When we politely asked for a simple cup of ice at the window, the employee literally just shook his head no and slammed the window shut without saying a single word. Completely unprofessional. To make it worse, our drinks came with no ice at all, even though they were supposed to, and both Happy Meals were missing apple slices. It's clear there's no attention to detail or care about the customer experience at all. Honestly, this location is so poorly run it needs to be shut down. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
