At this point we asked for a refund because it was an online order so it was already paid for. We were told that there was nobody there authorized to do it. We waited quite some time until they worked it out. Clearly the parent company of these franchises no longer check into the owners anymore or they just dont care. It's not the 1st time for a bad Subway experience but it will be the last.

Then I went back again the other morning and got the wrong order, but that's besides the point. The bad part was the cashier taking the money at the drive thru was pretty much rude, so after dealing with her and getting the wrong food was not a great experience. So tomorrow morning, I plan on going back and telling them they gave me the wrong food and hopefully they give me the right food this time. Perhaps I'll update the review after this.

Stopping by this Hardee's is a long-standing tradition for our family on our trips to the coast. Or to Wakulla for canoeing. Or anywhere in this general direction, like Missisippi or Texas In fact, we usually time our road trips so we can have breakfast here. But we messed up last week. We got there 10 minutes too late. I was near devastated, but, trying for persepctive, took a deep breath and ordered a hamburger. Then changed to a different hamburger. Then changed my mind (again), but my mom was trying to order, waffling between several options and asking detailed questions about each choice...so I waited. Then changed it to a hot dog. And my mom then decided to change her order (again) to a hot dog, too. After reassuring us that it was fine, no not a bother, truly, it was his pleaseure, the nice young man (was his name Rusty?) ran to the back to tell the kitchen we had changed our fickle little minds (again). Then after we paid, we decided to add some cookies and a coffee. Which we were apparently supposed to help ourselves too, but we either didn't know or we forgot or something... By this time, I think the young man felt sorry for us, perhaps sensing that our mental capacity had been compromised by the paint fumes at my mom's house (she's getting it renovated). He actually BROUGHT the meal to our table, realized we never got our self-serve coffee and cookies, and kindly brought that to us as well! He asked us if we needed anything else, and then, with a small bow, left us to enjoy our hot dogs and cookies. What a sweet heart! Later, the manager stopped by to ask us how things were going. I didn't have the heart to tell them that the chilli on my dog was too salty, but it was. But once I scraped the chili off, the hot dog was just fine. I'm coming here tomorrow, too, on my way to St. George...but I am going to be sure to make it in time for breakfast.
