McDonald's failed us again. How bout ordering your food and then being pushed out of the line, just to be pushed to the front of the store behind several other cars for what. Them to clear the screen, giving them false times of accomplishment. So then a lady comes out handing food out unknowingly giving wrong items to wrong people. Ugh. So we finally get our food. Placed a curbside pick up order. When I arrived there were maybe a dozen cars in the drive thru que. Waited at the curbside pickup and notified via app i arrived. Waited 10 + minutes no one came out, however every car in the drive thru que had been served plus a few more. Finally had to go inside to get my order. McDonald's of Chipley ... do not offer curbside option if you are just going to ignore it. read more

This is the friendliest McDonald's we've ever been to! We used the drive-thru and app. They were running a tad behind, so they apologized and had us park on the side of the restaurant. Then, a very friendly male employee brought us our food and apologized again. We really didn't even have to wait that long, and our order was all correct! read more

The service was terrible I went in and waited for someone at the register for a while and when I finally got someone they mumbled everything. I ordered two plain double cheeseburgers and when I got them there was onions on them both. The bathrooms were dirty and nasty. I don't recommend at all. read more

Ordered a Big Mac requesting no cheese and no pickles. The burger came out with cheese and pickles on it.

RUDEST cashier ever!! The vehicle in front of was greet well and we're making jokes, we pulled up said good morning (we are Mexican American) and the lady gave us the nastiest look. Told us the amount and kept repeating it as if we didn't understand the language. We order a large coffee and some breakfast, they handed us our food but asked us to pull forward and they will bring our coffee to us. When my husband took a sip it spilled all over him as there was lil holes in the cup. Y'all are humans just like us so don't judge or treat ppl that aren't white like crap. read more

Ordered through the drive-they today and the associate was hard to understand, as he mumbled all responses. Failed to receive my receipt after paying, then did not get napkins or any requested condiments. Only half of my order was brought out, and I was questioned regarding the milkshakes I ordered- she said I had already received them which I had not. I had to walk in to get condiments and was never acknowledged- it was not busy either. After asking for condiments for my order, I was only given enough for half my order and was told they were out. I watched as they gave the same condiments to another customer after she asked after me. I then had to wait for my receipt because no one knew what happened to it. The lady who brought me my 1st portion of my order got an attitude with me. Not sure where customer service is at this location but it clearly needs to be rectified! It also seems as though some associates need to be trained on how to prepare customer orders! read more

This is a pretty cool Mcdonalds! They have this new system where you can order and pay all through a kiosk, which was super convenient! They even bring out the food to you after ordering whether you order through the kiosk or in person! Food came out quick and the place was super clean! read more

Service is slow and not very professional. One gentleman was back there working who obviously just started because he was staring at the menu for about 20 minutes trying to prepare my order. When I finally received my meal, they forgot my honey mustard and fries that were part of the combos.To top it off, I called asking for a manager and they told me to call back in 5 minutes. So not only do I have to wait 30 minutes for my food, I have to wait for a manager to make it right? I ended up not even wasting my time calling back. First of all. They are listed as a restaurant on the I-10 Chipley exit. They are a mile and a half from the exit. Absolutely do not use the drive through. They aren't smart enough to figure it out. I thought the people in front of me were having trouble ordering and that was why several cars went in the other lane. That wasn't the problem. When I got to the speaker. FIVE other cars went through the other lane. Before she asked for our order. After three I started asking if this lane was closed. Three of the cars in the other lane. Weren't even in the parking lot when we started sitting at the speaker. When I asked her what the problem was? She just kept asking If I was going to order. At that point I'd had enough with the attitude so I left. We went to the SONIC it was very fast and closer to the highway. Stay away from this McDonalds. read more

Counter staff is hard to understand and don't speak up. Inside is usually dirty as are restrooms. Have never gotten a burger there that was put together so it could be eaten without totally rebuilding it. Staff always appears confused as to what they are supposed to be doing. read more
