Really good chicken. Picked up a menu and posting, as I couldn't find the menu online. My son's got the Kickin Bourbon and Carolina Gold wings. Visiting my loved ones in the senior home and they had a taste for chicken livers. I found Maryland Chicken on Yelp and decided to try them. GREAT DECISION...MY SENIORS LOVED THEM! I tried them and I too found them to be delish! The employees are personable, pleasant & polite. I am picky and must have my food FRESH & HOT with NO Salt on fries and Livers crispy without being Overcooked. They accommodated my requests and delivered GREAT FOOD. I have been back a few times since my initial visit in October 2024 and received GREAT SERVICE & GOOD FOOD. LIVERS are my go to but tried the chicken, fish and lemonades...ALL Good too. Tip: They can get busy especially weekdays at lunch time so call and order ahead...must pay for order in advance over the phone but totally worth it. FOOD WILL BE HOT & READY when you arrive!!! I never write reviews but i had to after this. They gave me 2 month old expired tar tar sauce. So i definitely wasn't going to eat that. They gave 2 guests that arrived after i did their food first and I didn't order much. The quality of food felt really greasy and the batter after frying just fell off my fried fish. The food is not what it used to be. The chicken is way over cooked. Twice I paid to add baked beans and did not get them. I got if you want to come back I will give them to you. Who's going to drive 10 miles for a bowl of baked beans. How hard is it to check the order before you give it. The last time I was there I didn't get what I paid for and the clerk was asking my brother about Marijuana. I used to brag about this place. Between the burnt chicken, the lack of professionalism and missing items I paid for, I wouldn't recommend it. Your better off going to KFC. read more

This restaurant has the potential to be great. The chicken and food is absolutely delicious. However the restaurant's interior and exterior is absolutely horrendous. It's filthy looking inside and out. The table and chairs are broken, dirt and grim on floor and walls. It needs a total renovation. The bathroom is just nasty!!!
