For six years, I passed this restaurant often and I only went through the drive-through a couple of times which appeared to have an 11 year old working register. There's never any cars in the parking lot but today there are 7. I saw the new ads for the new brisket, whopper and I thought I'd try it cause Burger King is still the only one that broils their burgers. And since there were seven other cars worth of people, maybe I'd get today's food instead of yesterday's and I'd get a real good rendition of this new sandwich. What a disappointment. The burger on this Whopper Junior is about 3 inches or less in diameter. There's enough mayo on here to make a carton of macaroni salad. no real taste. no real flavor. Nothing extra and certainly nothing to be able to call it brisket -----it's a burger. The onion rings were just OK and dining was just not a pleasure with crabby people working there wandering around aimlessly making non-professional comments. Burger King, just another restaurant going downhill fast. There's gonna be nothing left and nowhere for us to go cause they're all failing. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Not only does the new supposed manager have her two loud and disruptive children running around the dining room screaming and bothering paying customers "just until their father picks them up" (which is seemingly every time I've been in for the last few months). She also allegedly concocted a reason to fire a dedicated worker who was disabled. The disabled worker was always kind, caring, and even remembered my usual order or remarked when it had been a while since she had seen me since I was a regular for a while until I went on a diet. The worker, BK, and its customers deserve better. read more

Bungle King!! C'mon people, you're not even trying. Last 2 times we went they messed up our order multiple times each! Listen man, fast food is fast food. It's about customer service whenever you get food, and today I had the best possible service. Woman was patient as we figured out what we wanted to eat, didn't rush us, and changed some of our selections into a meal to make things cheaper. I don't go to Burger King much, but I've decided to recently. Their food molds! Much better for you, and they've got good customer service too. read more

Took my 3 year old son for a quick dinner and play. Staff was friendly food was good. Restaurant was clean. Play area was clean which was nice. Bathrooms were clean too. Was excited to see hand sanitizer. Play land was small and for toddlers. Not good for a child who does not climb. Perfect for dinner and a little play time. read more

Drove up to order was told "be right with you " after about 7 minutes heard go ahead with your order, ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries pulled around to window waited about 10 minutes finally got our food when I asked what took so long employee slammed the window closed. Then after a 3 minute ride home found everything was cold. Needless to say I will never be back to this Burger King. read more

I took the kids to get an ice cream and let them go on the indoor playland on Father's Day. Had my phone and phone charger. Battery was low and I figured I'd charge it up as the kids played. Both outlets that they had were blocked. So that idea was no good. Second I went into the playland area and the tables were filthy and had pop stains on the tables. Also in the play area one of the ceiling tiles were falling down. Looked like someone moved it for some reason and never put it back the same way. Staff was nice and the service is good. This place would have received a 4 star rating from me, but I have noticed a change in the way they service walk-in customers. I doesn't seem to matter if there are 5 people waiting in line, they will wait on drive-thru customers first. This was not the case a year ago.. not sure what changed??? As far as food, it's Burger King!... I personally have not received anything bad, given the menu choices.. remember, it's Burger King. The service priority is my only grumble. However, I will say the staff is very friendly. But go to the drive-thru if you want quick service! read more

We have gone to this location multiple times and no issues. Lately it hasn't been such a great experience. We ordered and was told sorry they are short staffed. We sat and waited 25 mins and no food, looked over and seen no staff at all or food cooking, so my husband went over and asked where our food was and they were completely clueless and said what food. We waited 45 mins for 2 angry whopper meals for dine in.once we got our food it wasn't even hot. Burgers were warm at best and onion rings were cold and stale. The place is dirty with bugs flying around the pop and ketchup area, staff short staffed and goofing off and talking loudly throwing around the F word as elderly are standing right at the counter. Talking loudly that the upper management is always watching their every move. Well they need to be watched more closely like maybe a management team on at all times to make sure they are working and not goofing off and talking on personal cell phones instead of making people's food. read more
