Dustin is the only employee who consistently shows kindness and professionalism. He's likely the main reason customers continue to return. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff seem disengaged and unhappy to help. read more

The service in Crawfordville is soooo bad. This morning they were not open on time because manager was late. I have been eating at Hardee's to close to 40 years and it is at, its worst. They often are out of the basics like coffee filters ( no coffee) creamed, they didn't even offer milk unless you bought a pint. I purchased coffee this morning from the shift Manager and she walk away saying the inside coffee wasn't made. Then she said something a employee who has always been polite and helpful causing her to just about break down on the spot. When I looked in the back I saw a person putting food together with his bear hands. When I mention this to the manager she told him to put some gloves on, which he did when he finished that order. I would hate to know I had money invested in this establishment. I tried to find the phone number for the management office I wasn't able to find the number, this was the best I could do so, I just complained here! read more

By far, the worst burger restaurant in town. The Big cheeseburgers are absolutely disgusting. The meat was terrible, tasted like it had sat under warming lights too long, no condiments, pathetic looking onions and pickles. Someone clearly did not care what they were doing. Depends if you like cold, there was at the very least 6 people behind the counter and the kitchen part. It's 3:00 pm, figured lunch is over and early enough for dinner, should be warming up fries for us and new meat not laying around ready for lunch. You would be wrong, got cold fries laying around since lunch and cold meat, add cold meat on a cold bun with cold tomatoes. Yum! Returned the fries and asked to warm them, returned the burger and asked to nuke it for 20 seconds. They, we'll one of them apologized and put the cold fries in the oil and said we'll make you a new burger. Nice, got warm, very white fries back and a brand new COLD burger. Super, so that was that! read more

We always come here and the heavy set lady is the rudest person I've ever met we ordered our food inside with a new guy and she comes up and belittles him telling him and me that normally this is how things are ordered and said. Well I didn't know saying a number 1 just the biscuit was the wrong way to order. Stopped by Hardees a couple of days ago, I think on Friday 12/30/21. I had some great hamburgers from Hardees. In this case, the burger I got had obviously been pre-cooked, barely heated. All the ingredients were on it, decent tomatoes too. Cheese barely melted. A luke warm precooked burger just sucks. I wont be back. read more

Never had Hardee's and it was good! Very quick and good customer service! I want to try more items because they offer a lot! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (add pickles) and it was pretty good! like the fries a lot! The shake I loved! I definitely recommend this place and I will be back! read more

Not only do they have the best fast-food breakfast (oh, the biscuits!), but last week we just received some of the best customer service you can get at any establishment of any kind. Stopping by this Hardee's is a long-standing tradition for our family on our trips to the coast. Or to Wakulla for canoeing. Or anywhere in this general direction, like Missisippi or Texas In fact, we usually time our road trips so we can have breakfast here. But we messed up last week. We got there 10 minutes too late. I was near devastated, but, trying for persepctive, took a deep breath and ordered a hamburger. Then changed to a different hamburger. Then changed my mind (again), but my mom was trying to order, waffling between several options and asking detailed questions about each choice...so I waited. Then changed it to a hot dog. And my mom then decided to change her order (again) to a hot dog, too. After reassuring us that it was fine, no not a bother, truly, it was his pleaseure, the nice young man (was his name Rusty?) ran to the back to tell the kitchen we had changed our fickle little minds (again). Then after we paid, we decided to add some cookies and a coffee. Which we were apparently supposed to help ourselves too, but we either didn't know or we forgot or something... By this time, I think the young man felt sorry for us, perhaps sensing that our mental capacity had been compromised by the paint fumes at my mom's house (she's getting it renovated). He actually BROUGHT the meal to our table, realized we never got our self-serve coffee and cookies, and kindly brought that to us as well! He asked us if we needed anything else, and then, with a small bow, left us to enjoy our hot dogs and cookies. What a sweet heart! Later, the manager stopped by to ask us how things were going. I didn't have the heart to tell them that the chilli on my dog was too salty, but it was. But once I scraped the chili off, the hot dog was just fine. I'm coming here tomorrow, too, on my way to St. George...but I am going to be sure to make it in time for breakfast. read more

This Hardee's has always been fast and fresh. I love the omelet biscuit if you're there for breakfast or the Frisco ThickBurger if you stop for lunch. The coupons they send in the mail are usually better than their national promotions though. read more

Late night coming from beach. Food arrived timely, drinks. It would have been a 5, due to no napkins and missing 2 straws. But we did get straws when requested. Burgers are better than Whataburger at this fast food. Great service with a smile. read more

SUPER nice staff led by a top notch leader (a young male manager). Fiance and I stopped in late Saturday after kayak fishing in Carrabelle. Despite the late hour rush, service was unbeatable. Food was very hot & fresh. We're gracious to those in the service industry and grieve when when we see employees have to deal with less-than-patient people grumble about wait times or this or that. Most fast-food establishments have hit times which challenge perfection. I feel most in service truly have good intent. Having understanding customers goes a long way. This team obviously treats customers well when the reverse is not always the case. read more

My first Hardee's experience. I had the chicken tenders, fries and a vanilla shake. Typical fast food, but a step up from McDonalds. I also had the oreo ice cream sandwich which they were nice enough to hold inside for me until I had finished my food, so it wouldn't melt. Very nice staff! We ate outside and there is a nice little outdoor seating area. read more

I was in Hardee's this afternoon and ordered a five piece chicken combo along with a Fresco Burger combo. I waited for more than 20 minutes only to see a customer coming in10 minutes after me get his burger and fries and leave. a young woman came in carrying a chef jacket that had her mother working in back and wanting to know where her lunch was. She cooks there, I guess. The workers proceeded to rush to get her lunch ready while paying customers stood around waiting for their food. I requested a refund of my money (over 14 dollars) and left. Before I left an elderly customer brought her meal back because it was wrong. The food has improved but the service leaves a lot to be desired. read more
