These guys are still short staffed from the Covid fall out but the drive thru is very fast!

I'd been to this BK location three times in the past 3 months because I loved everything about BK....my most recent visit was DoorDash and I have nothing bad to say about the delivery but the food was horrible....stale/hard bread...serving sizes are noticeably smaller now gets prices have increased and this time I had the worst Whopper I've eaten in 40 years. I'll be taking a loooooong break from fast food places starting with Wendy's, then Sonic and now Burger King! Just horrible read more

Went to this BK for the first time, was hesitant bc of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised with the customer service we received, they were very apologetic about being short staffed and over all really nice people. It was 7:45 am on June 12, 2024. I entered the restaurant and I was the only customer except drive through. I wanted a cup of coffee. After 15 minutes of not being acknowledged, my order was not taken, I asked if the counter was open? Response, give me a minute. I waited 3 more minutes and still no service. It was supposed to be Free Whopper day. I placed a delivery order (only option offered) I not only had to order two meals and drinks we didn't need. Never refunded the cost of the whoppers but the order specifics were not followed. Got onion rings instead of fries and the drinks were wrong. All this for $40 + Terrible! Clean Burger King. The food is nothing special ... I mean... Its Burger King... mass produce food as quickly as possible. I came here because it was conveniently located across the street from Discount Tire. I had to get a tire fixed and I was hungry for breakfast and viola. Burger King across the street. Once I received my breakfast I figured it would be great to sit and watch the news on their center island TV. While I was trying to listen to the program a Burger King Manager was using the center area to conduct an interview. Loud and talked over the TV set. A good manager would consider the customer environment and sit somewhere less public. Not out in the middle of the store where everyone can hear. Bummer that I couldn't enjoy the news while eating my mediocre breakfast. read more

Service/atmosphere was negative but for food, I appreciate them having the impossible burger option for my vegetarian family members. I drove through the evening of 5/17/23, a little after 6pm. It was busy. They had a deal going for mix and match different styles of whopper jrs, 2 for $5 (highlighted in multiple locations). I wanted 3 but asked for 4 whopper Jr's because of the deal. Their screen wasn't working so I couldn't check my order until given the receipt and they refused to fix it. They said because I asked for 4 and didn't say 2 "duo" deals they charged full price. I told them I order 8 burgers at McDonald's all the time and they're capable of entering it in pairs when they're on sale. The manager said it's the exact same product but that company policy is to ring it up exactly how I say it and I said 4. He said they don't have to save customers money. Congrats, you saved about $2.50 and lost a customer. That order came to $57 and I usually have larger orders. Home cooking is best but when I do eat fast food, I'll stick with literally any other place where they don't play word games and honor their deals. read more

Hello I ordered first time too Burger King for delivery They did great getting here and governing me my food for the family. When unpacking everything I noticed the missing soft served cups for the kids. Other then that everything was there. However upon opening the sandwiches it had everything on it when in fact I said cheese &ketchup& Mayo only. My kids cheeseburger also had ketchup and pickles on it when I ordered a plain cheeseburger. It is frustrating when they get the order wrong and sitting there scrapping everything off because once you're kids see what's on the burger they want nothing to do with it. Yes they are very picky eaters too. Learning my lesson on ordering by delivery will probably just go next time myself and make sure c everything is there. Update: Tried new crispy tacos today to check out the "hype." First of all, the real thing in no way resembles the tacos they advertise on TV and in their print ads, including their company's photo shown in this Yelp listing (see my photos attached for comparison). The tacos are actually as "skinny" as the ones you can get at one of their competitors ("Jack," I'm talkin' about you!). There was not even one teeny, tiny chunk of tomato to be found on my BK tacos. Very little cheese. The meat consistency is NOT ground meat like in their ads. (Consistency is much like Jack's.) The tacos WERE crispy as touted, however. And, weirdly, I ACTUALLY LIKED THEM! They were flavorful and came with a taco sauce already on them. If you like Jack's tacos (you know the ones from the "box"), you'll like these too! Thus the 3 stars--would give more stars if there had been some tomatoes and a little more cheese on 'em! Will be back for more! read more

The restaurant was clean and modern and we were greeted immediately by a friendly associate named Daniel. He provided us with excellent customer service and gave my a crown. Would have been a 5 star experience but the restaurant forgot to provide syrup with the french toast sticks (which they were happy to provide when we asked) and made my wife's salad with grilled chicken instead of crispy like she ordered. Burger King is by far my favorite place to get a hamburger. I ALWAYS get the whopper combo. I would say I have probably eaten at over 40 locations and as expected every now and then you get a place that does something wrong. Well this location absolutely ruined my appetite for Burger King ever again. The pickles were yellow, the lettuce wilted terribly! So much mayo that it was falling out of the burger as I took a bite. Fries seemed old and undercooked and the lady in the drive through window acted like she absolutely hated her job. All around the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I will NEVER go to this location again. Being as I live locally I'll make sure everyone knows of my experience as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

Ordered two simple meals for my sons - plain cheeseburger, double burger with mustard only. Same thing they order everywhere. The order was wrong. Brought it back, got a second order. One of the burgers was wrong on the second order. Brought it back. Picked up the burger the third time, it was wrong again. They also charged us for an additional order we didn't place. They figured that out, but never refunded our money. When we finished, we ordered 3 med shakes with no whipped cream to go. First, they ran out of ice cream, then we got the shakes. We have been here at least 5 times. Every time at least some part of our order is wrong, today is not an exception. Each time we have previously came the place is super busy yet still clean and fully stocked plus there are usually attendants walking around checking on customers. Today was super slow. Three different tables we attempted to sit at were filthy. There was no ketchup, no napkins available and people were lining up for these items that were just handed to them over the counter. An employee came into the lobby and grabbed a stack of trays and took them to the back, walked back around and sat at the first filthy table we were at and pulled out her phone. About four people walked in and she blurted a profanity while putting her purple phone into her back pocket. She went behind the counter. A couple came and sat at the filthy table, looked for napkins and the wife went to the counter where another employee told her there were napkins in the holder. She tried the holder meanwhile the girl that was sitting on her phone expresses that the holder is empty while handing her a few from behind the counter. The entire time we ate there was a young shoeless boy in a booth putting his feet on the table and sliding around, coughing randomly without covering his mouth. I can only assume he has a parent that is an employee here as he keeps looking toward the back and he also has an iPad plugged into the wall and sitting on the table. Now I see this place will be open for Christmas. They can't even get right on a slow week day. read more
