherwise eating a healthy burger I can only see BK stock rising due this great addition. Btw I was just lazy. Didn't have buns to make impossible burgers in my fridge at home. The burger and fries were cold, we ordered the Duo deal that choose any two Jr whopper for 5 dollars but they only gave us one Jr whopper. We talked to the cashier and he brought up a guy that doesn't even wear BK uniform, that guy gave us attitude and said we only deserved one JR whopper for paying for two burgers price. The guy is disrespectful and continuously insults us. We were not being treated fairly and this is the worst experience ever. Food was overall good but staff didn't get my order right. Not the first time this happens here. I also saw one of the employees take off his hat, stroke his hand through his head which was sweaty, and proceeded to keep serving food for customers. This is kind-of a health problem because nobody wants other people's sweat in their food! Nice customer service and food is pretty average. Cashier is very nice and diverse. I noticed that when an asian customer orders, they have someone who can speak Chinese to take orders and the same with hispanic customers. Been out of town for a bit since the pandemic, but I just got back and saw that this place has been closed down. I'm grief-stricken. Neil and his family and his employees have been a staple of this community since I arrived ten years ago. For starters, Neil (and those trained by his hand) make the best coffee in town (light and sweet - it's all about the ratio). I worked at the school across the street for nine years, and every day I got to start my day with a delicious cup of coffee, a friendly smile, and some pleasant chitchat, and at lunch you could always find at least one teacher in there. Neil sponsored and worked with the school on a regular basis, employed former students and their families, came to our holiday parties and events, and I'm pretty sure his niece still teaches there. Every day he and his staff put up with the riotous melee of freshly released middle schoolers that swarmed his establishment following dismissal. He didn't call the cops or lose his cool, but he kept a firm hand and in many respects was as much of a dean as anyone who worked at the school. Honestly, I'm not even that big a fan of fast food, but this place was special. To me, it was an unseen part of my story - one of those things constantly in the background that you don't even notice until you look back on it from a distance. I ate lunch there on my first day as a teacher. I had coffee there on the day I met the woman who is now my wife. They knew me when my father died. I chatted with Imran (sorry for the spelling, Imran) on the morning before my first daughter was born. (Just had my second, Imran - I'm catching up!) These people met me as a young single hotel maintenance worker and were my daily (if only briefly in the mornings) companions through becoming a teacher and a man and a husband and a father. For me, this place represents a moment in time, the way a neighborhood park might define your childhood, or a certain car might capture your high school years - it is a thing that is gone, but is forever tied in my mind to my coming of age. I know that there are a lot of Burger Kings out there, and I'm sure the people that work in them are nice enough, but I have never been in a fast food place that was as much a family as this one was, and I doubt I ever will. I wish Neil and his family and all of the employees all the best in whatever comes next and I thank you all for playing such a subtle but important role in the last ten years of my life. I am a paying customer who just paid for my food and drink and I asked for a cup for water and I was refused water. When I asked for the manager her name was Karen the only way I was allowed any water was if I paid $1.51 additional to what I had paid for my food and milkshake already. I have almost all good things to say. I've been coming to this Burger King since I was 2. The staff is really nice and understanding. They're always cleaning up the trash, wiping tables and cleaning up spills. They handle situations really calmly. I think they've never messed up my order and always ask me if I need anything like sauces. They always have drink trays and bags. The drink machine is self-serve if you purchase a cup. Most of the time they have coupons or promotions. The playground is kind of challenging for younger kids. I have no almost no problems with this Burger King. read more
