Waited over 15 minutes to order and then another 10 before I got my food. The order was a hamburger (pickles, onions only) small fry and a frosty. I received the fries and they were warm enough, the frosty and a cheeseburger all the way. In addition, the outside of the building is filthy, I mean gross filthy. This location used to be very good, but it's gone straight downhill. The food is good, when they get your order right, which is maybe 75% of the time, which is unacceptable. The worst of all is the service, many of the people working there are outright rude and often don't even seem to know what they offer on the menu. This Wendy's was severely understaffed, the dining room didn't have a clean table to sit upon, the bathrooms need a sweeping and cleaning, the outside area and Landscaping were a mess with trash. As for the service, Tim at the counter was trying his best but he was definitely overwhelmed and befuddled. He tried his best but was a bit too chatty apologizing and explaining menu items but he really needed to focus on the customer take their order and then go get it. The owner of the store definitely needs to spend some time working with Tim. The bacon cheddar chicken sandwich I ordered look nothing like the picture. My lady friend ordered extra lettuce extra pickle and extra onion and got none of the above. She did not order cheese but got cheese on her sandwich. They have friendly staff and they were accommodating just that they had to make my salad fresh because there was no salads that did not contain cheese. The service there was terrible I only ordered two things. They didn't just get it wrong once but when they went to fix it they got it wrong again. The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was bad. And the inside was dirty and nasty. The employees were just standing around and when they went to do something it's like they did it in slow motion. You know what you're getting with Wendy's for the most part. Our service was slower than I'd expect and one of our orders was inaccurate but they rectified it quickly. Burgers did not seem fresh at all but the rest of our order seemed that it was fresher than those. Restaurant was clean but restrooms smelled at least faintly of smoke. read more

This Wendy's is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe it hasn't been shut down. There was trash everywhere and even in the cooking area (food and trash covering the floor), no clean tables. The lady at the register was extremely rude and told me I could only have one sauce for my nuggets. Really?! I would pay triple for Chikfila service and cleanliness. We took our food to go (approx $15) and once we looked at it and one person took a bite, it ALL went in the trash. The burger meat looked any tasted old and the bacon was a nasty green/brown. Worst possible experience ever with Wendy's. They weren't busy and it took forever. When the car pulled up in the drive through to wait on their food the woman that brought it out to them was smoking a cigarette when she handed them their food. The WORST! Customer service! Staff is awful and when asking for your payment they just stand there and look at you very rudely. I asked for my burger a certain way and they couldn't even do that correctly. When you tell them you have two separate orders that completely throws them for a loop and the other order was completely wrong but by the time we realized this we were already in the interstate. I'd give zero stars if I could. Stopped here for lunch. A rather large size bug crawled up our table. Then I got my JBC and when I bit in there was a small bug!! I told the manager privately, she shrugged and said "oh it must have been in the lettuce, do you want another or a refund?" And my husband's chicken sandwich was not full cooked. The whole time the young man (no name badge) was taking our order was pulling and picking at his hair that was sticking straight up on top of his head with his fingers - THEN he put his finger in his ear. They dropped our wrapped burger on floor and instead of throwing it out in front of us, threw it to someone in the back who caught it, and probably just put the same one back in our bag. One employee's hair was braided and no exaggeration at least a foot and a half tall and NOT covered in any way. All handling food. I could not eat my food after seeing all of that. This is by far the worst restaurant to patronize. The service is the worst I have ever seen anywhere. They are rude and snappy like you are bothering them by keeping them employed. PLEASE!!! DO NOT eat here. This place has worse customer service than the rats by the dumpster behind other fast food restaurants. Not to mention this crap fest IS NOT fast at all. You sit at the menu box FOREVER until they finish with the customer at the window. This makes no sense considering they have multiple employees inside doing minimal work. Masks? Oh, yes. They wear them. Employees wore masks under their nose, on their chin, draped from one ear. This is the place to go if you want to catch Covid-19. They got the order wrong as usual so I had to drive back from Bonifay to get the rest of my food and they were rude once again. I WILL NOT be back!! I am one to support my local businesses but I would rather use my money as toilet paper replacement than to give it to Wendy's to allow the franchise to reward their employees with a paycheck for such bad service. The food was good and hot. It was basically pretty clean. Food came out fast, but there weren't very many customers. Bathrooms were clean, but messy, if that makes sense (toilet paper all over the floor, water everywhere and a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall).
