This location was always especially friendly and even had a lady refilling coffees, etc during breakfast. This remodel as all recent location renovations has done a good job of depersonalizing and isolating the customer from employees. Small window area now with 2 registers and 2 kiosks out front. No one paying attention to front window and had to lean around obstruction and call to help chatting in the back for couple of creams to go with coffee in app breakfast order. All the charm has evaporated! I'm actually a lover of technology, but this is one more step toward a socially sterile fast food experience.

Well smoked meat, though we have had better in our visits to hundreds of barbecue restaurants. Excellent meat with very little fat. Prices are a little on the high side compared to other barbecue restaurants in the region with similar quality . Average meat portions. Cole slaw was very dry and not very flavorful. Macaroni and cheese was very good. Baked beans were a little on the spicy side but good. Only a small portion of barbecue sauce is provided, which is mildly spicy. We recommend adding a sweet bbq sauce as well as larger portions. We will be back and welcome the arrival of real barbecue to Marianna. It's been a long wait!

From the drive through to the inside, but the service was still great, we were greeted upon entering, everyone was working fast to get the orders out, my cashier was very soft spoken and pleasant and smiled. My daughter had a kids meal that came with grilled cheese, fries, rice crispy treat and a drink she enjoyed all of it and she is very picky but no complaints, I had the wings & things that came with traditional bone in wings & chicken fingers and fries with the Zax sauce and ranch and it was delicious, we also ordered a side of lemon pepper wings that was so delicious, and we tried a vanilla milk shake that was thick like they should be and so refreshing! Brittney, the cashier that rung us up, is the ONLY reason I'm giving ANY stars. She was sweet and gave good suggestions. She also was the only front employee actually working.
