I settled on the shrimp and grits and it was delicious. I wanted to lick the bowl clean it was that good. We went on Sunday evening, party of 3. There was some confusion with our reservation but we were…read morestill seated at a table that wasn't reserved until 7pm. Our server came, we ordered our drinks. He brought them but didn't lay cocktail napkins on our table with them. After that we ordered appetizers, asked our server what his favorites were. The stuffed shrimp was named, so I ordered those. My friend ordered a 1/2 dozen of the baked oysters. The appetizers came out but were luke warm at best. The baked oysters were way over cooked & then I'm sure sat under the heat lamp which dried them out even more. I'm a southern Alabama girl who knows her seafood and loves good soul food & know how it should be cooked. So far I wasn't impressed. This menu hits all the check marks but over does the easy stuff. My friend ordered gumbo. It was more 'Cajun' red looking than a darker rue & it was served cool to luke warm at best. The flavor wasn't good at all. I ended up ordering the duck. The greens with it were great but the duck itself came out fried not roasted which threw me off. If you're going to imitate Louisiana cooking, please at least follow their ways of cooking. My other friend ordered redfish & shrimp and that was the best tasting dish out of all. Overall, the meal wasn't good for the quality and pricing. The overcooked baked oysters were $30 for a 1/2 dozen so don't waste your time. The gumbo was $15 a bowl & it was the size of a salad bowl at best. Also, pro tip. Don't leave money sitting on the table. They were about to not seat us because they had a 7pm reservation at the table we ate at. We were there at 5pm.

We waited quite some time until they worked it out. Clearly the parent company of these franchises no longer check into the owners anymore or they just dont care. It's not the 1st time for a bad Subway experience but it will be the last.

Entrées were not fast to come out, but that's OK too. Went on a Wednesday night about 530. By the time we left at seven there was standing room only on the walkway into the restaurant.
