I cant stand how often a fast food restaraint can mess up an order or wind up having missing items. After getting home and opening the bag, i find missing fries. Taste my drink and its sweat tea NOT UNsweet. When calling restaraunt no one picks up phone. Do i drive 25min round trip to get correct items while rest of order gets cold. With the amount they charge these days im very tempted to do so, but its been a long day at work and will not go back out. At least pick up the phone so i can complain. read more

Food was prepared well. As far as quality goes it was as good as a BK gets. My aggravation is with the price. I went in because I wanted to try the new BBQ brisket whopper. It was pretty tasty for what it was. I would not get it again. I think I still prefer the regular whopper with cheese. The whoppers are already eight dollars. This was over $10! Maybe I'm still living in the 70s 80s or 90s but $10 for a fast food burner is out of control in my eyes! However, I really can't hold this against this particular establishment. They did their job. This rating is based solely off one thing and one worker, not the food. Wyatt, you are an amazing worker and mainly a great person overall. I went around 7 and ordered through the drive through. While taking my order he was very attentive and patient. Rolling up to the window, we had a small chat and he put a smile on my face, told me that it's very important to him to treat everyone with such attentiveness and caring because you never know what someone's going through. Wyatt's outlook on treating people and life is simply immaculate. I hope someone higher up in that chain sees this and gives him a promotion, he deserves it. read more

Eh its a BK. I recently came here to place a big order for 8 people, and they knocked it out of the park for us. You know that you are getting mediocre quality for cheap, and that is why you come to a BK lol! You are not coming here for super gourmet burgers... Staff was pretty decent. They still have counter to ceiling dividers up... It was hard for them to hear us as well as for us to hear them... The place was dead inside. I think that there was another table sitting down. Other than that, it was pretty clean inside. We got a few different items for about 8 people. Spent around $100, and they got everything right! Usually they mess up an item or 2 with more than 2 things. So I will give that to them. Food was still hot enough when we got home. As I said before, you know what to expect when you come here. The food is edible hahaha! All in all, a decent BK to go to. You know what you are getting. No real complaints about this place. read more

I'm not sure where the franchise owner is at but he/she/they need to come over to this location and get rid of everybody. Ain't matter if it's day/night/hot/cold I can guarantee you're going to get a nasty voice over the intercom that keeps getting nastier after each item is ordered. I was about to just pull outta line after ordering because I didn't want to see what creature was on the other end of that order. I pulled up anyway and was greeted by the wicked witch of the west. Absolute stonewall rude people over here. There was an old couple in front of us and I was able to hear how rude they were being to them as well, I was really hoping the old people would put the mean lady in her place since they ain't care about anything, but they didn't. We went to get a late lunch on Monday. When I started ordering the girl running the drive thru was not pleasant at all. She was getting aggravated because my daughter wanted her sandwich without some veggies. When I pulled up to the window the attitude was worse. It seemed she over charged us. I asked for a receipt and she told me it was in the bag. All the food seems like it was fried again to make it hot. It was burnt. I'm not sure if they have microwaves in there but it tasted like old sandwiches. When I looked in the bag at the receipt iit didn't have prices on it. Always says speak up with her horrible attitude, maybe get the intercom working than you won't have such a problem. I literally got robbed by this BK. I complained to corporate and they never bothered to return my email now going on 2 weeks later. I ordered 2 of the ultimate breakfast combos , 3 orders of french toast and my order came out to 32 bucks. I couldn't believe how much it was so i asked for my receipt which they initially didn't give me and then he come out with one with no pricing and said the machine is not working to give me a proper receipt. An order of pancakes cost a buck ... all i got was eggs and pancakes with one strip of bacon in each combo cut into 3 lol. Tells me the platter is 12.95 ... i was with my son so i didn't want to accuse the man of ripping me off and start anything so i figured i'd put an online complaint. This building has been under remodel forever so it's a hot mess. They refuse to participate in any of the advertised promotions. Most recent example: I'm a vegetarian & was stoked when the 2/$6 began to include the impossible whopper (now I could get mine & my husband could get something) but you know they DO NOT PARTICIPATE. I went there to try the new $5 Southwestern Whopper Jr meal. I was told it was $6 because of our economic area. Ocean County is not a high end county like Monmouth, so I inquired further. The commercial on TV is put on by Corporate, and franchised owned BK can choose to adjust the pricing. Disgustingly gross! I had a craving for the 2 for $5 whopper special. So we decided on 2 fish and 2 whoppers. The Fish sandwich had pickles on it. EWWWW!!! who eats pickles on fish. It tasted as though it was refried 3 x..hard on the outside and over cooked. The whopper was as dry as a bone with so many pieces of lettuce they fell all over the inside of car and lap. This place is horrible. Burger King really needs to shut this franchise location down, it's doing an absolutely awful job promoting the brand. Hours says open till 12:00pm, got there at 11:35 and the doors were locked. Went to the drive thru and got the attention of one of the workers inside and place an order. Some time later the manager (woman in black shirt) comes and hands me a bag. Normally I would have just drove off, but something told me to check and sure enough the two Whoppers she gave me were cold and the french fries were missing? For the next 15 minutes I tried to get their attention beeping and waving my arms, swear they were ignoring me. Finally got the attention of the female manager and I tell her the problem and ask the charges be reversed handing her back the food, at this point I'm pretty annoyed at the whole situation. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location, but this is definitely the last time I go there. This location is VERY hit or miss. sandwiches are never consistent, either not enough mayo or they dump half a jar out. Also Ive had a few run ins with this middle aged woman that works the drive through at night. She has no business dealing with people. She is nasty and cold. I say hi and you get the stare of death. She opens the window and pulls her dead hand out for money. Then she gives me the food and as I ask for ketchup or say thank you, she will mutter out something like have a nice day in the most programmed way. I work in the hospitality industry and deal with people, I know what its like day in and day out. I am understanding that people have a bad shift. This woman cant even pretend to be nice. Also one time I went through the drive through 20 min before closing and all the lights were on but nobody answered. I waited a min and then drove around the store and that lady was smoking. I stopped and asked if there was someone working drive through and she yelled out IF NOBODY ANSWERED THEN WE ARE CLOSED and rolled her eyes. A true pleasure. This has to be the worst BK in existence. The workers move slower than molasses. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them "no mayonnaise" the only thing they hear is "mayonnaise" so they put it on your sandwich. Came in before work for "fast" food and it was about 5 minutes before any worker acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. This was at 5pm. Sad thing is these type of people are the ones demanding $15/hr. I wouldn't go here unless you want to wait 30 minutes to get your food. I literally stared at my food in the bin for 10 minutes before someone could place it in a bag and hand it to me. It wasn't even busy. I thought about jumping over the counter and grabbing my food. When it says "open 24hrs", no one will answer the drive thru at night. Don't order fries past dinner time. Your order is wrong 50% of the time, and I've been told to "wipe off" mayonnaise. Complaints aside, I'd say the quality and service have never been good. I know it's just fast food, but there are some standards even then. This Burger King is sub-par at best. The Point Pleasant one is vastly superior, but who's going to drive that far for Burger King? The only thing that makes this place worth going to is it's open 24hrs. BUT WAIT!!! It's not! The lights are on, but no one is home. Being ignored for ten minutes until you drive off is infuriating. You hear the speaker come on, so you know they're supposed to be open. They just don't care.
