A pretty reliable location. I only give it 4 stars because I've found some of the (younger) drive-through staff... snarky? But hey, teenagers. Understandable. read more

Taco Bell - Creamy Chipotle Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap Slider - Fast Food Near Me - Boerne, Texas

Every time I visit this Taco Bell between 10 PM and midnight, I'm told there will be a 30-minute wait because they're supposedly understaffed or because the customer in front of me ordered a huge amount of food. The problem is that this happens every single time, not just occasionally. At this point, it feels less like a legitimate delay and more like an excuse to get customers to leave. I understand that busy nights and staffing issues happen, but when the same story is repeated every visit, it's hard to believe. I like Taco Bell, but this location has become completely unreliable late at night. If the restaurant can't handle orders during those hours, it should either reduce its late-night hours or be honest with customers about what's really going on instead of repeatedly telling people to expect a 30-minute wait. read more

I tell you this is the second time and the last time I buy food here. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and what the hell I got a burrito with about a smear of beans. This is upsetting read more

Your management really has to be that disengaged to mess up a chalupa. Staff went out of their way to avoid making contact with me, since there is a self order kiosk and when I went to ask questions, they looked too busy so I went back and placed the order. They were too busy talking about haircuts and makeup, literally heard them. That's the least of matters though. The chalupa was disgusting, extremely soggy and wasn't cooked. For more than five dollars a chalupa...couldn't even eat it. Restroom was dirty, not kept. Avoid!!!! Even if you are hungry, just drive a few blocks to the HEB and pickup something to eat there. First of all, they're extremely slow and they need better. Customer service second their drive-through Bell or whatever they wanna call it is broken so you sit in line forever even when it is working you just wanna order one combo meal and it takes an hour to get in and out if there's three cars ahead of you This is extremely sad! Last but not least how can Taco Bell franchise even want their name type to this gas station who does not value their customers it makes you question everything including the quality of their food I normally don't leave reviews this bad but they need to do something either fix the customer service or just turn Taco Bell into Pete's tacos or something because the whole purpose of fast food is to be fast I can't spend my whole lunch break here! read more

If I could give a 10 star review then I would absolutely do so. Whenever I go to this Taco Bell I feel like they always give me the best experience no matter what. I recently visited Taco Bell and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of food and service provided. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and prompt assistance. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, all at affordable prices. I ordered my favorite items, including the Crunchwrap Supreme and a side of Nacho Fries. The food was prepared quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were on point, and the portion sizes were satisfying. Not only was the food outstanding, but the staff members were attentive and ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Overall, my visit to Taco Bell was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal. I am pleased to award Taco Bell a five-star rating and will definitely be returning in the future. read more

Be faster. 15 minutes for two tacos, people who came in way after me got their food faster

I hate leaving bad reviews but the quality of food at this location is absolutely terrible. I would recommend never to come to this location around closing time. The food was cold when we started eating it and we usually start eating as we're driving home. The beans were super dried up and cold to the touch and the grilled cheese fries with steak came all clumped up with two pieces of steak. Just looked very unappetizing. We ended up throwing everything out because of the quality. Money was wasted, we even reached out to the refund customer service. I love Taco Bell but this left a bad taste in our mouths. Won't be coming here again. Customer service was also a bit poor. Employees seemed annoyed that we were in the drive thru and there was a line behind us. No greeting or anything just handed us the food and walked away. If I could put negative 10 stars I would unfortunately.... read more

Visited this location just for a drink however the staff is super rude. Never had that happen to me before and again I don't eat Taco Bell so I'm sorry. I'm sure it would be better if I eat it but there's nothing I can say if you're coming in just to get something to drink. The Staff should be friendlier. I don't like the food. read more

This is the fastest Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are super nice and accommodate my special weird orders. Its right off the interstate and easy to access. AND its built into a gas station. So I can also stop for gas. read more

The employees are very disrespectful and their service is the worst no communication skills and very rude to customers.

For a TB this one is pretty good. The service was friendly and the food was hot. There's not much you can say about it as it is TB. You either love it or you hate it. The vibe from the employees was really good so I'll definitely come back. read more

Not as bad as expected! We were pretty happy with the cheese quesadilla and nacho fries. Needed something quick and they came through, the workers were in a great mood! read more

This place is as best as a Taco Bell gets. The place was ok, as the place was not best in quality, but it was plausible. It only took two minutes for my order and the food was ok, too. Overall, this Taco Bell lives up to the standard of an average Taco Bell. read more

Well, no surprise here. Mismanagement has trickled down to their inferior quality of employees which leads to sloppy food. I am sorry to say, but I really hope this branch goes away and makes room for something else. definitely doesn't help that employees are rude and miserable. read more

I've eaten here a bunch of times and every time the food looks absolutely perfect! It literally looks like the Taco Bell advertisements. Not a single broken shell, poorly rolled burrito or anything!!! I am literally astonished read more

Location will always make your order before you arrive when placing through the app (the order is not supposed to be made until you arrive and confirm through the drive-through) Today they almost sent me to the San Antonio location saying it has the exact same address because supposedly my order was not here. I did pay with Apple Pay and didn't realize it changed my name to Apple on the order but the effort put into helping me resolve the issue before I realized I was in fact, at the correct address was very slim. It was more of a "you're out of luck" approach. When I went to drive to the San Antonio location and pulled up my maps, I realized I was at the correct address already so I went inside and my food was sitting at the pick up zone. The manager asked if I was sure if that was my order in a negative tone. Didn't apologize for the confusion, just stood there with his hands in his pockets. This isn't the first time I've had poor customer service at this location. This is just the straw that broke the camels back. read more

Ordered on the app and it said the food was ready. Not only is it not, the staff are actively ignoring me while waiting in line. No greeting or asking if I've been helped. Makes me wonder if I've even scammed. read more

I have never seen anything like the absolute stupidity of these employees. I completely understand messing up sometimes and it would've been okay if they weren't incredibly rude and forgot half our order. Then charged us completely incorrectly as we were on 2 separate orders. Then proceeded to act like we did something wrong, they gave us so much attitude and had so much animosity towards us. I have worked in fast food before and I knew exactly how to fix it and I explained the situation calmly and they didn't listen and didn't refund like they said they would. Then we went in to get a receipt for the refund just to make sure and they gave us a receipt for one of our orders‍ No refund receipt at all and no refund was sent through. The 2 ladies we spoke with were Tiffany I believe who said she was the manager and another girl that was blonde. I hope these employees go through training again to better understand how to take separate orders and charge them separately, issue refunds and have better customer service. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

Horrible service, don't even bother wasting your money here. Go somewhere else. Their app is always down.

Barf my tacos and kids cinnamon twist had expired tasted awful. They also forgot part of my order. This location needs a health inspection.

I put one star because I have too I wouldn't even give this location a star the manager was extremely rude from the time I order to the end of my order. I didn't add guacamole on my tacos I ask no sour cream they gave me both I also ask for cheese sauce didn't get any and I had to ask for more mild because they didn't put any in the bag. I will never go to this location ever again I hope the manager gets fired because he has terrible customer service. read more

Would give -100 stars if i could. Ordered a beefy 5 layer and 2 crunch wrap supremes when i got home there was literally probably a tiny spoonful of meat on everything i ordered that i paid nearly $20 for!!! Literally it was like they didn't make food the whole day and scraped the bottom of every container for enough food to scrounge something together. HIGHLY unimpressed. Don't waste your money. read more

The worst drive thru I've ever gone thru. Waited over 25 minutes and finally got my order. After getting home the entire order was wrong. Tried to call but they took the phone off the hook. Went back and before I could tell them they messed up my entire order they let me know they were out of ground beef. Really, explains why my order was missing everything with beef. Boerne location, (Dine in) Wow. That's all I can say. This is where I'd congratulate Taco Bell on good service. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. When I was greeted by a girl cashier, she didn't ask how she can help, she just did the what's up nod. She wasn't friendly either, never smiled, quite snappy actually. After the order was completed, I told her thank you and she just ignored me, turned around and walked away. When someone goes out of there way to be kind, you can at least respond. I never complain, I'm a positive person, but this was outstanding to me. Not an enjoyable experience whatsoever, and won't dine in again at this location. read more

After 30 years, this particular Taco Bell decides to abandon the enchirito? We only go to this location because it is the only one in Boerne Texas. However no, there are serious concerns about this Taco Bell that is attached to an Exxon. Before you order please visit the restrooms. Never any soap, never paper towels. I wish they would just bulldoze this place and build a new one. Please read the other one star reviews from residents from Boerne. At this point I am contacting Taco Bell corporate. read more

I really dislike this location. The cashiers tend to be very rude and entirely too caught up in their phone or someone visiting them. And, after eating here for years, I have never had an order that was entirely correct. I generally fill out the survey on their receipt after every visit and I have never received a response to a complaint. I figure for a $5 (maybe?) meal, I shouldn't set the bar too high. read more

Quite possibly the worst dining experience available in Boerne. I use the word "dining experience" only because you will age at a rapid rate, feel your blood pressure rise, and be assaulted with smell, sounds, and visages, that are not for the faint of heart. Not recommended for the elderly, pregnant, or very young. In addition, do not attempt to use the "Taco Bell app" to avoid this madhouse experience. On both of my tries, I arrived at the store, only to be told that the app did not work, and I would have to stand in line like everybody else. I'm going to be standing in line at the Taco Cabana across the street from now on. It's no faster, but at least it does not smell like a French pissoir, and have incredibly rude people behind the counter. read more

I prefer the babcock location for drive-through. This location has poor performance employees as EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE in the last few months has been lacking. They have forgotten food, made my simple burrito wrong, over charged me, and i never see a single smile on any of the drive thru staff. Also, ive noticed not every taco bell has the same prices for all the items. While baffling i shrug it off since its usually a 20 cent difference at most. Overall: Ill come by if im on my way home and too hassled to swing by another location, but most days ill drive the extra few miles to go to babcock for my tb fix. read more
