Every time I visit this Taco Bell between 10 PM and midnight, I'm told there will be a 30-minute wait because they're supposedly understaffed or because the customer in front of me ordered a huge amount of food. The problem is that this happens every single time, not just occasionally. At this point, it feels less like a legitimate delay and more like an excuse to get customers to leave. I understand that busy nights and staffing issues happen, but when the same story is repeated every visit, it's hard to believe. I like Taco Bell, but this location has become completely unreliable late at night. If the restaurant can't handle orders during those hours, it should either reduce its late-night hours or be honest with customers about what's really going on instead of repeatedly telling people to expect a 30-minute wait. read more

Staff went out of their way to avoid making contact with me, since there is a self order kiosk and when I went to ask questions, they looked too busy so I went back and placed the order. I hate leaving bad reviews but the quality of food at this location is absolutely terrible. I would recommend never to come to this location around closing time. The food was cold when we started eating it and we usually start eating as we're driving home. The beans were super dried up and cold to the touch and the grilled cheese fries with steak came all clumped up with two pieces of steak. Just looked very unappetizing. We ended up throwing everything out because of the quality. Money was wasted, we even reached out to the refund customer service. I love Taco Bell but this left a bad taste in our mouths. Won't be coming here again. Customer service was also a bit poor. Employees seemed annoyed that we were in the drive thru and there was a line behind us. Location will always make your order before you arrive when placing through the app (the order is not supposed to be made until you arrive and confirm through the drive-through) Today they almost sent me to the San Antonio location saying it has the exact same address because supposedly my order was not here. I did pay with Apple Pay and didn't realize it changed my name to Apple on the order but the effort put into helping me resolve the issue before I realized I was in fact, at the correct address was very slim. It was more of a "you're out of luck" approach. I have never seen anything like the absolute stupidity of these employees. I completely understand messing up sometimes and it would've been okay if they weren't incredibly rude and forgot half our order. Then charged us completely incorrectly as we were on 2 separate orders. Then proceeded to act like we did something wrong, they gave us so much attitude and had so much animosity towards us. I have worked in fast food before and I knew exactly how to fix it and I explained the situation calmly and they didn't listen and didn't refund like they said they would. Then we went in to get a receipt for the refund just to make sure and they gave us a receipt for one of our orders‍ No refund receipt at all and no refund was sent through. The 2 ladies we spoke with were Tiffany I believe who said she was the manager and another girl that was blonde. I hope these employees go through training again to better understand how to take separate orders and charge them separately, issue refunds and have better customer service. I use the word "dining experience" only because you will age at a rapid rate, feel your blood pressure rise, and be assaulted with smell, sounds, and visages, that are not for the faint of heart. Not recommended for the elderly, pregnant, or very young. In addition, do not attempt to use the "Taco Bell app" to avoid this madhouse experience. On both of my tries, I arrived at the store, only to be told that the app did not work, and I would have to stand in line like everybody else. I prefer the babcock location for drive-through. This location has poor performance employees as EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE in the last few months has been lacking. They have forgotten food, made my simple burrito wrong, over charged me, and i never see a single smile on any of the drive thru staff.
