My husband went to the drive thru while I was at the store & they said they couldn't accept credit/debit cards due to some issue. No problem. After I get out of the store we go back as I had cash on me. The woman "servicing" the drive thru was extremely rude & quickly said we can't accept orders right now. We asked, can you accept cash or is it everything (simple question since a few moments before cash was fine). Rather than answering the simple question the poor excuse for an employee processed to talk to us really slow as if we didn't understand the English language! Let me tell you if one of my employees behaved in such a manner I would walk them to the door immediately!! No hesitation! This person is NOT someone you want customer facing! She should be fired!! There are plenty of people with better skills that need (& want) a job. If you can't handle your simple job in a professional manner you don't deserve it. Furthermore, if you can't problem solve for your employer...you are worthless. People like this employee are why so many companies have horrible reviews. I don't often write a review but when I run into someone like this not only does her employer need to know (which I will take care of on multiple fronts) but the public needs to know as well. This took place around 1:30/1:40pm 10/11/25 and the employee had one heck of a pout on her face and dark brown hair. Her attitude and lack of customer service skills should be addressed promptly. On 07-29-2024I stopped in at 9:37pm after reading that the internet said they were open until 11:00pm. I was immediately greeted outside by the staff as they were outside smoking, as they said, "the lobby closes at at 10:00pm". I immediately looked at the glass on the entrance door and saw nothing publicly stating any such thing. While I waited for my order in the dinning area, I went back on the internet and checked the hours of this location. It too, said nothing about the lobby closing at 10:00pm. The place was clean. The bathrooms were clean. I had to repeat myself twice while placing the order. The actual food was good. I like B.K. burgers. Employees deliberately placing furniture in front of the west exit door is a fire code violation. read more

The most disrespectful food service manager I've ever spoken to, despite their staff providing poor service. 3/27/25 2:41-3:15PM is the shift I encountered her on. She blamed me for staff not seeing my car parked waiting for food, despite them walking past me and looking at me several times. I was given cold food that I didn't eat. No apology or anything, just passive aggressive, rude, childish and immature behavior for a mistake they made. She showed absolutely zero respect, empathy, and, or professionalism. I am not sure she would know how to given her inability to listen to a customer who was patient and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt after 20-25 minutes of waiting for food that was "fresh off the broiler " but given to me cold. My goodness show some accountability. With the multiple 1 star reviews, it doesn't seem they care for standards. When I told her I am filing a complaint she laughed and said "go ahead". The male staff I first talked to was friendly and professional, make him the manager. A simple apology and correction would have been enough. I usually don't leave these but on 7/17/25, at approximately 1530, I had an issue with a delivery app order. I called the store as there seems to be miscommunication between the app and the store settings. ( I ordered a burger, for some reason it always arrives with just the bun and meat patty- why are the toppings removed when I don't ask for it this way?-) . I contacted both the app and management about this previously. Nothing seems to have been done. I called today to explain what is happening so they're aware. The manager was terrible. Accused me of being confrontational rather than attempting to address the customer issue (and I was professional, and non combative I'll add). They sounded like a kid, or at the very least someone who could have cared less about the situation. Very upsetting. Please teach your managers how to handle customer grievances politely. My actual rating of the is business is a ZERO. We went through drive up and ordered drinks only. When they handed us our drinks, they had only given us one. We stated we had ordered two, at the first the young man ask us to pull forward even though there was no one behind us, however in the interim, another young gentleman came around the corner with our drink, we had already paid for the drink and was handed the drink and was about to drive off when someone who turned out to be the asst. manger started yelling that they don't take orders at the window (which we didn't place at the window) and that we had screwed up their time to 5 minutes. I asked the young man if that was his manager, he slammed the window and walked away. We drove around and entered the restaurant and requested managers name, servers name, and store number. We were met with rudeness and threats of calling the police for asking these questions. I have owned businesses for 40 years and have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect. Disappointment, thy name is Burger King. This place just opened. You'd think they'd at least be trying. They're not. I don't know how much of that to put on the franchisee and how much of that to put on Burger King corporate, though. The burgers I received at this place were only lukewarm. They weren't assembled well. They tasted old and dry. It was pretty miserable. Not to mention I ended up in the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes. (I blame the idiot in front of me for that--not the restaurant though. If your order is more detailed than NASA launch instructions, maybe go the hell inside the store and not drive-thru.) I used to love Burger King. In the 80's, it was great. But then it changed for the worst. For years, BK's quality has been nose-diving. It's not just this one location. It's every BK. Their burgers are awful. Their idea for trying to compete with McD's has been all money-based, rather than trying to raise their quality. You can't offer 10 nuggets for a dollar and have the nuggets be any good, people. Same thing with burgers. People don't go to fast-food places for quality, but even still--the food should be somewhat edible. It should be hot. It should be as fresh as they can make it. It should be assembled by someone who gives half a damn about what he or she is doing. BK has not figured out how to meet any part of that in more than two decades. Why start now? The franchisee can only do so much with the materials they're forced to purchase from the corporation. However, this location can certainly step up their game in that regard. BK's root problems fall to the neglectful, clueless corporate overlords, though. first off, let me preface this by saying that i have a set of twin little girls, (age 6), they are both dyslexic and learning how to read. so obviously, when it was our turn to order i let them practice their reading skills. The EXTREMELY RUDE man (that had nails and a wig on) proceeded to yell at my children, "hurry the fuck up or leave. Ma'am, if your daughters can't fucking read, you need to do it for them. you're holding up my line" This INFURIATED ME. for one, my children did nothing to deserve this, for two, there was at MOST 2 people behind us. Both behind elderly and spoke up against the cashier for my children. After they did this, he proceeded to yell "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY STORE YOU OLD LAZY BASTARDS" to which they both left. as did i with my two children, my girls stole 13 cookies from them and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. read more

My boyfriend and i recently had gone to burger king 2x in the last month. The first time i waited at counter for 5 mins and staff and manager just looked at me and refused to help us. We walked out and went to columbus. Then, we went last night wanting to give another chance. I stood at counter for probably a good 3 mins or so. We finally ordered but it shouldnt take this long for people to help you. We are extremely disappointed and it wont stay in business very long if they keep it up.
