The employees were efficient at the register although not very friendly - Ever heard of a smile, people? The dining area needed more attention. Was visiting the Chiply store from Panama City Beach. I went through the drive through and ordered an 8 piece with extra sides for around 27 dollars. When I got home, the Chicken appeared overcooked or old. It did not meet the normal quality of taste Ive experienced in the past. The side Items were ok, but the chicken was not up to par. I wanted to support the area due to the Pandemic. The person at the window was not wearing gloves or mask. Ill not visit this store again. The drive-thru service has pretty good customer service. Food is hot and very good. However, the order signs (inside and out) need to be updated- as we have placed orders a couple times from the drive-thru only to receive completely different orders at the window for the meals and our drinks. The worst KFC ever! The bathroom was so nasty I decided not to eat in. We drove through drive thru & they neglected to give us flatware the first time. Then we noticed they gave everyone mashed potatoes which my kids are allergic too by the way. I specifically asked for green beans after they told me they were out of everything else I requested. You would think 2nd time around they should get it right, but no, they gave us thighs when I asked for breasts. My husband, 2 kids and myself went to the kfc in chipley and the buffet was absolutely horrible!!My 5 year old son who loves chicken took one bite and grabbed his mouth to keep from vomiting.My 10 year old daughter refused to eat it also.My husband took a few bites and threw his out and I tried to force some down but got sick.The food was old and stale.Not to mention the service was terrible.The cashiers was extremly rude and made us feel unwelcome.We will NOT be going back to this kfc again. read more
