Get the junkie out of the drive thru, screaming through the mic, rude and obnoxious when i get to the window singing and screaming , and can't even put napkins in a bag.... Like common read more

i went through the drive through at 3am and nobody was there. i was so confused it was dark but that doesn't mean people should just leave. i was so hungry and i was about to do something and it was actually bad and i had to wait and they finally let somebody in around 10 read more

Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers yesterday. Staff were all over the place, no direction or management control. Real shit show, then when I got in the car, we found the the bread was stale on both sandwiches. Won't be back. They should just close up shop. read more

Went to this BK today. Tried to order new chicken sandwich. She said there would be a wait, so I just ordered a whopper meal. Worst whopper I ever had. No lettuce on it and just a small 2" tomato and they slapped on a gob of maroon the middle of the burger read more

I don't really think anybody cares but in case the manager or if there is a manager here and looks at these reviews. First of all you can turn in to get in. Then as I'm waiting 10 minutes to do my order they were taking orders from the other window until I said I'm sorry I'm sitting here I'm next and finally somebody answered. So unless you have a half hour to wait at the drive up window at Burger King this should be your place! read more

The worst Burger King in the world . I'm laughing at these reviews they could not be any more accurate . The lettuce and tomatoes taste dirty , the drive thru takes forever , the quality has gone down so much over the last couple of years . The workers are litterly idiots . God bless them for special needs people but there needs to be more training . How could anybody let this catastrophe of a store continue to exist ? Overall the food tastes like shit ; the service sucks , and the managers haven't done shit about it . I will never eat at this Burger King again read more

The worst service ever. If I could give this place a zero I would. It took 15 minutes in the drive thru with one car before me. When I made my order the lady was already being nasty on the speaker. Once I finally got to the window I had to correct my order three times. Once she read it back correctly I paid cash. When giving back my change she dropped it out the window, didn't say sorry and said oh well and slammed the window. Then I get my drink, not right, she rolled her eyes. Thankfully my order of onions rings was not messed up. But I had to check at this point because I figured they would screw that up as well. When she gave me my order I asked for a receipt specifically to complain about the service. The receipt read Joshua, which I knew was not her. She had braids.. definitely not a Joshua. I called and complained to your company. These are constant issue with this place and you'd think they try harder for complaining and wanting $18 an hour. read more

In all my years of living here I have never had a good experience at this Burger King. First of all it shouldn't take them 20 minutes to fulfill the drive-through orders of four customers. Secondly they should be alternating lanes when they take orders not taking everyone in one lane first and then the other. To top it off they are just downright rude and nasty when you question them . Seriously I think they hire the lowest of the low, People who couldn't get a job at McDonald's or Wendy's. read more

Slowest service ever. I mean what are you doing in there? This is the farthest from fast food I have ever experienced. Update....place still sucks read more

This has to be the absolute worst drive thru Burger King in all of Florida! They are majorly slow even though they have 2 lines. This last trip we were in line 27 minutes! This problem is NOT being addressed at all. If you read other people's reviews, it is the same ole story over & over again. Slow service, mis management and rude customer service. We are DONE with this Burger King restaurant in Lakewood Ranch on US 70. I got in one line a while back & was 2nd in line. I waited 7 minutes and neither line moved. I pulled out, went down to Culver's, placed my order and still managed to be on the road before, the car that was previously ahead of me, got their order! SHAMEFUL! What's really heartbreaking is, no one (the owner or manager) seem to care about this problem. They need some lessons from McDonalds & Chick Fil A! Our business will go elsewhere! read more

It was a clean establishment. Staff were very friendly and nice. Food was OK. I'll be back again, no complaints. read more

Burger King - Burgers Near Me - Bradenton, Florida

I have been to this Burger King 2 times in the last month. Today is definitely my last time ever....Place has the laziest staff and manager gave me old fries instead of frying new ones. They are very rude as well. I would never trust them handling my food again. i would never eat here again. read more

Employees can't handle a lunch rush. Took 15 minutes for a junior whopper and fries. Soda machine down, ketchup and ice were out. Had customers wait in line and were not taking orders. Backed up about 6 customers upon arrival. Food was not even warm when we got it. Their systems could have been down because Sosa machine was out of order and there was only one available. Looks like they might have been reading tickets instead of using their system. They should have at least informed customers in line that they were having issues instead of having people getting ticked off. Overheard customers complain that they are repeatedly out of stock in many items. Hope you guys sharpen up. read more

Worst service I have ever seen. I asked for zesty sauce when I ordered. I get to the window to pick up my food at they are so damn worried about people not stopping at the window until they call you up. I get called up, point blank ask the lady if my sauce was in the bag. She looks at me and says " I just put some in the bag". I leave and get back to work and guess what?? NO frickin sauce!! Lying ass employees. Took 30 minutes to get through drive thru and there was only 5 cars!!!! Stay away from this location and always check your food before you leave! read more

So me and my friend biked to burger king because we are hungry and to order a whopper and the messed it up we askes for just cheese and Mario the manager put every thing on the burger and our fries were under cooked and Mario would not fix it when we took our time to go out there so thank u for a wonderful service read more

Extremely rude staff. Messed up my order and then blamed it on me. I'll never return!

Just left this this establishment. Waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the drive through. They never did?? I drove away... This is the 2nd time that I've had issues with this location. The last time I got home and discovered that I received somebody else's food and the fries were cold.... Not a very well run restaurant. Much better choices (Culver's, Chic-Fil-A ) close by... read more

I went back to this location after boycotting them for months due to previous bad service. I had hoped they had fixed the issues. When I pulled into the drive through I was politely asked to wait, although there were no other vehicle waiting to order. I waited and waited and waited...when I asked if anyone was going to take my order the voice on the speaker apologized and explained that there were only two people working and she was responsible for the counter and two lanes (which except for me were devoid of people ordering). Had she taken that time to take my order instead of complaining we'd have come to a different conclusion. Instead I drove away to seek my breakfast at a properly staffed fast-food establishment down the road. I will not return to this waste of time and space business. Staffing failures are not the problem of the staff but they have permanently lost my business. read more

This is newer restaurant and very clean and friendly staff, (while most Burger King employees are not clean or friendly) If I do choose to get Burger King I will drive out of my way to go to this restaurant. Remember, when writing about fast food places its all relative to other fast food places and that being said I will give it 4 stars. read more

Slowest service in Bradenton. Not just once, but every time I have came here! Expect to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. If there's a manager here they should do something about it. read more

Order taker and service window were great. Fish sandwich and shake were absolutely terrible. Won't go back!

I wouldn't normally post a review for a fast food joint but I have to tell you I was SO impressed with this place. I haven't been to Burger King in YEARS but due to running out of time on my lunch today I had to. I was so impressed! The drive through window servers were SO incredibly polite and friendly. As someone else said...they did forget to give me napkins as well..maybe they don't do that? lol The burger was bigger and fresher than any of the other fast food places around. I couldn't even eat my fries because I was too full with the Whopper (next time I better get Whopper JR.)! Either way... I'd definitely go back again if I'm in need of something quick! read more

Worst Burger King I have ever been to. It took 10 minutes in the drive thru before I could place my order. I was 3rd in line. When I got to the cashier, 4 more minutes, she said she would be right back. I waited for 7 more minutes and since I had not paid, I left. I will never go back to this particular location. read more

Had a drive through and the guy who took the order was very polite and nice. It was ready when I got to the window. However he forgot to give me napkins, glad I always keep some in my car. Taking a star off for that lol read more

Pretty good service, but they always have Fox News on the only TV in there. Never understood why a business would alienate half its customers by putting on a divisive channel. Oh well, I'll never have to worry about it again since I won't go back. read more

Hands down the slowest service of any Burger King. Food is good and staff is usually friendly. Been here multiple times and the wait time is always an issue in drive thru and inside. read more
