I stood waiting at the counter for around 10-15 minutes while employees saw me standing there and never acknowledged me or explained anything. What made the situation worse was that after making me wait all that time, an employee finally came over only to tell me to use the kiosk instead. If the location expects customers to use kiosks, employees should communicate that immediately instead of leaving people standing there ignored. The issue is not just the wait time -- it's the lack of customer service and communication. Some customers, especially older customers or people unfamiliar with the kiosks, need assistance. A simple "I'll be right with you" or "you can order at the kiosk if you'd like faster service" would have solved the problem immediately. Corporate should understand that the kiosk system is hurting the customer experience when employees stop paying attention to customers at the counter. Customers should not feel ignored in the restaurant.
