Went to the drive thru at 9pm on a Thursday to get a simple meal. I was told to wait at the speaker. After almost 10 minutes, I decided to drive to the window thinking maybe there was an issue with the drive thru speaker. It was another customer in front of me. They get done and I ask to place my Oder at the window and the woman refuses. Told me I would have to go around to the speaker again and that she was the only one in the store because everyone quit. Sometimes I go inside sometimes I go in drive thru.  There is a woman there, pretty sure here name is Monica.  I have saved some receipts from drive thru and the name of cashier says Monica.  I have witnessed this woman argue with an elderly woman inside the store. Birate her and talked down to because the woman grabbed the wrong bag of food.  This manager should have been more diligent on who's food is who's.  I feel that every time I go in this store I am uncomfortable with the way she has always treated me. Ordered my food at 1:37pm on the mobile app. Drove to the restaurant and arrived at 1:55pm. Pulled up into the drive thru and told them I placed a mobile order. The lady angrily said "we don't have any mobile orders, what's your name?" So I politely told her my name and she said angrily again "we haven't gotten it, you just placed it, you need to give it time before you show up." Not sure how roughly 15 minutes after placing an order isn't enough time for a fast food restaurant that was completely empty. Anyway, I was told to pull up to the window and waited for about another 5-7 minutes. Finally we received our food, but I was missing a large drink that was ordered with one of the 2 meals I ordered. I told the lady that I was missing a large Dr. Pepper and she once again angrily said "I already gave you a drink." And I said "yes but it's the medium Coke from my friends meal. I'm missing my large Dr. Pepper."She has a pretty nasty attitude at this point and sighs heavily and says "that wasn't on the order." Keep in mind I have the receipt in my email I'm looking at that says everything that was ordered. She then took a few moments and finally gave me the large drink I requested. The Burger King at this location is the worst fast-food restaurant I have ever encountered. Within the last two weeks, my husband and I had used the drive thru and the experience for each of us was less than pleasant. Last week my husband ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and ended up with the junior size sandwiches which we discovered after he got home and unwrapped the bags. He waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru lane for that order. At the beginning of this week, I waited in the drive thru lane for about 10 minutes to come home with one of the crispy sandwiches (I ordered 4) substituted with a spicy one. We didn't complain. Last night was the straw that broke the camel's back. We will never visit this place again. After placing the order, I waited in line for 10 min to get to the window to pay. The woman at the window took my payment then disappeared into the store. No food. I waited for another 8 minutes without anyone acknowledging that there was a very LONG line in both the drive thru lanes. There were two BK employees working the drive thru, one I believed was a manager. Both disappeared into the store and ignored the customers outside. After 8 minutes, I was given a bag and told "that's your fries and stuff". I ordered 2 large fries, 2 large onion rings, 4 crispy chicken sandwiches, and a Bacon King for $31. The bag only had 2 fries and 1 onion ring orders so I wanted to let the woman who gave me the bag know (she was the one I believed was the manager). She disappeared back into the store. I could not get anyone's attention at all. Another 5 minutes and the first woman who took my order came back to give me a small bag. I asked her what it was. She said it was the Bacon King. I reminded her that I was still waiting on the 4 crispy chicken sandwiches and a large onion ring. She went back to the store and "found" the bag of the sandwiches which had been sitting around. Then the second woman (the "manager") told me "you only paid for one onion ring". Luckily I had asked for the receipt so I showed that to her. Without any apology, she turned around and told the first woman to "get her the onion rings". Out come the sample order by the same one who took my order. The "manager" told her, "the large one". No apology. No acknowledgement of the long wait. That was all the service that you will get out of this place! It took me a record 22 or so minutes from ordering to driving away with a few sandwiches, fries, and onion rings!!! Never, ever again would I give my business to this BK at this location. read more
